Donald B.Rental mileage not explained properly. I was under the impression that I was paying a flat rate for truck. Pick up location changed the night before. Associate I talked with at drop off was snide and condescending. Minimal customer service skills. Very disappointed with having to pay additional monies after drop off.
Kevin V.Fast, friendly and courteous employee checked me in outside and I was told e-mail would be sent to me within 5-10 minutes. It's a day later and I haven't gotten it yet.
Mark H.The clerk who helped me with my truck was excellent! She was very helpful and informative, and personable. I think the self checkout app needs some work, when trying to checkout, I took photos of odometer and fuel gauge, however the app failed to retain/attach the images, after several minutes of frustrations, I called the drop off office, they were very nice and told me to leave the keys and they would take care of it for me! Other than the problems with the U-Haul app for Android phones, I was very delighted to be a U-Haul customer and will call again whenever the need satisfies and recommend you to anyone needing moving services. Merci.

douglas H.When I picked up with truck the rep said the tank was 3/8 full. When I went out to the truck and checked everything out before leaving, I went back into the store and informed the agent that the tank was only 1/4 full. I asked the agent to check the gauge and print out a corrected invoice for me. She printed out the corrected invoice (she took my word that it was at 1/4 so didn't come out to check). First time I've rented a UHaul when the tank wasn't full and wasn't accurately charted. I see in the online comments that many customers have had issues with inaccurate gas tank marking by agents or other such fuel related problems. Would like to see UHaul do better for the customers.

Scott C.I wish I could give 0 stars!!! First off, the gas or mileage wasn't the same as the paperwork but I let that slide… 2nd off and the BIGGEST problem was they STOLE over $200 from me. They CLAIM I dropped the truck off in Grand Rapids which was the dumbest thing ever, considering I dropped it off at 1004 PORTAGE Rd. When I called to get my money back, some idiot name COURTNEY told me she was not going to argue with me on a Sunday at 4:30pm and that I won't be getting my money back today, that they STOLE TODAY!!! Very unprofessional! Very idiotic! They don't care about a damn thing. Never rent from this location!!!! Courtney is a poor example of a manager or whatever her title is.

Ruth F.I reserved the trailer in Plainwell, MI, not Kalamazoo. I was very disappointed to drive 20 miles out of my way at the last minute to pick it up, drive 20 minutes more in the other direction to pick up my cargo, and 20 more to return it. I feel I was mislead.

I was two hours on the website and customer service phone lines and got NO WHERE with my confirmed reservation, trying to pick up my truck online. After TWO hours of my hired help just waiting on me and your website; I gave up, drove across town and these two talented and friendly employees finally did the job your company could not do - RENT ME a truck ON MOVING DAY!!! These ladies are far superior to your lame website and call centers. They helped me when I needed it most, and when you could not! Yay for Ashley and Jasmin!!!!

The only thing that I had an issue with at first was finding the number for the actual Uhaul Service center and Storage Facility that I was working with. I recommend that you ask for their direct number when you are in the facility filling out paperwork so that you do not have to go through the corporate phone tree and answering service which by the way is not very helpful and has proved to be very frustrating compared to working directly with the on site staff members.

During a busy moving season in a college town, the staff was kind enough to move our pickup and return time to ensure we had adequate time for our move. Pick up was smooth, the staff helpful and friendly. There was different staff on duty when we returned the trailer and moved into the storage unit but the service was the same, top notch. Kind, patient, helpful and had a great sense of humor. Would highly recommend U-Haul Moving and Storage of Kalamazoo (1004 Portage Street Kalamazoo, MI).
