mohammed F.U-Haul's online check-in is a tedious process and needs improvement. There was a long response time, and you still have to check in with store personnel to get keys. Luckily, the people in the office were friendly, efficient, and able to help us get moving.

The location was out of a dolly that we rented, which probably was the fault of management to not update the availability for one in the portal. And maybe this criticism doesn't get anywhere, but if one thing is to be said is that the guy who helped us in the morning was very nice and got us what we needed. In the end the move took about 11 hours, but we did it just in time.
Simon S.The trailer advertised as 6x12 but the gate is so small and the entrance is only less thank 5 foot, so motorcycle didn't fit, I paid for two days rental but didn't not get to use it one bit. Upon, returning, despite of letting your customer service guy know that I don't backup with a trailer well, but I was force to do it because I just can drop it off anywhere in the parking lot? It has to be a specific spot despite the fact that I have no skill of back into it? Horrible experience overall, would not recommend

The other employee was on his phone, and I had to wait to get service. The location was easy to get in and out of, and the store was stocked well with supplies.

I have never had such a rental experience before and I was shock that Uhaul could put such a rental vehicle in it's fleet. It was just a BAD EXPERIENCE.

William G.Even though this location was nice, I would not recommend any U-Haul location to anyone because of the horrendous experience I had with making a reservation. I had numerous "confirmed and guaranteed" reservations which were subsequently changed to unacceptable locations, or the confirmed and guaranteed equipment was unavailable. I never knew from moment to moment if I would have a truck or not. A total bait and switch operation. Horrible. Never again.

Michael B.Their representative made it clear that we would get a refund on our 15' truck if we turned it in sooner than 9 days for a trip from DC to LA. We turned it in 7 days later. The co. rep. later told us that UHaul requires a payment equivalent to 9 days. Thus, the rep. at this location made a grave error worth more than $700 to us. ** UHaul's corporate website also falsely priced our reservation of a 15' truck across the county at about $2,600. The final bill was $3,900. This is a fraudulent practice and should be eliminated. Reservations should provide the full, actual price.

Scott R.I called before I rented my trailer to make sure they would have it. Sometimes customers keep the trailers longer than the say. They are only allowed to have a limited amount of trailers here in the parking lot. Lots of trucks though. Very easy place to pick up at.

I expected to get an email with that info, but more than a day later, I have not. My truck had a useful dash display of tire pressures. They did not match. Attention was warranted.
