You really ought to update your fleet. That vehicle shook with the door almost coming of the hinges with a speed of 63 miles an hour. I definitely did not feel safe with it. The seats were torn and the cabin was incredibly loud while the truck was on.

I had no problem with the storage unit. I had every problem with the place I dropped my U-Haul at and with being charged late fees that was fraudulent. if I hadn't taken photos of my car dropping off the U-Haul the person in charge of submitting this information would have gotten away with this. I dropped my U-Haul at a different location from my storage unit. he claimed I turned in the U-Haul a day late when in fact it was a day early. thanks to my photos and the people at the storage unit I have a claim and reciept that says I will Eventually recieve my refund. I have spent hours waiting to speak to someone only for the phone to hang up on me. and then to receive no help from anyone online. the only person to help me were the people at the storage unit. i had to file a claim through them and reopen it several times bc I still haven't received my refund for the fees. I had to call the storage manager again bc he's the only one who has helped me bc to this day I still haven't received my refund. I wouldn't recommend renting from U-Haul to anyone bc of how much time it takes to speak to anyone and how little they care. by the way it's been over a month and I still haven't received my refund. this was terrible and I deserve a bigger refund for how much time I have spent on this. this service besides you having one kind and caring employee has been terrible. reference number 3721448

Have enough staff on so it doesn't take an hour to get processed to pickup truck. Don't charge the $14 fee when it is declined. Lastly, email the final bill when you say you are going to. Don't make me have to follow up to receive it.

I was having trouble withe automated drop-off for my trailer. I understand that the process should be able to be done without help if the personnel, but the website was not letting me submit my pictures and I had to dispute the cleaning fee. I would have preferred some guidance but the two young women at the location were busy with other tasks and there was no one manning the desk to help.

The whole u-haul pick up was a complete mess. Took me 4 hours. My original location Hammond in Worcester sent me to Belmont St in Worcester. The only problem was they didn't know anything about me. They didn't have trucks. They sent me to Leicester 30min away . After hours, I got there and had to wait in phone for another hour and ended up getting Twitter support to do self-pickup all the while I had three crying kids in the car.

The person at the register had me there for over an hour because he didn't know what he was doing. He charged me double for the rental. And then I bought a lock which he then charged me twice for also. I told him I needed a dolly and he said it would be in the truck. It wasn't. So the manager came out and said if I wanted one I would have to come in and rent one. As I returned the truck I came in and showed the manager I was charged twice for a lock. He rolled his eyes and said there's nothing he can do I have to call corporate if I want a refund. I then told him I was returning my truck, he looked at me and shrugged his shoulders and said "okay" as if he couldnt care less. The manager at this location is very unprofessional and the employees have no idea what they're doing. Awful experience 0 out of 10

They were great! My husband and I we're running late therefore as soon as we pulled into the parking lot I got a text message from U-Haul saying the truck was no longer available, I was able to reserve the truck again but I had to go in instead of using my phone. The computer wasn't cooperating but the girl that was working was very patient and explained everything then she had to go ask someone for help who was in the middle of doing another job on a car but he came right in and helped her without complaining or making us feel like an inconvenience. They were great!

My "contactless" pickup still required that I go to the counter to get the key. Otherwise, it was an ok experience. The app fails in the returning department. I could never get a photo uploaded through the app. I had to open Chrome on my phone to do the truck return steps.

The clerks were very courteous and friendly despite how busy they were when we came to pick up the motorcycle trailer. However a helper came and directed us when we dropped off of the trailer and it was never checked back it until I got a phone call from the main office and verified the fact that we had returned it on time. On the unit list it clearly showed me my locker and stairs leading up all around. I was unaware that I would need a ladder to get to my unit. It is impossible to put anything heavy or any furniture in the unit because of its placement. Will never shop at uhaul again

The reason I'm giving average rating is because when arriving to the storage unit we were told that the lock hinges would be adjusted because they were loose & didn't align, which made it hard to close the lock. The guy that supposedly "fixed" it only had to put a bigger washer in the back of the door because the door is worn out were the screw is. But no.... he decided to force the screw tight. Only to realize it wasn't aligned & then grabbed a drill and just made the lock hole bigger, instead of doing the job properly. You tell me that isn't some ghetto carpentry 臘♀️. I know for a fact that it's going to get loose again. If he would've fixed it properly he wouldn't have to come back again when it loosens up again. The lazy work harder & double. I sure hope they don't try to charge me for something that was already messed up.. mind you that I said yes to the unit ONLY because he said it was going to get fixed for proper use. I'm not the happiest camper but I'm happy with the storage space & the facility is very clean. Just that 1 little detail would've given U-haul a 5 star rating but I have to be realistic, so there you have it.

Leominster U Haul, lied about my contacting them. I called & emailed them, 8/2017. Told them to sell CONTENTS. THEY WAITED UNTIL A YR LATER TO DO THIS. I AM Beyond angry, I am furious.

The entire staff went above & beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. They were very professional and pleasant at all times. I would highly recommend this U-Haul location to family and friends.

This is the worst company I've ever done business with. I was lied to, harassed and over charged and now expected to pay for a unit that an employee was informed I no longer wanted. Never again.
