Angelisa C.I got the uhaul app, made a reservation. The day of reservation ,I called to make to make sure I selected to get an appliance dolly ,he said if I didn't he could add when I got there. When I did go he tells me they don't have any dolly. I said I called earlier and he didn't tell me that. He said yes that was ne you talked to, we don't have any, I don't know why he failed to mention that. I go to pick up uhaul and have to go through all the questions I did when I made the reservation on the app. Everytime I put my card in to pay he would say his computer froze and we would have to start the whole process over. That happened twice. Then the other guy told him you have to enter the card manually cause the computer will freeze. I brought uhaul back to Kalispell saloon cause it was closer and that's where I had to go to pick up an appliance dolly. At Kalispell saloon they told me I had to bring that dolly back to that location. The guy at Kaliste saloon said I had to drop off uhaul to ambassador and I said what's the difference a d he said that's where you checked it out at. So I had to go all the way to ambassador. Not happy at very unsatisfied with customer service, I will not come back I will probably find another company if I need to use a truck again.

EARL B.There was no issue with the U-Haul Trailer itself. My came later due to issue, that due to an emergency situation I had to turn the U-Haul Trailer in to a different U-Haul location (Tyler, Tx) other than where I had rented it (Lafayette, La) and was charged $598.00. This was a situation that was out of my control that would prevent my being able to return to Lafayette to return the trailer. I feel this price was extremely excessive was very disappointed in U-Hauls response to the matter.
Phillip C.Black entry door needs a way to allow door to remain open such as a stopper. Each time I tried to enter I had to hold door open with one hand and try to pull hand truck with other hand. Door kept slamming on my load and knocking it off. Also the pest control black box was too strong for my small unit. It gave me a headache and I could still smell and taste it 30 minutes after leaving. I removed it and put in hallway. I had already advised staff that it was too strong and he said housekeeping would take care of it.

Chris C.I made a reservation for the truck and a furniture dolly. A appliance dolly and pads. Got to the location and no appliance dolly and furniture dolly and pads. I had to go to another location and pick them up myself. Also stated the fuel was at a 1/4 of a tank. Display stated 29 miles left. Spent an hour just getting the tools and the fuel. This is not very good customer relations. Spent 40 on fuel they did give me a 30 fuel credit.

Karonica W.After reserving a 6 x 12 trailer two days prior at a different location, I received a call from them 5 mins before my pick-up time saying there were no units available. I was parked literally across the street from them to allow vehicles to move out of the way. As a repeat customer, I was not thrilled. I then went across town to this location being reviewed and the service was great.

Danny U.I am not happy at all with this location. They charged me and extra $117 for an extension when I didn't need an extension because I returned the uhaul 24 hours from when I got it. Then when I returned it she charged me another $88 for no reason at all. I put the gas back where it was and everything. I have already spoke to the manager. They have people inside this place that doesn't know what they are doing. They are just charging people's card for extra stuff that doesn't make sense

CHARGED ME 79,8 FOR FUEL HE CLAIMED I DID NOT FUEL UP WHEN IN FACT I DID GET THE TRUCK AT 1/4 TANK. I HAD TO CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE TO FINALLY GET SOME HELP. I WILL HAVE TO CAREFULLY CONSIDER WHERE I GO FOR A MOVING TRUCK BECAUSE THIS EXPERIENCE AS A WHOLE HAS LEFT A BAD TASTE IN MY MOUTH. THERE SHOULD NOT BE THIS MUCH TROUBLE TO RENT A MOVING VAN AND HAVE IT RETURNED ANYWHERE.

He told me there was a lock in the unit but after we hauled all of our stuff upstairs to the unit, there was no lock. Then when we went to tell them there wasn't a lock in there, they told me I had to buy one. Mauvaise expérience.

The rep who served me was friendly but he did not mention anything about the convenient lock for buy storage. I picked up a lock and the rep charged for the lock. I came to the place along and no one on the staff offered any help with lifting anything heavy onto the moving carts which I realize is not really in their job description but it would have been nice to at least be offered. It was just a ok experience for myself. I would just invite a friend to come if they really need space. Thanks for the storage.

When the contract was FINALLY ready, almost an hour after we began, she had entered the wrong size unit and it took an additional half hour to get THAT straightened out. This does not appear to be rocket science or brain surgery. It made the whole process aggravating \, took entirely too long, and was stressful.
