you really need to pay attention to sizes of trailers. The size that is stamped on trailer is not the true size! if it wasn't for me taking an actual measurement of the trailer, my project would have been a flop! you could tell the difference in size just by looking at two trailers that have stamped the same size. I was then charged a few more bucks for getting what i actually wanted? no big deal but still. Please check your light bulbs and replace as needed.BRUNO NICOLA M.

The guy who checked me in was on his phone the whole time!! Must have been on a video call because he actually had me waiting while he got his phone to stand up using the keyboard so the woman on the other end could see him. This was around 10 / 10:05. For the customer service and quality of the equipment I would recommend this UHaul site. It may have been in the fine print and I didn't see it, but I was not expecting a $30 fueling service fee in addition to $28,75 in fuel charges. You already charge $4,75/gallon for fuel, so why the extra fueling service fee? That was a big surprise. Should have stated that out front much more clearly.Cheryl S.

More than one rep assigning trucks on a Saturday.TANYA MARIE C.
You need to retrain your employees to tell the truth when you ask for something there like for example I wanted the bolt kit with lock. I had already the hitch on my SUV. The guy that was there the longest lied and told me they ran out and that I could buy the lock separately from the $8,07 something seven dollars which was a lie he just wanted me to get me out of there the next day he looked it up and he did find one Complete bolt kit with the lock. So I said, can I exchange it since you guys screwed up since I asked you over 12 times each that I wanted the whole kit with the lock? He said, no because it's Bolt is used but that's the U Haul fault for not training your employees correctly, and I made a complaint and I did I want to get reimbursed for the lock alone or somebody needs to exchange my lock to the complete kit as I requested at time of purchase. Your employee said you did not have any kits when you did! I saw it the next day. Neither employees would look up to see if there was any kits in stock the date of purchase. Vehicle service light was on and check gas cap warning wouldn't go away. My agent checked the cap which appeared to be on properly with a newer looking gasket. The agent made my experience better than it otherwise would have been by genuinely caring and attentive. Vehicle was clean.GORDON VIRGIL H.

My unit had a lock on it and I wasn't offered a alternative even a larger unit or a smaller unit nothing. The door that you have to go into has no lights so basically somebody could be standing there and you wouldn't even see them. I didn't feel comfortable because the door is in a alley with no lights. Had only one employee working the Dass had once I found that my unit had a lock on it I had to wait over a half an hour for service.Jennifer R. | Online Move In

The truck wasn't very well taken care of. Seats were uncomfortable, head liner all ripped up. Interior panels broken window visor was broken and bouncing in the way. The electrical was flickering the dash light, heat stopped working for half my trip. The coolant was low and the dome light was missing a cover in the cargo area!TATUM WILLIAM L.

There was a lady that was checked in before me. I feel like she either has complained or will complain so i would like to say the staff member did nothing wrong to her. She showed up an hour late for her reservation and disrupted the entire store. She treated the other customers horribly and the staff member horribly and he handled her professionally. The smart phone transactions are nice - very little physical paperwork. The personnel worked around my unique logistical situation and made sure I got good value for the price.
