Your costumer service was very poor. The girls at the front assisting the customers are rude with no manners what so ever. They didn't make eye contact with you.

But the service was so fantastic as to how they handled it all . They covered the additional miles as well gave me dolly to use just as well. Excellent service

LUCILLE R.Customer Service is horrible. Everyone has an attitude and not very helpful. Picked the truck up and was advised to click on a link and follow the instructions, then come back to the for a key to check mileage. No help at all or instructions, took me 30 min just to get the key from them. No explanation of my projected bill that I asked about. Truck was dirty and I was told to pull it out so they could clean it! I was also charged a $200 deposit on top of the price of the rental which is rediculious . They gave me a truck with tire pressure issues, in which should had been checked before renting it out. Had to use it anyway do to the timing I needed it for an event.

Everyone was on the same page and everyone knew how to execute their tasks in a friendly and efficient manner. I was in and out in less than 15 min. Kevin was down to earth and very knowledgeable. I have a location closer to home but based on this experience I am willing to drive out to this location. Keep up the great work!
Juan S.Rented a pick up from the lynwood location. When I proceeded to pump gas in the morning the gas came pouring out the bottom of the truck and the check engine light came on, I checked under only to find out they had given me a truck with a lacerated filler hose. I take it back to the location as soon as they open and explain the situation to the clerk. She barely reacted and tried pinning it on me about 'where do I park the car' and that it it was a 'brand new truck.' I couldn't help but to feel blamed for this with her very cold comments. She then appointed another truck for me and told me to check it and she wouldn't hand me the keys until I inspected the truck. This made me arrive very late in San Diego and I missed out on a vital meeting .To my surprise when I returned the equipment I noticed another customer was complaining about the same thing although I'm not sure it was the same truck. Terrible handling.

David C.I was disappointed to see that I was charged $10 for fuel. The truck was refilled and returned with same amount of fuel as it was when picked up. What made no sense is the clerk told me she couldn't give me the keys until I completed the inspection survey of truck. How can I check fuel gauge without the keys?? So I took a picture of fuel which was less than a half tank. When I asked why I was charged for fuel another clerk told me the truck was over half take when we checked it out. It absolutely was not. I left a message foe a manager who never returned my call. $10 lesson for me. However this should be reported to the BBB.
Denise C.This location was a life saver for me, even though it was the 3rd uhaul location i was getting sent to with a confirmed reservation and that it was a 20-30 min drive (extra miles than my original reserved PU location) but other than the mistakes of all the other locations, these guys were the best and made sure i finally got a truck

It was nice that I'm my city the people there was nice and understanding ans I'm not sure if the young woman that helped me but she was very nice and professional especially becuz I heard and entire upset customer and she handled that very well !!!

Also very disappointed when I went to move out they informed be I would not be getting back a refund of the amount I paid for and never used. It appears your company double dips....they charge me for first 2 weeks of September while renting it out to someone else. That is very dirty business. I will never use Uhaul again based on this experience.

Sylder C. | Expérience généraleWe can't access the facility when they had told us that we could 24/7 go in our storage. We had asked beforehand and so we left to load the uhaul 10" truck. To our surprise it was closed, every single time that I input the code it would says access denied so we decided to call the GM number on the board. And it was no use. When she finally answered she referred me to customer service. Waiting for 40 minutes, Tony from customer service tried to help as much as he can on his end, when on the line with him he told us to contact the GM again. And so I did, she kept hanging up on my calls a and then after another few more calls she finally turned of the phone. And so we had no choice but to leave the truck and take off because next day I had to work and 4 am. I can't keep on waiting for her to keep on ignoring the situation. It was a mess, we got there at 7pm and left around 9 it was cold and we were freezing. A very bad experience and to finish it off we where not the only ones waiting there other customers all concerned and confused on why was it all closed. The extra charges on the rental and everything needs to be fixed too. Just unbelievable the first time getting the storage in that area and will be the last time. I don't know if I want to again go to one of uhaul locations and get a self storage after this. So disappointing.

That meant I had to put everything back into the truck, buy a lock, and park the truck overnight resulting in a late fee for truck return. Absolutely will never rent a storage from uhaul ever again.

Cannot store large furniture in this facility easily. My units has a rat trap and cockroaches. Very uncomfortable leaving anything nice here.
