The uhaul I rented was returned on time and with significantly less miles then I expected to use and I was charged extra for a “late†drop off the next day which isn't true and and I was charged for miles I didn't use

Dariusz G.Have the technicians be sure and get into the settings and make sure that the the auto lock is turned off. I went to unhook the trailer with the keys in the ignition, engine running and the doors auto locked with my phone inside, luckily I had people around me and could use their phone to contact UHaul for a lock out tech to arrive. If perhaps I was alone on the road and that happened I could have been really screwed.

I thought they were working with me when I explained I had a sudden death and the person I share it with died and now his items are part of estate. There is some inside stuff going on . Why would they sell my stuff for 9 $ when I'm offering the balance of 800$. And who does that to people at z time like this. These are migrating curmznstsnces to say the least. I've written the ceo , the BBB, the uhaul customer complaint department and a few more. This bully is illegal.

ABIGAIL R.I think the price per month is a little high for the small unit I had. I wanted a smaller one. But there was none available at the time. If it cost less, I probably would have kept my stuff in there longer. But over all. It was clean and secure. But prices could be better.

My brother drove the truck there but needed to leave immediately so I went inside to complete the paper work. I was told the truck needed to go to the Glenside location. I told the employee that I wasn't on the contract and my brother left so I couldn't drive the truck there. She then told me “It doesn't matterâ€. My brother, my mom, and myself will never be using Uhaul again as this is the second bad experience with using Uhaul. The employee at the Glenside location was very friendly and helpful.

I only had the truck for 9 hours on 1 day but had to pay not only a $20 late drop off fee but also double the 39,95 rate for a few hours just because I exceeded my original estimate of time. This will lead me to seek alternatives next time I need a truck rental.

Morning customer service was good and helpful afternoon clerk just was lazy I asked if she can check vehicle before I leave she just didn't move from sit so I dropped keys at the counter and left.she wasn't rude but not attentive as the morning clerk
Steven R.Most people think with a hitch install there will be an electrical hookup next to the hitch near the bumper. Ours was installed inside the back of our small SUV. When using the hitch we need to hang the wire out the back gate. If thats the case I think the customer could be notified that this will be the case, just as a heads up prior to the install.

Anthony W.Stop adding on all kinds of different fees that do not exist when you make a reservation..also have some courtesy for those that do not know how to properly hook up a trailer tow and secure their vehicle..charging customers $20 to secure a trailer to your trucks and secure their vehicle for safety..after all safety should be a priority..also also don't overcharge customers for a transport trailer..if and it does quote $79 for the trailer but you charged me $99 and as I was driving the uhaul with my vehicle in tow on the overpriced trailer one of the chains detached from my vehicle that the uhaul employee hooked up that I paid the $20 to hook it up cuz I wasn't sure..so much for peace of mind during a 3hr drive..the Bristol uhaul company sucks..but the uhaul employee that checked me out upon returning the truck n trailer in Shamokin Dam was phenomenal..very understanding to my concerns..and just an overall caring employee going that extra mile to satisfy her customers

So my car was not ready when I went to pick it up, thankfully the skilled lady who works behind the counter( I apologize I forgot her name) was able to install it mostly by herself . She was able to get her brother in law to come and assist her but I am thankful she took the initiative to complete the job.

My daughter passed away… was actually murdered and the blanket that was over her casket and another blanket with pictures of her were full of mice poop and urine! This really saddens me because that's something I can't replace. I was told I had insurance then when I complained was told I didn't have insurance and that it was easier to go through them directly then going through insurance. I was given a check for $1500 even though the things I lost was worth much more. I complained about my unit since January. I was honestly thinking about calling Mr Shoen because something needs to be done. The mice need to be dealt with! I forgot to mention my fireplace was ruined along with my daughters sneakers due to mold. Also I have videos to prove everything im saying
