Everytime i try to return equipment at this location using mobile app it doesn't work for some reason like the signal isn't good not sure. I like using mobile app to return so i don't need to go inside. please upgrade something so it works thanks

Everything perfect apart from the Woman at the counter - she was rude, clearly wasn't interested in her job and it was all too much effort. Great ‘location' let down greatly by counter staff

Allow the customer to receive a partial refund if they return equipment earlier than scheduled. (I.E. customer rented a truck for 8 hours but returned it in 4 hours.) That gives you additional equipment to rent during those 4 hours.

Ensure hitch tightens on ball completely. This trailer would not tighten completely so it rattled on the ball. Loud and annoying.

Checking is always a problem at this location. It's usually just one person to take care of a long line of people waiting for service. The manners, the one employee I encountered were very short and not courteous.

Employee didn't know how to unhook the trailer from my car so I had to do it. Employee was wearing earbuds while working and lost his under my SUV. Not very professional.

The ladies at the front desk were super rude and condescending when we picked up the truck. They didn't want to be there and didn't want to deal with customers. Nothing was explained the damage notation process was super frustrating. I am not a fan of notating the damage online with pictures. There needs to be an U-Haul employee there with you with the stickers notating damage. The gentleman who checked the vehicle in was much more friendly and explanatory in comparison to the ladies at the front desk. The location was convenient. However, had I not called a few days before to ensure our vehicle was available, I wouldn't have known that our pick up location had moved to a new location, due the vehicle not being available. I made the reservation a week in advance, I don't understand how the vehicle wasn't available. Which was stressful, during an already stressful situation.

Very friendly and helpful people. They made it so easy to pick up my rental after working hours. I needed help because of my own mistake and the help number personnel corrected my mistake immediately.

The staff did not seem like they wanted to be there. I had questions and it felt as if I was putting them out by asking the questions. I asked how do I check the trailer in considering I would not be done unloading until after they were closed. Rather than give me a brief explanation or speak to me period, I was handed a pamphlet and told to just follow the steps

Everything was basically perfect. Check in was easy. It was easy to do the walk through on my phone. The truck itself did way better than expected with gas. Only thing that was alright was the actual driving , you could feel every bump and dip in the road. Other than that amazing experience.

I chose below average because uhaul skagit valley location are some racist people. Specifically the manager of the location.

The lady that runs the front desk is very rude. This is the second time I've used this facility and she was rude last time also. I was the fourth or fifth person in line when I arrived and she was rude to three others. AVOID this place because there are several other reviews with people sharing similar experiences! Houston has too many other options just a few miles away.

One elevator to load and load is not enough. Someone else moving in same time so it was very stressful having to wait for the elevator. There should also be an employee monitoring because that person had there belongings blocking the entrance and stuff all over in the way. I think overpriced compared to other storage facilities. But being that we had just traveled 1360 miles I was just ready to drop the truck, auto transport and get my things into storage. Not sure I would use Uhaul again.

They arrived earlier than expected, but picked up the boxes 2 hours earlier than schedule time and had to heard up unloading remaining boxes.

During the reservation set up - I specifically noted that I did not need a dolly or moving blankets. When picking up my truck - I saw that both of these items were in the truck anyway. I asked to have these removed and was told that they have to stay there. These items did get in the way during my move as they are in the area of the truck needed for moving items. My suggestion is to remove these items from the truck unless they are specifically requested to be used.

Great staff from first contact. Helped after unable to secure unit online. They were quick efficient and friendly. Total rental time was less than 15 minutes while they were through with operation of the storage. The code and card for access is a great idea for those who sometimes go cardless like myself

My storage unit was auctioned off before I could go and pay for it. I spoke to someone and came to an agreement for paying off my unit. There was lack of communication for corporate to the facility who had my storage and lost all my personal belongings that was personal to me.

Elevator was broken down for too long. We had to lift extremely heavy stuff up the stairs it was too heavy and difficult to do because we couldn't take our stuff back.

I used this facility for two years. Everyone was always helpful. The cleaning person in the indoor storage is awesome and very helpful!

I called ahead and booked a rental truck as well as a small storage unit. This was an unexpected storage and move of items for a business trip that I was on in Katy TX and I had to fly out in a few hours, so I was in an extreme time constraint. The gentleman on the phone was very helpful, gave me rates, secured a truck, etc. I explained that I would be there in 20 minutes and he had everything for the truck ready. Upon arriving to the location I was handed off to a blonde lady whom I verified that although I was given a 3rd floor storage unit that they had an elevator. She said they had an elevator and I signed all the documents for the storage unit as well. I then left to grab the pallet of materials that I was putting in the storage unit. 30 minutes later I came back to the storage place and was told that, although there is an elevator, that it was broken and I would have to carry everything up to the 3rd floor. I asked the blonde lady why she said that there is an elevator when it's broken and she said "because we do have an elevator". She immediately developed an attitude when I explained that I cannot possibly carry everything by myself up 3 floors (some of the things I'm storing weigh over 500lbs). I explained I'm on a time constraint, that I explained that in person and on the phone and I don't appreciate being mislead and lied to. She then told me to stop raising my voice (I have laryngitis and cannot talk without attempting to talk loudly), that she's not lying, that they DO have an elevator (whether it's actually working apparently is a non-issue to her) and that instead of trying to find another location with adequate storage or being proactive in any way, she said I'm not welcome anymore and she's canceling my storage unit. I had to ask twice for proof that it's cancelled, she yells at me that she's canceling it, grabs the paperwork out of my hand, tears it up and throws it away. In addition to the wasted time, soaking wet conditions, having to unpack and repack the truck, this individual was the rudest, most unpleasant person I've had the pleasure of dealing with in years. Under no circumstances would I employ her and I hope she never deals with another customer again. So instead of using this location I simply went next door, had an incredibly pleasant experience there, paid more for the unit but it was totally worth it. This blonde "manager" is going to ensure that the storage place next door is a successful business for as long as she's employed at your company. Until then I'll never use uhaul again for personal or business purposes.

I requested to end contract in February March and April I was told I had to remove my kick which I did months ago. The manager with colored hair there is very rude and disgusting to all of the customers.

We have rented u-haul trailers about a dozen times in the past couple of years because of rebuilding and moving due to Hurricane Harvey flooding. A discount on storage would have been nice. When we were ready to empty the storage unit, the elevator was broken. We had to wait another two weeks to be able to come back and empty the storage unit because that is when our help was available. We think it is wrong that rental is not prorated.

I just don't like waiting on the elevator. Stairs should be available without being penalized for opening the door to get out. I waited 15 for the elevator. Not happy with. That but everything else is fine.

The staff was very accommodating, knowledgable and friendly. With the situation of staff shortage you can tell they are hard workers under stress. There is no need for such extended hours with all the 24/7 options they have available.

I was charged for a months rent after I moved out on 21 Jan 2021. I called on 22 Jan 2022, I was told I would be refunded on my credit card. I have not been refunded yet.

I rented at this facility because it was supposed to be 24 hour access but I didn't get it on both units, and it was removed from the one that did have it. No explanation why it wasn't provided for both units or why it was removed from the one. I feel mislead.

Some employees are great in that location. Others are just not helpful at all. One guy didn't even look up to say hi even after I said hello. If I didn't say I'm there to pick a lock, he would not even say anything. After I got the lock, I said thank you and no response back. So i just left. Other than that dude, everything else is ok.
