WILLIAM M.The employees did not check the gas before renting. I picked up after hours and used my mobile app. The gas had more than a quarter tank less than what was pictured. I took a picture and submitted it when picking it up, but nothing updated. I ended up spending an additional $23 on gas because of an error. This is after I gassed up and parked. I then drove BACK to the gas station because it was charging me almost $30, even though there was never the amount of gas in the tank. Horrible experience.

In addition, the truck I was given had excessive damage to it. I'm disappointed in U-Haul as the value and service has declined significantly over the past couple of years. Please do better.

Everett M.Got a call from this location the day after I had dropped off the van asking when I was going to drop of my vehicle. They didn't even know the van had already been returned. Was also charged for gas when I brought the van back with the amount of gas marked in the contract.

He was very professional, very helpful, courteous, friendly and had a sense of humor which made the pick-up experience seamless and easy! Unfortunately, I did not get his name, but he wear the Locs hair style. However, a couple days prior to this visit, I was at the Uhaul facility to purchase some boxes, packing tapes and bubble wrap. The guy (wore knit hat) who assisted me with this was not too friendly or courteous. Though, he did carry the boxes to the van, he did not put them inside - thankfully, the operator of the van assisted with that.

I had to search the facility since the first area where they told me the truck was parked was incorrect. While driving the truck, there was a problem with the seat belt device. Even though my seat belt was fastened, the seat belt warning light/horn would not shut off. Then when returning the truck, I again had to look for the agent.

Ourotum H.Poor customer service. You have stickers on the floor directing customers to go around boxes to be services next but staff service people who are not in line ahead of those who are in line. You also have staff who walk out of the office to type on the computers to then return to the office and close the door instead of helping the people in line.

Dewrann S.I received 3 vehicles with issues. The staff was helpful but aware of the safety issues with the vehicles. Unfortunately, I didn't have time to take the 3rd vehicle back for a replacement, but it was not safe. The driver's side knob for the mirror was broken off (missing). As a result, I could not adjust the mirror. With all of the issues that I experienced and the amount of time spent, at the very least, I should have my mileage refunded if not the entire rental amount.

But why even begin there. Let others have a job who is interested in working not only get paid for being around .

They block the truck return passage but tell you to park legally however there is no way to do so without backing out of the return lane which is practically impossible with a 26ft truck. They say the truck bed needs to be padlocked but provide no such locks for after hours returns.

At 7pm, I was told the garage doors were locked going to be locked and I would have to enter through a single door. That is devastating news to a person who is paying movers by the hour. Additionally, the entryway was blocked due to auction waste. The staff cleared just enough for us to access the door, but the rest of the waste was left for us to navigate. It was disgusting. I have the pics to prove it, and I have the pic of the associate locking the door in my face, when she could of easily let me slide one more load through the garage door, before she locked it. Poor condition, poor service and unclean environment.

Also, location of the unit in proximity to the loading dock was dicey; go down one row, turn right, go down another row to get to unit. Not easy (tiring) when you have physical mobility issues. Overall the storage area is cleaner/nicer than Public Storage I have used in the past.

I was told by Cal that 1st month was free but the rude female associate said it was not free for the first month. My code to the build never worked I called for help they only came 1 time to see why my code was not working I want my money back.

Some staff members will tell you one thing Olof their policy and the same day another member will tell you I something different for the same question. I complained about roaches being in my unit and you will even see them crawling down the hall. I was told that I should have gotten the insurance from them and possibly it would cover the expenses of getting pest control. Later I went to my unit and it was full of rodent droppings. Some of my items are ruined. The previous staff when I first moved into the unit was wonderful and very helpful, they did not mind explaining things. The staff now seems to not care about the customers or their belongings. The 24 hour access i paid monthly for did not get me the access. One one day the doors were open and the next day they were locked and the card will keep denying you to get in. Not convenient at all. There seem to be a lot of staff turnover and no consistency in the policies either. I am very disappointed with my rental

When I first arrived in the office the clerk ignored my showing him, on my phone, my reservations and only did the small items. I had to return and ask for management to have the storage portion, main portion, completed. This unit is not satisfactory because as told I have few but extremely heavy items. The stairs will cost me more to have my items moved when that time comes. There was a lack of knowledge from management and employee were not willing to share their knowledge to make sure all ran well, no teams work. This reflects on the employees more than the manager who is new.

She was very abrupt and not very accommodating at all. She also had the audacity to charge me for a lock that I didn't ask for or needed. It would be best to take one of her staff members to put them in place of managing vs the current manager who goes by the name of D. She could use a lot more of quality training/customers service training.,

Also, I spoke with a few others who are renting units at this location and they complained about mice on the first floor. My unit was on the second floor and I did not have any issues with mice. However, I did see a mouse on the first floor.

I had to haul the boxes up the steps...all 8 of them and more. I will not be here long. And customer service can make some effort to not be so grumpy and tired and needing to be left alone.
