All was great! Dennis was excellent. The check out process is a little tedious but I understand why. You might want to add a question about returning accessories, as I rented blankets and left them in the cab, which is secure, instead of the back of the truck, as they could've been stolen. I just thought that a question should be asked about returning the accessories to confirm they were returned. Merci!Victor M.

Make it so if you start the check in process and there is bad service that you can easily resume when the connection returns. Customers cannot control the service of the area.Matthew Y.

Harold was awesome. This is a great place to rent. He did seem overwhelmed though with only one person doing what seemed to be the work of three people. So, improve by hiring more people.David M.
The fuel tank was only slightly above half full, but the person at the counter mentioned it was 7/8 of the tank. I had to spend extra $30 to fill up the tank to full and return. This is cheating and I would want a refund.Edward Felix S.

One guy on site doing everything from front desk work to hooking up trailers. He was incredibly helpful and friendly and stayed patient and composed as customers lined up.Matt S.
The mobile app and website made this experience horrible - so much so that I will not be using U-Haul if I have to deal with it again. I was stuck for an hour outside the location (which was closed because it was after hours) unable to complete my close-out for my rental because the app kept glitching. I called the 1-800 number which had me on hold for 40 minutes. The message while on hold recommend that I use their live chat feature through their website - which I tried and got a message saying I would be on hold for 11 minutes! Thankfully the lady who finally answered my call was extremely helpful and understanding and helped me complete the return quickly without having to use the app or the website.Sabrina R.
The clerk at this location is very rude. He spoke to a customer on the phone while I was there and it was unbelievably rude. He had not place the rented dolly in the customer's truck before the unattended pick up, the customer called because he had driven to his destination before realizing the clerk's mistake and the clerk rudely told him he has just been too busy, did not offer to compensate with more time on the truck, just was arrogant and rude. Then when I returned my truck with the right amount of gas and parked it where he had told me, he charged me for extra gas because the the slope of the parking lot made it look like it was not the right level (when in fact it was more than when I picked it up)... I pointed it out to him and, of course, he was just as rude with me as he had been to the telephone customer. He doesn't do his job properly and then treats customers badly. I want to recognize the young man working the afternoon shift on 7/13 from 1p to close who was so kind and helpful. He put in extra effort to help us return the truck. This store location/staff were great but the truck had 132 000 miles and was awful to drive. Every surface in the interior was sticky and the steering wheel shook badly and required a lot of effort to keep straight.Jennifer H.
SHITTY CUSTOMER SERVICE representative at desk was Anthony. SHITTY PHONER SERVICE general manager Peter. When I asked to speak to his manager he told me â€œthere is no one over me everyone quit two weeks ago so they're going to send your complaints right back to meâ€. When I asked to speak to someone in corporate Britney a different manager on phone said she is the only one there today answering phones. I waited 1,5 hrs to speak to her after a nasty phone rep named Lorraine transferred call. It was so much fun thank u i will never be a customer again.LENIA W.

U-Haul's online check-in is a tedious process and needs improvement. There was a long response time, and you still have to check in with store personnel to get keys. Luckily, the people in the office were friendly, efficient, and able to help us get moving.Jocinda A.
The location itself was great. It was just terrible that our movers which were hired through uHaul decided to not show up. Kind of sad. The location was out of a dolly that we rented, which probably was the fault of management to not update the availability for one in the portal. And maybe this criticism doesn't get anywhere, but if one thing is to be said is that the guy who helped us in the morning was very nice and got us what we needed. In the end the move took about 11 hours, but we did it just in time.Simon S.

The trailer advertised as 6x12 but the gate is so small and the entrance is only less thank 5 foot, so motorcycle didn't fit, I paid for two days rental but didn't not get to use it one bit. Upon, returning, despite of letting your customer service guy know that I don't backup with a trailer well, but I was force to do it because I just can drop it off anywhere in the parking lot? It has to be a specific spot despite the fact that I have no skill of back into it? Horrible experience overall, would not recommendRuodi L.

The truck was dirty with food crumbs and coffee on the seats. The manager was dismissive and passive aggressive with myself and other customers. The other employee was on his phone, and I had to wait to get service. The location was easy to get in and out of, and the store was stocked well with supplies.Jonathan Y.
The Vehicle I rented was in bad mechanical condition. It needed repair or tune up. It was dragging and making noise throughout the rental experience. I have never had such a rental experience before and I was shock that Uhaul could put such a rental vehicle in it's fleet. It was just a BAD EXPERIENCE.ADEKUNLE O.
