Nothing, Everything is in order and the front showroom is very organized and clean the staff are polite and knowledgeable on the process for the rentals. GREAT JOB!!

Since I had to use a credit card to secure the truck, I asked if I can pay in cash when I return. She said Yes. No one walks you to your truck to explain how to use the lift or the lock. They don't give directions on where on the lot to return the truck.. Lastly when I returned the truck, I went inside. The cashier told me to go meet Jessie outside. When I got to Jessie he tells me that another guy is going to take care of my return. When I went to that guy, he tells me to go back in the office to get the receipt. When I get inside the woman said here is your receipt. I said but I wanted to pay in cash. I had only used the truck for 3 hours. She answered with “If you wanted to pay in cash then you should have told him outsideâ€. To me, they did not use good customer service within the whole rental. I will never use that location again and will not refer ANYONE there. 2 days ago I had to rent from the Torrance location. They had top notch customer service but too far. Lynwood location is in my neighborhood. But you have the wrong people representing Uhaul. At least the rude and ignorant lady at the front counter. Didn't get her name. But I will never be back there!

Had to spend time vacuuming carefully to clean out all shavings so they would not embed into cargo, shoes, or cause cuts or injury. Unknown source of metal: from previous user's cargo? Or from new trailer construction and delivered to U-Haul without final inspection???

ATTENDANT IS RACIST. After all that they pulled the dirtiest truck on the lot for me. Had huge engine oil spills in the bed sticking like glue every where steering and hand rest was an isaw. No more uhaul rental, I'll go somewhere they don't call you a thief to your face. UHAUL SHOULD TAKE RESPONSIBILITY! Every location always has some kind of discriminatory policy. Black owned uhauls never take a picture of me! This girl took a whole photo of me head to toe!! I still feel furious writing this review! She should be fired!

Jacqueline V.I had a good experience, there was only one incident that I will explain in detail: I rented a pick-up truck but didn't realize that this unit had the incorrect tires, it seems were not the correct ones (size and type) and also in a pretty bad condition, I took the unit home and next day I went to pick up some furniture but when I arrived to my destination, I realized the drive side tire was flat, I went to the closest tire shop to get it inflated but the guy told me that those tires were not the right ones and were not in a good condition, he only inflate it and recommended to get back to the U-HAUL location to get it replaced, I followed his recommendation but when I arrived, the U-HAUL staff told me that they couldn't fix or replace the tire, that I needed to call road assistance, I called them and was waiting at the parking lot for about 90 minutes, when the road assistance guy arrived, he recognized the vehicle and mentioned that he was called out for road assistance about a week ago on the same unit, and he stated that those tires on the vehicle where not the correct ones, he mentioned that he needed some kind of authorization to replaced them and called someone, at the end he recommended me to talk to U-HAUL staff and they gave me another unit, I lost about two hours of my day getting this situation fixed, at the end I was not compensated for the miles I used to drive back to the U-HAUL location neither my time.

Sylder C. | Expérience généraleWe can't access the facility when they had told us that we could 24/7 go in our storage. We had asked beforehand and so we left to load the uhaul 10" truck. To our surprise it was closed, every single time that I input the code it would says access denied so we decided to call the GM number on the board. And it was no use. When she finally answered she referred me to customer service. Waiting for 40 minutes, Tony from customer service tried to help as much as he can on his end, when on the line with him he told us to contact the GM again. And so I did, she kept hanging up on my calls a and then after another few more calls she finally turned of the phone. And so we had no choice but to leave the truck and take off because next day I had to work and 4 am. I can't keep on waiting for her to keep on ignoring the situation. It was a mess, we got there at 7pm and left around 9 it was cold and we were freezing. A very bad experience and to finish it off we where not the only ones waiting there other customers all concerned and confused on why was it all closed. The extra charges on the rental and everything needs to be fixed too. Just unbelievable the first time getting the storage in that area and will be the last time. I don't know if I want to again go to one of uhaul locations and get a self storage after this. So disappointing.
