Everyone at the Manassas Park location is top notch. Check in was quick and easy and they had our trailer ready and waiting for us. They hooked up the trailer promptly and helped with the safety check. In all, from check in to departure took no more than 10 minutes. Returning the equipment was equally fast and professional. Great management and staff. We are repeat customers and will return if we need U-haul equipment or supplies.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The office and lot organized and clean.

Hands down the best experience I've had with uhaul. I've used you guys multiple times before and this was the best experience I've ever had. The manager was very helpful from start to finish while being short staffed. The representative went out of his way to assist putting the trailer on & also some other stuff. They made the experience much better than any I've had at other uhaul places. Highly recommend this location

We even received a courtesy call when icy road conditions were pretty bad. Great experience with an excellent staff.

The app check in and check out experience was horrible. I could not upload photos to dispute the mileage or gas level as the app wouldn't let me. The truck was parked behind the facility so close to a chain link fence I couldn't check the passenger side of the truck. I had to walk from the front, around the building to find the truck, then back around to get the key. If I hadn't asked someone I wouldn't have found the truck at all.

The ladies working here were exceptional and kind. Really made the process easy and made me feel welcome!

The staff at this location is always so friendly!!! They have helped me with a hitch problem even when I was not renting or buying anything from them. I have 4 UHAUL locations closer to me by time but I will only rent my equipment from them!!

Great owner involvement. Didn't wait long to return vehicle even though they had just gotten two returns ahead of me. I've used this place three times now and always been in and out quickly. Very satisfied with the service here!

The manager or general manager lady. She is always kind always sweet. We live right across the street from the Sudley road location. But we decide to go all the way across town just because of her hospitality and all around the way she takes care of her customers. I would highly recommend this u-haul location. To all my fellow business associates.

I was in line to be waited on and the next attendant was told to select a person who arrived after me first. Then another gentleman came in and I was watching to see if he was going to placed before me too, but he wasn't. I scheduled an appt for 11 am and planned to be away from work for 30 miniutes instead was gone for 50 minutes becaused I had to wait for the other customer to be processed first.

In the truck there was something sticky on the middle seat in the truck. Other then that everything was good.

Customer service at this location was excellent. In addition, check in and check out process was very easy and fast, especially when I returned the truck I rented.

The stroke exhaust leaking a lot of noise and a lot of headache that they will snuggle straight and it's a lot of vibration

The Manassas Park Store was exceptional. Great friendly staff who really did a super job helping me figure out what I needed and then scheduling it.

My entire experience at this location was positive. I made several visits to this location prior to picking up the vehicle and on each visit I felt welcomed; very helpful and courteous staff.

Need more trucks...however time of month didnt help

Overhaul the online/app-based rental procedure. It takes FAR longer to do that than to go to the counter and do it in person. The additional need to have a second party verify your identity is clunky and unnecessarily involves additional phone calls. I will never use the app again to pick up or return a rental.

The truck that I rented had an issue with the key cylinder. When I was at my destination, I had to call the store letting them know that I could not start the truck. The person who answered the phone clearly knew about the issue as I was instructed to "just jiggle the key". To their credit, this did address the issue, but this should not have been an issue as the vehicle should not be going out where the renter has to be instructed on the special trick to get the vehicle started.

The employee who checked me in didn't cover her nose with her face mask. She drove the truck from the back to the front and assured me that the gas tank was full. I drove it 117 miles. I put 18 gallons of gas in it which was very odd. I saw that the gas guage went past where it was when I picked it up. I mentioned this to the employee who checked me out when I returned the truck later in the day. He didn't seem interested. Not happy. Probably won't be back.

Have a mechanic at location to do Safety checks on Vehicles before they are release .

To much paper work that is a waste. Changing to all digital would save you money on paper expenses. Just give a copy to the people who ask for it.

I have no suggestions at this time. I am very pleased with the customer service.

Facilities were very good and the customer service was also really good, too.

The only reason why I gave it 4 stars was because the 24 hr access door was broken for quite some time right when we really needed it. However, most of the 4-star rating is really because of the staff, especially Leo! They were always very helpful and friendly. They are really the reason I would recommend that particular facility.

The manager at this facility is a wonderful example of the UHaul tradition and why I keep going back.

While the rental part worked out great, the actual moving in was bad because there was still a lock on our unit and it was not unlocked and ready for us. We had to wait to get into the unit.

I was supposed to get 1 month free and was charged for two months. The clerk at check out couldn't refund my money nor did she help in trying. She told me a manager would call me that hasn't happened.

A very clean and well maintained storage facility with plenty of carts available for use. The staff is friendly and knowledgeble and the are plenty of supplies for purchase.

I am so sorry I forgot their names, however they both had excellent customer service. They both mention item we had not thought about for example.....locks !!!! Thank you both for EXCELLENT CUSTOMER.

I did not get the storage I wanted because they said I had to buy a lock and I have my own and did not wish to purchase another.

I was told over the phone that I was reserving a 10x15 unit when I get there it was not available. Irma was great but I was disappointed that I had a 26 ft truck and had a smaller unit. Left w/ items
