We rented 2 trailers, a closed moving trailer and a vehicle hauler. Also bought a hitch and ball which was assembled and installed by an associate. The hitch was not torqued, the nut was coming off and trailer pulled my truck back very aggressively, damaging 2 expensive bookshelves. The car hauler threw a flat tire not even 2 hours into our move and the front straps would not stay tightened. We had to tighten the straps every 2 hours to ensure nothing happened to the vehicle being hauled.

Female employee was wonderful! Kind and welcoming - assisted with my drop off/disconnected equipment - I didn't have to do a thing. took me (maybe) 10 minutes and I was out the door. FANTASTIC service / excellent employees / fast & reliable. I use this location almost every time I need a truck or trailer.

Information in the app was incorrect. Keys were in locked boxes on the building not in the truck as listed in pickup instructions on app. Truck was also parked in and extremely hard to move without touching the trucks behind, in front, and the on the side.

When checking in online, I think it would be beneficial to provide an upload link for the driver license photo. When taking the picture in the app at night, it was so blurry because the lights kept activating the reflective features of the license.

In terms of having a hitch and wiring installed everything went very well. Scheduling on-line was easy. My vehicle was serviced when scheduled and completed in less than 2 hours. I even received a small refund from the expected price. Overall, it was a smooth and hassle free experience.

I reserved a truck two weeks in advance for my move, I wanted to be sure they had that and a car trailer ready. My husband is a truck driver and we had very limited time to make our move in. When we arrived we were told they have the trailer but the truck was already gone. A new truck was found for us over two hours away in state college ONE WAY. There was no offer to take money off for their mistake, absolutely nothing offered to cover the time and the extra money to get the truck from a different location much further away. The truck we ended up getting wasn't very clean and had crumbs of food all over the floor. I would give negative stars if I could.

i was charged $36 for 7 Gallons of fuel when i brought the truck back with the same level of fuel that was in it when we left. i would like to have my money returned.

Both times we reserved a trailer, either the morning of or day before requested pickup, U-Haul customer service contacted us to let us know the equipment was not available. First time the new location for pickup was inconvenient, the second time it was a better location. Both times they made it right with a discounted price. The drop off location was very convenient. The trailer was super clean and both location employees were super helpful. Our only complaint was the last-minute changes. It's stressful enough to have a long drive and having to pack, but to think you may not have a trailer is even more stressful. U-Haul shouldn't offer on-line reservations if the availabilty is wrong.

Truck rented was clean. Brakes were extremely spongy, took some effort to bring truck to a stop and also prevent slow movement even with brakes in use. Only issue, other than being charged $9 for less than ONE MILE of travel.

Trailer worked out good. The roll up doors suck. It's hard to get the door open if items shift in the trailer. Swing open doors would be better. Also has more capacity without the roll up door.

Thanks for your service. The only thing is that when I wanted to extend my reservation time. I found a time limit not to pass that. The website showing the extend time should not pass 8,15am of the following day. But we had to drop off all my stuff at my apartment even though it was raining heavily. Other than that extention limit, everything was perfect. Thank you guys

I was charged 30 for fuel charge and 10,5 for 2 gallons of fuel. I drove 3 miles and put $5 of gas in it. Returned the vehicle with the same amount of fuel and they charged me 87,5 for 3 miles and barely any gas used. 10/10 would not recommend. They tried to rip me off.

The vehicle they gave me did not match what was on the contract. The mileage and gas were way off. I'm glad I caught it. I'd hate to have been charged for all those miles that weren't mine. It was a difference of around 1 000 miles

Took absolutely forever, over an hour, to get set up and actually have a rental unit with keys in my hand and that's after already having a reservation online! It's insane! And there's nothing stopping your neighbor from climbing over the wall and getting into your unit! The walls are simply just drywall and the screws are exposed! Your stuff is not safe here, you don't know who your neighbor is.

When renting a U-Haul truck to clean out a storage unit at another facility. The manager asked what we were going to do with the items in the unit that we were cleaning out. He offered us a U-Haul storage unit free for a month. Until we figured things out. The staff at the Lebanon, PA U-Haul are definitely top notch.

This Uhaul location was chosen because of convenience and turned out to be a huge mistake. Firstly I would like to say the building is infested with roaches and mice or rats. Not sure which one. All throughout the building there are huge traps laid out for the rodents. At first opening my storage I noticed 2 inside of my unit placed in opposing corners. I let that go because I had already loaded up my truck and then the cart and came to this location. So upon arriving at the location I entered my access code and could not enter the building. I then went inside and asked for help and was told I have to enter my access code in 2 separate doors in order to enter the building which was highly inconvenient and could have been told to me when I booked it online. So I didn't waste any time. Then as I was loading my belongings into my storage my daughter noticed a roach crawling out of 1 unit up the wall and all around. I made 2 trips with my truck and on the 3rd trip I tried to get in and was locked out. I was never told online that I had to pay extra to use the 24 hour service. It states that the Uhaul location itself is open for self service 24/7 and I was annoyed that I was standing outside and unable to get in and unload my car. My last issue with this whole situation was that my military veterans discount was not applied and there have been hidden fees in order to utilize this storage. If it were not for the urgency to get my belongings in a place I would have taken all of my things out. I plan on moving it all out within a week because I would hate if my belongings became roach infested and damaged due to mice or rats chewing through my stuff. I would not recommend storing your items here unless you get kicked out and have no place to put your stuff .

I personally with having physical issues like in my knees & hands wish there was some kind of elevating system to asst with getting things to the upper levels or/& more 1st floor units, especially for the disabled that's all & for all locations . Great great people thought 

This is our second time to use your storage facility. I remember many of the same great, helpful people. You have much of the material (boxes, packing material, trucks) that we have used over numerous times. Although my current unit is on the first floor, I hear you have added an elevator. That is a very welcome addition, as our unit before was on the second floor, and I Remember Those Stairs not very fondly. Thank you for your help and for having what we needed when we needed it. I ended having to throw my stuff out. Because mices got in and damaged my stuff. When I cleaned it out I found 3 die ones, showed the manager and he didn't seem to wonder about it. I told them and also showed them the damage last month. Ok thanks for letting us know. I tried to put a claim in for the damage but I needed the policy number for it, but no one would call me back or they said they can't fine one. I will never use your storage unit again

The Lebanon U-Haul staff are terrific. We ran into a problem when our portable storage pod from another company did not arrive. They were able to get us a truck and 3 storage units no problem. They were a huge help with our move and we couldn't be more grateful and satisfied.

Expected more from a storage facility. No lighting available inside the interior storage, lights in hallway leading to storage unit were very dim. The little interaction with staff seemed like we were a nuisance. Paid $170/month for interior storage and did not expect to see a lot of mouse waste on my wooden furniture shelves. Luckily only stored wood and plastic furniture and so far did not find damage from these critters. Would suggest this facility invest in some type of rodent repellents for their units so no one else has to deal with finding surprises in their belongings.

The employees were all fairly friendly and helpful, but none of the employees were wearing masks inside the building the two times I went. When getting my account set up, there were two employees working at the computer without any sort of mask. When checking out, there were three employees working on and out of the building. One of the employees did have his mask on while outside, but when I saw him inside later, he and the other two employees were not wearing masks. I felt very unsafe. In addition, the couple of customers I saw inside the storage warehouse were not wearing masks either (which I acknowledge is a lot harder to control).

When my debit card was going to be charged for the next month, it could not be. I did not know this at the time but the employee knew that and did not contact me to let me know. Instead, he let it go three days until finally letting me know he was charging me $15 extra for being late. I tried to tell him this, but he did not seem to care and charged my card anyway. So instead of $103 I paid $118. I know it isn't that big of a difference but during times like these, every penny counts and this entire ordeal was very unflattering. It was like HE was making that $15 and did not seem to care what I had to say. I hope Uhaul can help me with this issue or else I will take my business elsewhere next time.

I have a concern for the employees as sometimes they work alone and in this day and age that's unsafe, anyone could go inside while the employee is outside and anything could happen when they return to the inside. And I was very upset your company does not prorate the unit, my unit was from 6 to 6, I checked out on the 20th, that's 15 days early, I feel I should have gotten a reimbursement for those days

24hour access was a life saver. No lights in storage rooms gets inconvenient. It would be nice to use big door after hours not just the regular entrance with a door stop to push items over

We rented unit #173 for 1 month. It was dark and dingy with no light. There was a rat trap in the corner. When we moved our stuff out there were rat droppings everywhere. Wouldn't recommend it.
