Please look into this problem and correct it. I rented from two different places, so apparently it's a corporate computer problem. Merci.

Dale Patrick W.Joshua Gomez at the counter was very rude while I was checking in to get the uhaul. He spoke to me like I was an idiot. At times while checking me in he was very disrespectful. I will not rent from this location in the future due to his poor customer service skills. He answered the phone while, I was checking in to help a customer he rolled his eyes multiple times at their questions and Pulled the phone off his ear as if he was annoyed and wasting his time.

I was also not given my driver's license back and left without it not being able to pick it up the following day. Service was slow and won't ever come back.

The elevator was broken and we ( me: female, 67, with arthritis, and my friend: make, 56, with 1 hip replacement, 1upcoming hip replacement and 2 bad knees) had to carry the sofa up stairs and to the the unit. With no offer of he'll by the staff and no offer of discount on my unit for the inconvenience. It's ridiculous that the ONLY elevator was not considered a top priority. I'm extremely unhappy with the facility.

barton A.When I picked up Ihad to ask someone to get all the cat/ dog hair out of the truck. He cleaned only the passenger side. There was a dent on the right front bumper I had to ask them to mark it. My straps came off my the front tires at a rest stop in Valdosta, GA. I had driven from Florida. Went to turn trailer in and found out that the chains were put on the tires and nit on the body of the car. I am furious not only could hace my 2021 Equinox fallen off the trailer but I could have gotten killed or killed someone had that vehicle fallen off. I was stressed the whole time driving ti my destination fearing for those straps and for that I need to be compensated. I was never told about checking the straps. I had to ask about the tow/haul light.

peter M.I rented an appliance dolly do use across the street from this location and did not use it. Returned it to the store in 22 minutes from the time I picked it up. The employee there still charge me $10,7 for something I did not use and only had it for 22 minutes. That's ridiculous! A little courtesy goes a long way, in this instance it goes a long way for me to advise all my friends and associates why I would never use U-Haul unless it was an absolute last resort.

Robert W M.They didn’t have the truck I rented and didn’t wanna give me a truck at all and then I have a limit on time with the truck because they said it had to be back early in the morning I didn’t get everything that I needed moved because of access hours as well and I am not happy they didn’t have storage available after it let me make reservations online for truck and storage and the staff didn’t act like they even knew what they were doing and blamed uhaul for not having information correct about rentals

The response was an excuse about how the can only clean the seats a certain way without ruining them. Sorry But open the windows and use Lysol. Very unsanitary .

Turned out to be 91. Point is that there are no miles in included with the rental! Also the phone representative.was borderline rude, and I felt, condescending.

The windows were filthy from previous renters. Covid 19 you would think they would be clean. I asked to receive a call about the truck and nobody ever called. Wont rent a truck again.

We had pretty much washed our hands of Uhaul and would never use them or recommend them ever again. Then we met Jesse at the Jasmine Lake location in New Port Richey, Florida and his staff, they've totally restored Uhauls reputation with us. I would recommend this location to anyone. Customer Service beyond excellent. Cleanliness WOW, outstanding. Even though we had a horrible time getting our stuff from Michigan to Florida, due to the Michigan location, we will however use Jasmine Lakes Uhaul for ALL of our storage and moving needs in the future. All the problems we had in Michigan Jesse addressed them even though it had nothing to do with his location and that shows corporate leadership skills. He never once blamed anyone he just made it right and apologized over and over again. Another thing we noticed was the respect the employees had for eachother and management, that is rare in today's society. Thank You Jesse, Kevin, and the Jasmine Lakes team for going above and beyond and restoring our faith in customer service. I hope every business we deal with down here in Florida is like this.
