Got my rental easily and fast but the person that inspected it put that it had a tank-full of gas when it wasn’t of course i was charged for the rest of the gas when i had evidence that it wasnt full. Mileage also .6 + from what it had ... pretty mest up how i had to pay some extra money for their mistakes. Make the employees put accurate numbers and correct ones. Stealing from us in our face!!!

I'm renting two storage areas. They truly need air in there. I almost died especially loading the small one on upper level right in front by the windows. Sun beams on the metal all day and I burned my hands touching it to open ??. Staff however ARE AWESOME. ALL OF THEM, VERY ACCOMMODATING

They gave an empty gas tank , yes they told me If I return with 1/4 tank I’ll get $45 dollars credit , but literally I ran out of gas two blocks from their facility , and tried calling them, but they never picked up their phone . I had to walk to the gas station , get a 2 gallon container to put gas so I could make it to the gas station and put more gas in the tank

In my opinion they need to have more than two people working. The morning I was there they had one person working outside and he was rather busy and the person that was in the office was outside helping a customer at the propane station, When I came back in the afternoon there was a line of people inside waiting to be served. I have been to smaller locations where they have two to three people working inside and when the person outside gets behind somebody goes outside and helps.

The change of location triggered my bank's fraud protection, which I can't imagine is out of the ordinary for cross-country trips. What seems out of the ordinary is that nobody at U-Haul thought to contact me when the payment didn't process. As a result it took me an extra TWO HOURS to get someone to charge my card and release my U-Box. As a result I had to pay an additional $75 to my movers due to extra time. This is completely unacceptable. Before the move, the U-Haul rep I spoke with made it sound like I had to book movers through Movinghelp.com, which connected me with a company that A) needed me to rent a truck and B) didn't even know how to hitch a trailer to my truck in order to tow my U-Box. Ultimately I had a pretty terrible experience with this organization and I question whether I will move forward with U-Haul for future moves.

Have uhaul employee check truck instead of customer. Everyone dont have a cell phone that can do all of the check out procedure you have the customer do, and also most seniors can't do it.

I'm not a big fan of the new truck rental process. Trying to locate the truck that I'd rented without the assistance of the staff was confusing. It took us a while to locate it I prefer having the staff bring the truck to me. That's called good SERVICE.

Don't use the movers through the Uhaul site. They flooded our kitchen, made a mess when moving items out of house. They didn't pay attention to what the boxes said. Stuff was put in wrong rooms and worst of all they were 4 hours late.

I places my online order for a 20’ truck and a appliance dolly. When I arrived I found the rental truck blocked in by two other trucks and spoke to a rep regarding it . The following morning when I prepared to move out I noticed no dolly was in the truck at the point of return they inquieres about it. My suggestion is to make sure the clients orders are thoroughly reviewed

When I got there I was following pick up instructions process online and since it was my first time doing that type of process, I was a bit confused. There was an employee outside near the van I was instructed (online) to locate and I though it was apparent I needed help, I was completely disregarded. So I went to the office for assistance. When I dropped off the van, an employee asked me to wait by the van, then after almost 10 minutes another employee shows up to assist me. But he is on the phone having a personal conversation (talking about a girl and him) and he just asked if I was dropping off the van and then continued his conversation as he went about checking the van. There was no greeting from any of the employees upon arrival and just felt completely disregarded. Definitely not a customer oriented environment. Instead of feeling welcomed, it felt more as if I was an interruption. This place needs customer service improvements..

Terrible communication amongst staff! I can't believe how unorganized this company is, and how I can't even get a simple refund for money that was wrongfully charged to me for the vehicle I rented, which was stolen!!! It's bad enough that my personal property and my grandmothers ashes were stolen and not recovered, now I have to deal with getting the run around on where the money that is rightfully owed to me is. U-haul as a corporate company is by far the worst and useless when it comes to customer support.

Lynwood is the premiere UHAul store. Difficult to contact by phone yet that appears to be a flaw from the call center where most of the calls get routed. Ernie Morales Jr is expreemely professional .
