Someone near by to assist with paper work when several people are in line. The person that helped me was very helpful but she was by herself and could have used some help in my opinion.

Set up an appointment with Amber for Sunday 07 August at 10:30 AM to pickup our U-Container. Nathan, who was most helpful located our container in their warehouse stacked on the second level. Also enjoy using U-Haul, however is was quite obvious that your location at 1633 W GrandPkwy N Katy, TX was understaffed on Sunday morning 07 August, 2022. Regards, Bill Oehl

CORNELIUS M.I know I'm the end it's my fault but I was surprised I was able to rent both a utility dolly and appliance dolly with a 10' truck and the person helping me didn't think to say that the 10' trucks don't have ramps. I even talked about moving a 500# safe. I figured it out but it sucked. Again I found the information for myself online after when I was confused about the ramp so it's my fault for not checking but I would think to say that if someone was getting 2 dollies and a truck. jeff K.My vehicle was not properly hooked to my tow trailer. The straps were not probably installed around my tires which caused the vehicle to shift while transporting. I paid to have the tow trailer and my vehicle installed. I would like to have a refund since the service was not rendered in a safe manner.

I went inside to ask where do I find the truck and they said I can check in right there. The pricing online said it would be 120$ but the man there told me yes but they also have to put a 100$ hold because I'm using a debit card so my total would be 200 and something dollars almost 300$. I told him I don't understand I think started stressing and said I didn't know that let me figure it out. I then went outside found the truck, went on the app and it said I only had to pay the 120$ So I called the office and a lady answered and I explain everything and she told me they only put a hold if it's a pre paid card I should be fine. If I didn't follow my instinct I would've paid more than I had too.! Then when I drop off the truck it never told me I would have to pay a fee I had to pay 30$ just to drop off the truck but I didn't see that in the contact and I read it.

A discount on storage would have been nice. When we were ready to empty the storage unit, the elevator was broken. We had to wait another two weeks to be able to come back and empty the storage unit because that is when our help was available. We think it is wrong that rental is not prorated.

Jessica L. | Expérience généraleThe after hours door stopped working after I signed up for the unit. I came to retrieve some items one night and couldn't access my unit. There wasn't a note posted to indicate the door was broken. I called every number posted outside the door, including the General Manager. As of the date and time of this comment, I have not received a call back from the GM. Someone called me and said that they told me the after hours door was not working when I signed up; however, I have no recollection of being told this, I didn't sign anything acknowledging I was told (and I wouldn't have signed up because I needed access after store hours) and there weren't any signs posted. Additionally I was able to access after hours once or twice after I signed up so, in my opinion, that supports my position that I was not informed about the door. The day after I wasn't able to access my unit, I got off work early to get to the office because I thought it was just a access card issue. That's when I was told the door wasn't working and no one had any idea when the door would be fixed. The staff recommended I contact the GM but of course that was useless because I'd already done so and hadn't received a response. I ended up submitting a customer action report (#3164929) and the GM still didn't have the courtesy to contact me. A different worker contacted me, stating what I outlined above. This was by far the worse experience I've ever had with any storage or moving service. I find value in Uhaul trucks but will never use a storage unit.

She abruptly said ( I am doing payroll I don't have time for you and the other girl is busy.) I asked her for a receipt and she said I should have done it online if I wanted that. I never received a confirmation from anyone my rental was checked in. When i told her the key only opened the passenger door she syed and said ( I got it loudly ). It was the rudest attitude. I was there by 7am. She should have had a kinder spirit

I had to return the 15 foot moving truck by 1:45 AM. We made it there just in time to unload and check the truck in. I tried to open the after hour door, it said sorry not in service. We attempted to call the GM many times, we had to sit out in 55 degree weather with our stuff sitting in the parking lot right out side the sliding door until someone came at 6:50 and opened the door for us to begin to load it into our unit. Our main issue was that no one would answer at the after-hour help number. Other than that it was great, the location is beautiful and very well maintained.
