There was 1 person ahead of me and I had to wait 10 minutes in line. Then the representative didn't put the equipment and supplies I brought in the van or didn't give them to me when he handed me.the keys. Such an inconvenience.

My question for upper management would be to either revisit the dispatch organization or upgrade to a sophisticated planning software because I shouldn’t find out 12 hours before a 7am appointment that I need to drive an extra 30 minutes both ways to get a uhaul truck to load up a uhaul storage unit at a different location. As a formal distribution director for a fortune 50 company this is embarrassing for uhaul.

Very efficient process, however the uhaul employee was not particularly friendly, responding at times with an attitude and condescendingly when I would questions about the rental return process. Would give five stars if it weren’t for the employee.

unpleasant interaction during return. he grabbed an empty bottle of water from the cup holder and gave it to me.very very rude.the way he did it was unprofessional. He shook his head because there was little bit of dust in the cargo area. I just spent $100 for 1 day. should have been thanked for my business and not being treated like trash.

My only major complaint was the unnecessary need to photograph my driver's license. This is a major personal identification security issue for me. The use of a personal cell phone is also a major concern. I have never had to provide this before. I will not go back as long as I have someone photographing my license and I have no idea where it goes or what security measures are taken.

Get a sign. It took me a while to figure out where exactly I was supposed to go. Also I drive by this place all the time and I had no idea it was there.

My complaint not against the locations. The on line reservations is very poor 1 I didn’t receive any notification after reservation. 2 the pic up and drop off locations wasn’t my choice . 3 the charges I had it on line less than what I paid.

Office did not know how to use the mobile pick up process - so I had to change my schedule to get to the office while the employee was working. This inconvenienced me since I was planning on picking up the Uhaul after office hours / late evening due to my schedule. Nice that you have the mobile pick option but it does not work because the employees don't know what to do in order to set it up.

When I arrived to the store, I could tell the one and only guy working there I believe name was Mike (just a guess) has been working his butt off all day and really knew knew the ins and outs of the entire place. Really made the experience helpful with renting and getting out the door with everything I needed to move safely. Thank you for all you all did in this process of moving to Lake Bluff and we will be back because of this experience. Now have to buy more furniture! If there are any discounts or specials please let us know!

Keep up the excellent service. Showroom is very clean and well organized. Service was exceptional. Was offered additional equipment for assistance(not needed). Had a wide variety of trucks and trailers for rent. Have used other locations in the past but the experience I had here will cause to return for future rentals

Great experience with the team at this location. They were very helpful. It was a bummer that they were not open on a Sunday, when we needed to have movers unload our U-boxes.

Shipment sat in Libertyville facility for a week before we could pick it up. Our contact person in IL was never notified. Finally received a "Do not reply" email" with no contact phone number.

You need more staff on weekends...very busy location. And, after pulling into the rear area for loading and unloading, I had two tires punctured by nails on the ground. Thanks for the added gift/cost
