No ample customer parking. Vehicles were parked very close to each other making it necessary to pull out into the middle of the lot to inspect. Truck had lots of body damage and was filthy. It was about what I expected when picking up a Uhaul. The employees however were very friendly and helpful.

The truck bed was dirty there were lights on the dashboard that were on low tire and check engine the attendant said don't worry about those lights which was fine the truck ran fine

I made reservation for Jericho location which is close to my work. Someone from your office change my location service to Hempsted and second time change it to Hicksville without my consent. Please see the reason . It was very annoying.

The back lights of the van were broken got pulled over by a cop since we had to drive through the night. We got slapped with a ticket called U-Haul only to have them not care and still paid a huge bill on top of it. Totally hated the experience

There was a long line here and I realize people have to train but one of the people had to keep asking questions because they were not sure what to do . More help was needed at the location .

The gentleman working at this facility were very efficient in checking me in and getting a van to use for moving a few things. The return process was also quick and easy. This was a same day rental. Booked online within an hour of pickup. Overall a great experience!

The storage unit that I used started to smell like mold and mothballs. I left several messages with management and they never called me back. I would like a credit of one or two months. I have used the storage facility for over 10 years and I've spent well over 25 000 $. I looked back and it was obviously a tremendous waste of my money. The contents of my storage unit was may be valued at about 1 000 $so paying 25 times that makes no sense.

My reservation was “lost”. I waited 5 hours , And visited 3 locations before a truck was found for me . I had reserved a 26 foot truck , and had to settle for a 17 foot truck . I now have to make another trip to upstate New York. A one day turn around trip turned into a 2 day excursion. Extra $$ extra $ to pay my workers. An all around bad experience. I have the second trip planned for next week and I am extremely hesitant to even call your company for reservation . Please revamp your reservation system - and upgrade your customer service. I'm this day and age , companies have gone under for less.

I am really unhappy with your app, your 24/7 help line and your procedure to bring back your trucks. I brought the truck back at night cleaned and gassed up . Thought from previous rentals that all I had to do was to put the key in the box, put in the mileage and go home. But your procedure now is check it back in on the internet. I wasn't able to do that for some reason so I called the help line. I was on line for a half an hour when a prompt finally came on and said your wait time is 56 minutes. if you press 1 we will call you back. My call was dropped and no one ever called me back. So I drove home 10 mile and brought it back in the morning 10 miles and as far as I'm concerns you ripped me off for 39,80 $. if you really want to do the right thing and make a customer happy my name is Hugh and my cell is 516-380-5290 By the way the questions you asked are very pointed and does not tell about the whole experience.

The truck's engine light was on and the idling was very rough. It also smoked a lot when accelerating which was very embarrassing. This vehicle should have been take out of service and not given to a customer on this state.

I made a appointment online, it told me that I can drop it back to different location. But when I pick the van at this location, the staff told me I have to drive back, if not they can't let me pick the van. Okay, l live in NJ, I have to drive the van back to NY, pay toll fee, pay extra fuel, pay my back travel fee. Pay extra 80 $for your stupid system error or bug. That is funny.

I called up to make sure the vehicle would be available because I needed to transport a specific item on that specific day. I was told the company almost always meets their reservation unless the person renting the vehicle before has an issue. I also received an email saying the vehicle was "guaranteed." In reality when I arrived at the location there was no vehicle and the manager told me they only have one pickup that has been rented since 7/28.He was very nice and called the manager who told me to go to a location at 123 Jericho Tpke about 15 minutes away. There were multiple addresses at "123 Jericho Turnpike and he didn't have the zip code. When I finally got there, the updated location had two pickups in inventory. U-haul needs to get its act together. If you're constantly leaving no room for error between reservations you will screw up a significant portion of your customers. You should assign reservations to where there are multiple vehicles first. If a vehicle isn't in stock for any reason an email or phone call would be nice. You shouldn't send your customer on a tour of long island to find this out.

I was initially told to go to Manhasset where there was no one around to help and no keys in either box to receive the keys, which meant I had to schlep to Jericho and wait for another truck. It was very inconvenient but luckily Jericho was helpful once everything was settled an hour behind schedule.

Went to pick up a 5x8 trailer at a considerable distance and time from where i requested. When I arrived we hooked up the trailer staff were excellent only problem was the wiring was most spliced system I have ever seen. After 30 minutes I was forced to switch to 6x12 which was way larger than I needed and wanted. While my truck can haul it, the size of the trailer put added stress on my truck which was unnecessary for my move. I know equipment is scarce in the northeast and that why you need to take care of what equipment you have all should be treated as a zero fail mission

Wrong pickup location added +20 miles to my trip. Both ways equals 40 miles. 40 miles X 1,89 $ a mile = 75,60 $ in extra charges. They did not have the truck I ordered. Had to wait in store for 45 min because of other upset customers.
