The drive-in loading bay was a life saver in this blizzard. The free loading carts were a cherry on top.

Site needs better organization. Attempted to self serve but the truck that was assigned to me was not there and ended up taking almost an hour to resolve with staff.

dahlia c | Premières impressionsI'd strongly suggest that any customers doing an after hours mobile pickup call the franchise during business hours. When I attempted to pick up the vehicle I had reserved, I learned that that model (Transit Cargo Van) was not available so I had to switch to a 10' box truck. This was not ideal for the purposes I was renting, but I was able to make it work. This truck used more gas than the van would have, so my overall cost was higher. I'm grateful that I was offered an alternate vehicle however. I observed that three of the tires on the vehicle I rented had approximately 1/8" tread so I was glad that the roads were clear for my trip

MICHELLE L5 miles into our 2-1/2 hour trip we had Stabilitrak warning appear and was on for the rest of the trip in the snow. It would get stuck in an inch of snow at every stop sign or parking lot. 30 miles in the tire pressure lights were going crazy. About halfway into our trip the check engine light came on. Made it back, but not without worrying if we were going to make it back.
MICHAEL JI rented this 10ft box truck and it had snowed and the rear tires were completely bald. When I dropped it off in Grand Rapids I pointed it out to the gentleman who checked it in and he laughed as in disbelief when he checked the tires. He said "we don't even replace them ourselves, all we do is make a phone call". I couldn't even make it up my driveway because of the bald tired on a rear wheel drive vehicle. I had to walk everything from my garage, down my driveway to the street. The people were great, just driving on legally bald tires was bad. I kept sliding. I'd appreciate if someone would give me a call about it. I used to be a store manager for Firestone, so I know tires.
BRADLEY AIt's Michigan. It snows. How about making sure the snow and ice are cleared from the rental hood and windows for those of us who can't even reach that high?

Literally went in there today needing a bigger storage room and after another employee the day before stated there wasn't any and finished my contract for the smaller, this man was a blessing he literally said no worries I got you and I was able to move with ease after stressing the entire time I packed the U-Haul. Not to mention returning the truck was super fast and easy thank you Caleb hod bless you and your family stand up employee 殺
CHRISTINA MDoors did not shut properly so it was LOUD when driving. Steering was super loose and hard to control, would not have wanted my (adult) kids to rent a truck like that - it felt very unsafe. First time we've ever gotten a truck in that bad of shape. Luckily our other experiences were better, if this had been our first experience we would not be back. It got the job done but it was just a really awful truck.

Dan DI was very impressed that the people working there were prompt in getting my rental truck checked back in and asking me if my truck was good for the move and if I had any problems.

SCOTT HI rented a box truck from this location and booked the reservation for 3:30. We waited in line for a bit, which wasn't an issue and dealt with a lengthy process of getting the key for the truck (also not a huge deal due to them training a new person). I was mainly irritated that the truck had a thick layer of ice on the windshield and there was no scraper within the truck. thankfully I had just put mine in my car otherwise I would've been stuck. Just seems like if someone books a reservation for a certain time you would have the car ready to drive off the lot.

FRANKLIN JWe had a tire fail while traveling. The tire failed because it was under inflated. Additionally the vehicle was not full of gas when received.
WILLIAM SIve rented two units and I'd repeat my business if needed. The most recent had mouse droppings and the smallest amount of water damage. I forgot to mention it to staff as we checked out. No damage large enough for insurance claim. The staff was always sooo kind and helpful. I can't express this enough. The units were spotless and well maintained. I felt good knowing my property was secured for 2 years. Merci.

TYSON LPrices were higher when I got there than on line (.99 vs 0,79 per mile). I could not get answers to guestions later that weren't answered on the initiol visit. It seams like the system is set up not to be transparent. For instance, insurance was not part of tge price and not discussed until I was there to puck up the truck. I had to use an app to do alot of things but it didn't work well plus I hate apps. Thats why I did it in person. I am at this moment waiting to see if I get a milage refund or if there is some charge that I am going to get. I am forced to wait and do all the leg work. It seams you have a complicated system designed to trip up customers. That leaves me feeling vulnerable with no recourse if it goes bad. I call that terable service at a premium price.

In particular, I'm very happy with my climate controlled units. I would definitely recommend them if you need a storage unit.

They said I was all set & that I could keep my keys. Highly would not recommend because they cannot communicate anything. I did not have a vehicle so I couldn't come back & take my lock with me.

That is the main reason that I pulled my things out of the unit. Everything that was in my unit smelled of this porta potty sewage smell. As soon as you enter the building it is very strong. The building is secure but the smell is overwhelming and sticks to everything in those units. Family members were gagging because of the smell.
