Why am I getting charged for collision damage waiver $110.

attendee was uncaring and poor educated. Almost to the point of being rude. Also I can't beleive you don't offer military discount or health care givers a discount. Or AAA AARP nothing?

Fix the trucks when something is previously listed as needing maintenance, stop over charging customers.
You need a better system for addressing concerns of customers, while out with YOUR equipment. I was trying to put gasoline into a van(which I've never used before) and the type of gasoline wasn't visible. I called the store and the lady put me on hold right away. I waited about 5 minutes and then called back. Same thing happened. After about the 5th try she started sending me straight to some voicemail. I just remember thinking I'm glad this isn't life or death. I use this location all the time, and I understand that you guys get busy, but you need a better system to address customers needs or concerns while they're out with your equipment is basically what I'm trying to say. Would I use you guys again maybe... would I recommend you to someone else probably not.
I went to the store twice, once to reserve a truck and once to pick it up. Both times my credit card needed to be input manually because the chip reader AND the NFC reader did not work. Very odd. Why have the features if those methods don't work. Also, there are not enough customer parking spaces (three regular, one handicapped). Aside from these two issues, this location is great with a large selection and friendly service.

The clerk was very rude with a negative attitude and wanted to argue that the balance I received online was not the correct balance. She tried to make me pay more without double-checking. Once she passive-aggressively checked, she admitted that I was correct and price matched the online quote that I initially received from the website. After we departed Uhaul, approximately 4-5 hours later, the 'Check Engine' light began to indicate that something was wrong. The truck had difficulty shifting, and would not go above 3,000 RPM. We called a mechanic to come to fix it and then we were sent on our way without further issues.
They were quick, friendly, and efficient.
Did not honored my appointment time, (I'd a 1200pm app) when i arrived at 1200pm I was told my app. was 0900hrs (wrong) the vehicle was change.* Confirmation # 22412843 * I was charged $10.00 CDW ?? wasn't in contract. Family & friends will not patronize U-Haul anytime soon..
I was told to drop off only so I had no contact with personnel.

Travis was the star of that location. He ensured that everything went smoothly. He's the reason I gave this location an excellent rating
It would help if employees informed the customer what the allowable mileage is. I went from the pickup site to the dropoff site and apparently went three miles over what I was "allowed." The only thing I did was gas up the truck. It was a small charge, but it was the principle of the issue. Either make the allowable more realistic or inform the customer what that mileage is. Also, do not make masks mandatory if your employees are not going to wear them. Completely asinine.
I'm have been charged twice my them . On amount of $71.61 and a second one of $28.18. The uhaul was $30 and I was told I would be charged for about 4.5 gallons of gas. It was originally $44 for the first charge and then this morning the charge amount changed 3 days later.
When call to reserve or walk -in give all details of the cost. What you might need and wha you don't need. All charges should be discussed without add-ons after the fact. With the exception of mileage, and condition or damages of vehicles.
Employees except for maybe one act as if it is a chore to set up rentals or reservations for customers and refuse to use store equipment to verify and scan identification

Amazing customer service
The facility and staff were helpful. My only concern is the inability of staff to maintain accurate records that I sent in to establish that I relinquished ownership of the contents of my unit. The first hard copy of the signed form and the key were lost. The second email was not acknowledged. It took a third attempt and approximately 16 months before the contract was finalized. This caused undue stress and made it seem as though I did not do my part on stating that I was giving up the rights to the contents in the unit. I was not living in state and had to conduct this through email and phone calls. I tried to inform staff initially to avoid such an encounter and it happened anyway.
This store was the only people that were willing to help and explain fees to me. They were patient and understanding that the company uhaul messed up and needed to fix it

Good service. I pulled in, didn't even have to get out of my truck. The attendant unhooked the trailer, inspected it and gave me a receipt. No problems at either end of my journey.
I was sent to uptown storage for return. They are no longer a dealer and I had to pick up the truck and hook up the trailer again and take it to a different location. It was difficult and I hurt my back trying to move the heavy trailer.
Steering seems a little off. Truck was clean though. Some of the staff could be a little friendlier.
You billed me for after hours return when I had the equipment in at least 30 min before closing. WTF???!!! I wonder how many other customers this has been done to???!!! What a rip off.
I would like to make sure that I've charged the correct amount for the trailer I used for 2 days. When I came in to get it, I thought that I would just need it for 1 day. I used my card, So when I turned it in. The Lady tried to charge me for 3 days. This Was WRONG. I hope this is CORRECTED on my Card .
Our original drop off location they gave us did not even exist. Had to sit on hold with uhaul for 15 min to get a different drop off place. Did not have a good experience with uhaul and will not be using them for our military moves again.
Access to the storage was often limited due to UHaul vehicles blocking the entrance
I had a long wait when I went to pick it. I do not understand why I had to wait when I had done my check in on line already.
I feel that if you rent your equipment for only 1 or 2 hrs you shouldn't have to pay for one full day of service. For example I rented a pick-up truck for two hours and was charged $53.00.
The truck I received was filthy inside and out. The steering wheel was covered in something sticky. The cup holders were full of some kind of gross liquid. (Time stamped photos taken for verification.) The AC did not work. It only blew hot air which was miserable while working and moving. The left turn signal was busted out. Pulled over and given a warning.

Storage areas are clean and well kept, loading bays are convenient and the free push carts are very helpful.
There are roaches we didn’t have any when we came hopefully we don’t when we get the stuff out
Questionable character of employees. Not the most knowledgeable or professional staff. I would not recommend this place and regret using this business myself.
Took over 2 hours to get a truck with only one person in line in front of me and the employees are in need of a system over haul
above the agreed upon price, they continued to charge my card for 2 months even after numerous phone calls and turning in my key card.... I wouldnt reccomend it to anyone!

Moved from Denver, CO to Lawton, OK. Had no issues what so ever with the truck we rented. My second time to use Uhaul, and if needed, will again.

I was disappointed I moved out early thinking I would get money back for turning it in early, That is not the case with uhaul but yet if I am late on a payment they send me a pre lean notice.
Move-out was quick, no waiting around.

Overpriced, very expensive. Had to get TWO SMALL units for $125/ month EACH because nothing bigger was available. Could not access the units from outside, had to walk down multiple NARROW hallways
