I was impressed with the way I was treated and the condition of the equipment. The gentleman that helped me was quite efficient and very polite and knowledgeable.
Terrell G.I rented a 6x12 open trailer with no ramp and after it was hooked up I was looking at another trailer which was the same except had a ramp. I told the man I wanted the one with the ramp and he changed it no problem. It was five bucks more but I didn't care. He was very nice and it turned out to be the manager. Great place and great attitude there.
Jeffrey C.Charlotte was so helpful. She hooked up the trailer and gave me good tips. When I returned she was on her lunch and still was willing to help me. I ended up disconnecting it myself after she told me how it worked. Thanks so much.
Vaughn L.My reservation was moved from San jose to Livermore. It should have prompted in big words to wait for a confirmation email. But I had to pay someone to get a ride to Livermore to pick up the truck. I feel like I should've been discounted for the inconvenience. It was a 2 hr drive due to traffic. Everyone was upset that I had to deal with & it just wasn't worth it.
Delia V.I'm a frequent renter, especially now that we are moving. I've NEVER accepted the insurance clause because I am covered through my own company (I own a construction company here in town). Somehow I guess when reserving this time, on my Iphone, i must have selected the insurance coverage?

Ken A.Trailer had little bits of trash when I received it (specifically a straw, some confetti type stuff in it). Also the rear left brake light was out and when the U Haul Staff hooked my trailer up and checked the lights, they still let me go with a tail light out. It wasn't until I had my girlfriend check the lights that we found this out. The reservation system isn't very reliable as I made a reservation weeks in advanced and got a call a week before I needed the trailer stating there was no 5x8 trailer available within 100 miles for 3 weeks. Luckily this location had a 6x12 and they allowed me to use it for 2 days rather than 1. This is why I give an average rating only because of that.

Alan C.The covered trailer we reserved wasn't ready, we had to use an open trailer which was a nightmare driving on the I-5 with boxes, couches, pillows. With that said, the customer service was excellent. Threw in some tarp and offered to extend the reservation an extra day even though we didn't need it. The guy was really nice & helpful.

Dennis B.When I told the employee that two of the tires were bald, he just said to call roadside service. I don't think that was the right answer. He also said they had no spare tires there or one with the trailer. I put two new tires on it, at my cost, just to not get a flat when we were on our way. The price was right, for sure. Merci.

Anthony G.Performed the online check-in in advance. When I got to the site and went through the website per the instructions it then said that no equipment was reserved for me and to go inside. So what was the point of making go through this then? When I returned the equipment, signs indicate that when returning the vehicle to wait with your equipment and someone will come out. So I did....nobody came out even though I could see people in the office. Eventually gave up and did the 24/7 return. Someone came in right after me and walked right into the office and they were helped right away. So am I supposed to wait or go in? I'll do whatever you want, just give me the right directions.

DAVID B.The 24/7 did not work and I had to wait an additional 25 minutes for the office to open after spending 35 minutes with customer service. Then when I first starting driving on the freeway the bed door came open so I pulled over but the latch was stuck in the locked position up. I had to ask a stranger to help us get the latch unlatched so the door would come down and I could lock it with the pad lock. Returning after hours online was not too bad. I would rent again from this location as the people were helpful renting the truck.
