I suspect they looked inside to see if there was anything worth stealing. your pull down doors suck security wise.easy to break in. my car was fine ,but I wouldn't put items of value in your units. a learning lesson for me. incidentally I expect your company will do absolutely nothing to improve security of the doors. I expect your company does not really care.
