Getting the boxes was smooth, storing them was smooth. However having them picked up was honestly a headache. My pick up time was rescheduled twice. But thankfully your customer service team waived the storage fee since they were supposed to have been picked up by the time the next storage date was due

Everything went smoothly even though we ran out of room in the truck we rented we were able to pick up trailer to complete our move. There trailer was clean and ready with brand new tires giving us extra peace of mind since we had a 300 mile drive ahead of us.

Bruce and the staff were great! We rented on line for two separate rentals, and Bruce made it super easy to keep the trailer over night as one rental. We have one more big move and we will back.

Contract was for 1day and I had returned the equipment after 6hrs of use. The receiving rep apparently didn't close out my contract at return. Uhaul contacted me the next morning(left no vm). I contact back and the customer service dept. mentioned they didn't receive equipment. When I told them I did it was a race to get a local person to confirm the transaction. They never picked up when trying to contact them. This was unacceptable from both myself and ubal customer service. Spent the entire day talking to customer service when the calls kept getting transferred or dropped and I had to keep calling back. Spoke to 6 people total and finally a manager that was not able to help at all. I made multiple suggestions as to stop or hold another pmt from my acct. Until the investigation is complete but this could not be done. After making multiple attempts and suggestions I only was able to get the local manager name and regional manager number. All I needed was for no more charges attempts until confirming the status of equipment and commented policies should be reevaluated where customer service has a process somehow to provide a service type while any future investigation goes on and local office is contacted. I was not going to accept the 3 or 5 days assumption that my acct would be opened up and rectified by local office at my expense or further daily amt held due to lack of competent on your team. When calling customer service there should be further services if this situation should again arise. That is what customer service is. If you want business then service is what you need to provide in every area. To the local team, before assuming that the equipment wasn't received, do your due delinquency and investigate the property daily as a routine to avoid further mistakes/mischarges. If office does a morning inventory daily the equipment would have been noted returned even after not closing at time of customer return. I have provided many ideas as to how to improve and management should evaluate changes in order to improve.

Richard was great-Litchfield needs a manager that can be there on weekends and helps the process. I called on mon 11/15 to get my boxes pulled. Whoever took my call didn't tell anyone to pull them. I waited an hour to get these. Richard is the only capable person there. very frustrating and cust serv reps sit at a low desk, boxes piled high, he can see customers waiting and we cant see him. Poor set up. Not satisfied with experience and greatly lacking customer service. Truly a bummer that we need this location more than they need us. It shows in your customer service.

Initial phone call to set up U-Haul - disappointing- directed to website Website useable, not helpful for the questions I had U-Haul staff called, not helpful with lack of vehicles - passed on to pods. Pod customer service - Heather - helpful. Was the only one helpful. Pod order made. Unable to contact anyone regarding questions regarding delivery site. Was transferred in phone tree hell numerous times to numerous people who were unable to help/continued to transfer me to next person who was unsure why I was transferred to them. Pods were not delivered on time. Numerous phone calls to traffic director with three different excuses. I WILL NOT recommend UHaul to anyone and will share the poor service I received.

We scheduled a pick up of our U-box through the main customer service. It was scheduled for 7:30am. When we arrived on-site, we were told they don't pull U-boxes for pick up until 9am. It was a wasted trip and we had to come back to pick it up.

Show up the day you say you will, hell, show up the same week. I would have gladly paid double to not deal with your garbage trash customer service people. Litchfield park warehouse employees are poor excuses for human beings, let alone employees. Please reevaluate these unmanaged, rude, ungrateful employees. I spent almost 7000 on your service and they disrespected me at every interaction. And good luck getting ahold of literally anyone to try and remedy the situation. Costed me almost a thousand dollars extra having to deal with these incompetent hags. Thanks for literally nothing uhaul. -10 stars.

Hire more competent workers who don't insult their coworkers in front of customers saying they %$#@ing hate the other guy and who can accurately read a gas gauge. The truck itself was great but being mistakenly charged a major gas fee afterwards and then having to wait 3-5 business days to get a refund (which i had to fight for) what the heck Uhaul!? People depend on businesses doing the right thing the first time and not charging more than expected. Now i am in a struggle because of the erroneous charge and if it wasn't for the call center's supervisor, this rating would be a 1 star.

It was a Saturday morning and there were only 2 people attending to customers. Me and some other customers were waiting an extended amount of time. Once I brought back the trailer an attendant quickly came to help me return the trailer. He was very professional and nice.

The online reservation allowed us to make a reservation for a cargo van at a location near our house, just to have someone call and tell us the next day and tell us that we would need to pick it up at a location 5 miles further, thus 10 miles extra driving. We were charge for the additional 10 miles because the clerk said the vans are leased. I don't care what lame excuse we were given, the online reservation should not allow you to reserve anything that isn't available at a site then if it isn't there or we should have not been charged for the extra distance because you let us reserve it at that other location, just to change it on us.

I was told no 26 foot truck was available and I made the reservation a month prior. I was told 1 day prior to an out of State move, that's unacceptable. I ended up with 2 15 foot trucks, a tow dolly and a trailer. I had to incur over a 1000$ of extra expense with 2 trucks for gas and the trailer and dolly. Fortunately my Brother was in town to drive a car. Had he not been there I would have been in serious trouble. I still wasn't able to move everything and left stuff in storage and that's an extra expense as well as now I have to rent another truck in 3 weeks. At no time when I made the reservation was I told the truck wouldn't be available, again totally unacceptable. I've used U-Haul many times in the past and this is my first negative experience. The unavailability of the truck added stress to my move. If it wasn't for the great shop our household would have been on the street. U-Haul corporate has some issues.

I received 3 call from staff instigated by my wife. They demanding I tell them where the key for the unit was located. Your staff should never have made a call to me on behalf of my wife. She is an adult and is more than capable of using the phone by herself. Advise your staff they should stay out of things they know nothing about. I can understand making 1 call but after that they should have let it go. The 2nd and 3rd calls got rude, demanding and almost treating. If you have any questions you can call me at 480-201-6184.

I got cheated out of a month rent ! I thought you would adjust my days of usage because I just paid for the next month , I was told that's the way we do business. I was able to squeeze my storage contents into our Moveing pod that why I emptied space 1110.

We had a unit for 3 years, it's very clean and staff was friendly and helpful if needed. If we need to use a unit again I wouldn't hesitate to go here again. I highly recommend this storage facility.

I have used other locations several times a year located in Surprise, AZ and Peoria, AZ In the past. I have never had a good experience. The one located at 13440 W Bell Rd, is quite possibly the worst one ever and why I choose this different office. Hands down changes the way I look at U-Haul and had at 10 out of 10 experience. The site was quick, clean, and super friendly. I will not use another location after this and have already told others, who share my opinions, to go there as well.

We initially booked the rental on-line for a 26 foot but called to change the reservation to a 15 foot vehicle which we were told was one way. When we actually got to the location we were informed that this was not the case and that we would have to return the vehicle back to the location even though it was way out of our way. For a company that charges 99 cents per mile, it would be helpful to allow a one way clause, especially when we had booked it that way on the phone. The attendant said if she changed it to a one way we would have to add an additional 70 $dollar charge. Also, the vehicle was not full when we picked it up, but were told to ensure it was full upon being returned. I did so, but am wondering why I am not being prorated for the cost of the gas that I had to fill up past what was provided to me. Additionally, when I asked about a military discount, I was informed this was only provided at the actual storage location, which I was using, to store our belongings and yet no discount (Military aside) was given for the use of the truck. I would not recommend using U-Haul in the future.

Every single employee at this facility is extremely helpful and extremely friendly. I originally started with the one in Goodyear the employees there are very rude they could care less if they help you or not.

The lady who made my reservation at the Litchfield location was very pushy. She is at the Goodyear location and.I definitely would not use that location. Her customer service is not all that great 

I needed to start the move process to Glendale AZ - and this location seemed to be ideal, being within 7 miles of the future home. Upon renting a UHaul truck, found that I qualified for 1 month free rent - which helps out. I found the staff to be very friendly and pleasant, and noticed that this is a state-of-the-art facility with plenty of cameras and security sensors. The rental unit was spotless and seemed to be very new.

Facility is very clean. I was able to unload a 15ft truck by myself thanks to the loading dock and use of carts to move my things to a 3rd floor location using elevator. A+++
