Came into two of the laziest men I've even seen. No personality, one guy just sitting on his phone and never even moved. I came back 3 hours later and seen him under the canopy to drop the tow dolly off and he said "just pull over where you picked it up and I will unhitch you" so I did and while he stood there on his phone watching me trying to back in a tow dolly do you think he would at least tell me when to stop or help in anyway?!? Nope! Very rude unprofessional help you have. Good luck with them two big boys!! I will do my rentals at the Taylor location or someplace else. Never again!!

I came in to rent a 15 ft truck and at the last minute my son said, 樂 I think we need a bigger truck so I had to ask if it was possible for them to get me a larger truck and they said sure no problem. From the time I walked into the time we return the truck I've had nothing but good experience and will be returning to them in the future ❤️❤️

The back door to the truck wouldn't close and I had to call for roadside assistance to have it fixed. As if this wasn't bad enough, I was charged for damage to the truck that I didn't do. I will seek a refund for the erroneous charges. Very unhappy customer.

The cleanest and most secure storage facility I've used. Could not be more impressed. My only suggestion is more moving carts inside. There was only one time when I couldn't locate one. Luckily I only had a small box to grab, but it could have been bad should I have had more to pick up.

Ur rates were too high. My storage facility was $140 for a 10x10. I got a unit from Public Storage that was 10x20 for $140 a month. Other than that I was totally happy.

The guy who helped me unhook my trailer was awesome I believe his name was David I believe his name was David in the garage was very helpful and pleasant to deal with I appreciate my experience with U-Haul this time and every time. Merci.

the truck i rented had no emergency flashers that i could find. there was a sticker near the gas door that supposedly told me how much gas i needed but it was inexplicable. the rubber on the foot-step to get into the cab was shredded. also, your facility is large with many doors, and it took me way too long to find the right door because i couldn't see it because it was blocked by a fleet of trucks parked right in front of it. maybe paint a few arrows on the pavement?

Charging $1 per mile is asinine! Plus, paying for gas. For a truck that does not "ride like a van". It rides more like a truck on block suspend and square wheels. Just by hitting a few cracks in the road, I damaged plenty of furniture. So, if you plan on renting a U-Haul make sure all items are safely padded.

Please stop allowing the people " cleaning" the vehicles to be able to Smoke while cleaning. I witnessed a man smoking while he had the back opened up and he was on his phone. My uhaul van smelled soooo badly. Melted skittles on the floor also. Other than this, the service people were excellent. I will be back , with hopes of a clean vehicle.

Have hitch safety pins on hand at the rental service center. Shop was closed at the time I picked up my cargo trailer, safety pins was missing and service personnel did not have keys to the shop/parts center. I picked up a pin from Harbor Freight… but trailer should have had one when hitched up by UHaul…

You need larger storage space for your customers who are relocating, or/and outside access to your storage. Also have the equipment that you reserve for. Other than that, the most of the experience was fine.

My first vehicle was with a horrible smell and it was not swept clean on the inside. I asked for another vehicle and they satisfied my request. 1st time renting from there and I won't anymore because I dislike spending money in the city of inkster.

The mobile pick up is more of a hassle than going into the building . The truck we rented sounded like it was going to break down thankfully it did not

It seemed that the morning staff had only one competent employee the rest were not trained at all and the manager was at the bank so It shows that rather than empower her employees she is doing their work and slowing down the rental In and out provess

I had a reservation for 9 AM Sunday morning. I arrived at the U-Haul around 8:50 stood in a small line with another person in front of me at 9:30. There were still no employees that's what I made of call to U-Haul little after 9:30 while I was talking to U-Haul first employee showed up around 9:35 second employee showed up, I personally was planning on being on the road by 9:30 10 o'clock by the time I got my vehicle and everything together and ready to leave. It was well after 11 o'clock when I returned the trailer I had a different employee was a great person and no this put a bad taste in your mouth. I've been here before we're friends and they had better service than when I've got Sunday .

Overall the truck and customer service was great at this location. The only thing I noticed is that only two people were working the desk and it caused a bit of a line, especially when one of the associates went in lunch. I would recommend having additional staff/associate's there to help if the line gets too busy, however it wasn't a huge deal for us and the wait wasn't long.

I walked in, I was told everything I needed to know and had all my questions answered! I was only a little dejected when I realized that the hand truck wasn't already in the vehicle or near it, and I forgot to grab it/look into it. Not their fault, just something to note. Will be moving with U-haul again!

There was one very rude customer service rep, with the long earlobes, who did not speak when I entered until it was time for me to step up to the counter. He took me and another elderly man at the same time. Maybe he did it because he was there by himself. He looked like he hates his job so much and it showed. Other than that, everyone else was nice and pleasant. He would make me turn back around if I see him there again as I did not feel comfortable with his service.

I've had this storage for 3yrs since my mom died and I haven't been to it in 3yrs. Everything was just how I left it. The manager and the other rep was great. One thing is there should be something more secure on the top of the rooms. It seems to be alot of ants etc because of the rain.

Slightly annoyed I was told that after my purchase I could come into the store and get my first month free. When I came in I was told no I have to contact someone at go uhaul. There I was advised that the gm could do that in store. Haven't had time to go in there since they were closed after I was done unloading. Also bathroom literally had crap all over it with a million flies. And the door where u can bring your uhaul in is broke.

The staff was very unhelpful. The doors were always broken, my card never worked. I would have to get a new one almost every time I accessed my unit. The entire building was leaking and my entire unit was destroyed by mold. No one notified me there were over 20 buckets lining the halls filled with water and moving blankets on the floor to soak up water. I would never recommend this place to anyone. I cannot elaborate how lazy, rude and disrespectful the staff were. And I had a inside unit or I would have put higher insurance on my unit for sure!

This is my first time using the storage. Also, the staff didn't tell us that how to get out of the storage. I was overcharged when the truck was in there but we thought we couldn't get out because we didn't know the details of how to get out so I think you should show people the way to get in and get out not knowing it until yesterday when I checked out.

There was a foul odor coming from the storage unit on the inside. It smelt like rotting flesh…I'm 99,9 % sure there was a body in there decomposing.

The sizes were weird, I worked in management for the storage industry for three years and never seen storages with less then a ten for ceiling height for the same costs or more than other facilities. We stayed at this facility because of time restraints not for the prices. And even though we rented a truck from one city to another we were not given a free months rental. For these reasons and the fact that the new way for checking trucks in and out sucks, there is no where to put in notes for what you see on the truck. That system should definitely be changed to be made more customer friendly

It was so nasty there was dead cockroach's in the bathroom and hallway. Wish I could have went somewhere else but it was to late on a Sunday. I do not recommend this storage to anyone.
