This was by far the absolute worst truck I've ever driven. There was 6-10 inches of play in the steering wheel. it dropped acceleration on every hill. It was the biggest piece of JUNK ever allowed on the road. Truck number TT3662F SHOULD NEVER BE ALLOWED ON THE ROAD AGAIN. It is a danger to everyone on the road. You told me the truck was due back on Tuesday 3/26/24 I returned on Tuesday and was charged 2 extra days. UHAUL SUCKS!!! I will never use you again. Worst company I have ever delt with.... This will be reported on every social media site possible. Worst experience ever. Give me a refund.....

The only problem I’m having is getting my $60 refund they gave me a receipt telling me that it was sent to my bank card but it hasn’t gotten there yet and I dropped it off on 25 March 2024 which was the date that I’m supposed to drop it off and they said I get my $60 refund back but I still haven’t gotten it on my bank account

It was full of pet hair. Opened my window and had hair flying around the entire trip. Trash behind both seats. Otherwise it was ok.

They marked the level of gas at 3/4 of a tank, I drove 20 miles and put 15 dollars back in before returning. Upon arrival they charged me an additional 18 for gas.

The vehicle got stuck in snow twice. I had to get it unstuck and ended up being a few minutes late and a few miles over the estimate. They weren't exactly understanding. Was told by someone if I had used the 15' truck instead of the 10' it would have worked better in the snow. Maybe someone at the office would have this info and could have informed me. The tires were not rated for snow and I paid $100 out of pocket to get unstuck. They didn't clean the snow off the tailgate which is where you load everything, so sort of annoying. Overall they can't control the snow so it was an ok experience.

Fire Tammy and get someone that actually upholds the job's duties. They need to ensure that the trucks are inspected!!! It's so dangerous!! I was driving a death truck on wheels. Let's see you drive a truck with a busted engine.

No room to turn the truck around in the parking lot. Very dangerous and cramped setup.

The service was good, it was quick in and out, but the ratchets on the car trailer needed maintained, they were rusty and very difficult to use. Also there was dirt and gravel on the trailer when I picked it up.

Ryan and Louis were amazingly helpful. Ryan went out of his way to really help me hitch up the U-haul to my vehicle, to tend to the electrical connections. They even helped me try to replace my own headlight. It was a miserable wet night and at closing time. They never made me feel rushed. Always super helpful and kind. These guys were just awesome! Thank you Ryan and Louis.

The staff is amazing, the facility is immaculate and nice and warm for this winter moving. I was helped with a unit and unloading of my belongings as a single woman they were so kind and so helpful and they did it all in the middle of a small snow storm I will definitely recommend this facility to anyone needing any sort moving help!!! Nothing really. The manager was very very helpful. My morning was starting out bad and I forgot my ball. He found one and didn't even charge me for it. I have used this facility several times and they have never ever let me down.

Have workers greet guests as they wait even if the worker isn't able to help them. My sister and I waited 10 minutes for someone to help us return our truck. Two different workers walked by us, but held their heads down and quickly walked away. A simple,"Hello. Someone will be right with you." would have been nice.

The guy tried to plug the trailer into my truck and your wire harness pin was bent he went and got a new harness adapter plugged it in and said my lights all were working but the person following me said the left tail keep going on and off and the brake lamp would some times work and some times wouldn't. The plug on my truck is brand new from dodge I never have this issue on my 1 year old camper. I think the trailer you have may have a issue this is the second time I've had a lightning issue with these enclosed trailers from this location the one I rented in rexburg not a issue the flat bed with a load deck I rented at the Idaho falls location no lightning issue but the enclosed trailer did. The person working was very helpful that part of the rental was grate but the lighting issue is annoying I'm glad I didn't get a ticket

There was no overhead lighting. Expensive for the size of the unit. Maybe 8x12 feet 140.00. I located a 10 x20x 10' high for 90.00. A new facility I could drive right up to instead of using push carts and going down 3 corridors.

We've had a storage unit at this facility since 2015. On August 1st, we moved from one unit to another. Luis helped us. It turns out, that we got moved out but never moved into the new unit on your system! Sunday we attempted to enter our unit and were told that we weren't customers. It went downhill from there. EVEN THIS EMAIL ADDRESS SHOYLD NOT BE ASSOCIATED WITH OUR ACCOUNT. Now, I'm going to have to go back in fix this again.

I have inside storage and it supposed to be secure but for some reason my storage still got broken into and some of my stuff got stolen,ask them if theres any security cameras on that side of the building but there isnt ,ask them if they gonna fix the hole where they use to enter the storage they said they will 6 months later still there.

You guys are the most expensive game in town. I moved out in the 28th of February not on the third of March. On the 28th of Feb I turned in my lock and keys to an employee who said he would get me checked out, and he didn't remember to which is why you have my end date wrong. It would be nice if Your employee would have followed through.

It's a big facility so I was confused trying to find my unit, but I kept going back to the map and finally figured it out. Having rented storage there before helped me know the process of getting in the door with access code and opening the garage door.

I do wish each storage space had a light in it. I had two different storage spaces of different sizes and both were on the ground floor. Neither had a light inside which was problematic. Other than that, it was a great experience!

It was a very quick transition. We found our way at night to put things in there and got by very well. I think that everybody should use an inside facility so that your belongings are worth using after you've stored them over a period of time

The building is great. People are nice. The only complaint I had was billing. I couldn't keep track of my balance easily, you need an app. I was making double payments for months and was still told I was not up to date. Even when I closed it out, I was told I had till the 25th, but I was refunded over $90. I was never sure what my balance really was. It's like they purposely make it confusing so they can confiscate your stuff. I don't think I'll use storage here in the future.

The only input I got is maybe working out a way to let consumers that come in and try paying there payments in portions to be able to clearing there balances , rather than needing full payment of the store space to accept payments.

This particular storage unit is a converted truck bed. The unit is fine but the problem is that the opening latch lever where the lock goes is now at ground level (on the regular truck, it is at waste level). Being at ground level it is very difficult to lock and unlock the lock. The opening latch lever on mine also had to be pushed down to get the lock holes to line up. This is difficult for one person while locking at the same time. I would not recommend a unit with this lock location to anyone.

I love the Staff there at UHaul, they are so interested in me myself, friendly, answered all my questions. I hurt my hand and th e young man who helped me yesterday saw my hand and was concerned I would hurt it if I helped him carry the heavy container, I was late in paying my bill but they were so kind over that too and so cheerful. I love the climate control storage they have and their prices are within my budget. I highly recommend UHaul and their staff. Awesome people, every one of them.

It's a nice unit and your staff are nice, I knew the old manager Karl he did a good job. Chris is also doing a good job there are a lot of people there I'm not sure all of their names but I have never seen anyone their messing around or not working. I would say that store has a good staff.

I was there afterhours reorganizing. And I was approached by the facility manager and a sales associate claiming I was living in the unit. Also, I notified the facility I was moving out. A day before I moved out my passcode was terminated I was still paid up one extra day. They automatically assume I was not going to pay my bill and lock up my stuff. Wrong!!! While moving out my stuff on a sunday they came to me ans told me that I would have to come back on the next day to finish. Because my code was canceled and they wabted to go home for the eveing. I had every right to stay and finish moving out my belongings. I was a customer over a year. My rental payment were never late. I alway ckean my bin and everything around it.

This is the third time I have rented a storage unit at this location. The service in the past has been ok, but the people in the past didn't always seem like they had enough support, maybe understaffed, slow, poor knowledge of the computer system. Overall, a lackluster experience In contrast, My experience yesterday was excellent! A guy named Kristopher checked me in, he was very knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. The whole process was quick. A very sweet girl named Holly showed me to my rental unit. I really appreciated the service I received yesterday, thank you for making it easy!

We sold our house. The new one isn't ready to move into so we are staying in one of the kids basements. My husband is having surgery. We have to move our things from the unit the day before. In all of the confusion we can't find the keys to the lock. It's our lock. We just need to get the unit unloaded before my husband has surgery on his arm and is incapacitated for 6 months. We apparently missed the fine print that says we can't cut our own lock off of the unit. Your security man acted like we had breeched a nuclear facility The staff will grant us access to our stuff for a few dollars Or.... we can pay a complete stranger to breech the lock. This seems unethical and at least nonsensical. It most certainly showed a lack of compassion. What is the point of this policy anyway? It has to be to generate revenue as preventing theft has been covered with the security cameras and the responsiveness of your security man.

Your staff truly made this a wonderful experience! Everybody was so friendly and helpful. Every time I walked in with a question somebody was attentive. I was able to get in the facilities as often as I needed to and it is so clean and smelled fresh! The floors looked like they are mopped frequently. The paint is pristine. So impressed!

I held a unit for not quite 3 years . They raised the rates every year for everyone even if they had only been renting a short time. No actual improvements noted.

Unpaved parking + windy Idaho Falls allows TONS of dust into your unit, burying all your stuff. Rates were outrageous, increase min. of yearly, 24/7 access is extra. Lighting awful in unit after dark.

The uhaul rental in Murray,Utah was very rushed. The uhaul rental return in Idaho falls was excellent and very through. The uhaul rental of Utah gave a code for free storage unit that did not exist.
