Many thanks to Chris and Larry for service that was above-and-beyond! With their help our group was able to successfully hold a fundraising event for Veterans-In-Need, raising over $25 000 and enabling us to provide four more Veterans with a highly trained assistance/service dog so that they will now have a better life. Thank you !!

Jacklyn SLoud and high pitched wind noise was annoying on the highways. Front end needs to be checked... it's a little loose. Truck was on the older side with a lot of wear and tear. Location employees were great...very professional and friendly.

Anthony SThere was a misunderstanding in the price I received from the Uhaul main office and the price at the location. The situation was resolved, but I felt uncomfortable discussing it with the representative at the location, he didn't seem to happy. After we got it resolved and the hauler hooked up, things seemed better.

robert bThe movers took to long to move our stuff. We hired 2 guys for 2 hours to move a 2 bedroom apartment we had all of our stuff ready for them to move. They started at 10:30 AM and finished at 4:30 PM only because we complained to a guy on the phone ( Mike) who said he was the owner and he stopped the clock at 4:30 pm but in actuality they finished at 7:00 pm. We felt they were playing games with us to make more hours and the guy Mike kept calling us asking for the money. Worst experience ever with the moving company.

John KYes, staff was awesome. I liked how serious the person who checked the vehicle in was not the most friendly of sorts but I can honestly say that when we brought that van back he made sure that it was perfect upon its return. I would come back and rent another van for sure given what I saw and how he treated that return as if that van was his own child. I would feel very safe renting another van from that location.Yes, I liked him very very much. You should be very proud of him. The women behind the counter super friendly. I think the two work very well together for sure. I also think they need more time off other then Christmas. LOL :)
Charles PThanks to the East Islip location as well. We had a driver from task rabbit not show up so we needed a truck at the last minute. East Islip had no trucks available but found extras in Holbrook and reserved one for me.

MARK WSuper helpful team: equipment available as promised and in great condition - staffer confirmed all gear and lights were working and we were ready to go. Return process was similarly seamless and smooth. Highly recommend this place and this team.

Charles CThe guy at the counter was a lot of help. Uhaul didn't really help me with this entire trip. We had to get the truck from a random gas station where the guy there barely talked to us/didn't pick up his phone when called. The man at this location at least went out with us to the trailer, helped show us how to set it up and made sure we were all set before leaving.

REX ADustin did a great job especially being the only person working for the day. He installed our wiring in a timely matter while still helping customers. Please give him some recognition for great customer service with a smile!

JOSEPH T | Expérience généraleI had an inside unit and I thought the front door system was dangerous because right after you swipe the card if you can’t open the door fast enough you loose entrance and have to swipe again and if you’re carry a box or trying to pull a cart the door slams on you.You also have to hang onto the cart because if u let go it will roll into the parking lot because of the steep ramp that you have to pull it up on.After that you have to deal with a circular lock that I found hard to use and line up the holes in the door And also I didn’t think the unit was clean so no I would not recommend the storage

After two days of driving from south Florida to Long Island i realized I needed two storage units. Renting the truck itself only provided one storage unit but it was not big enough, understanding my dilemma the manager honored a second storage space at no cost. This was extremely appreciated and unexpected. All around this location has amazing service.
