The girl who helped me was very rude and disrespectful , she charged me distinction fee without my consent and tell me that I can go anywhere and repost nothing will happen to her , very rude white girl ut the rest of the workers where very good and helpful especially the guy who was cleaning the trucks was very respectful and professional.RALPH L.

1. Although the checkin app is supposed to save time everyone who tried to use the app failed . Employees commented â€œit never worksâ€. 2. If I bring a truck back early but â€œafter hoursâ€ you charge an extra 20 $. Ridiculous! Should I have parked it in a commuter lot overnight to return it in the morning to avoid being charged for returning to your lot early. When I returned the truck they said all set we will email the receipt without even checking in the truck. I could have done that after hoursâ€¦Whole process is painful .. I rent trucks frequently in fact 2 from this location in 1 week â€¦this location needs some work. 3. Also taking pictures of my license with an employees personal iPhone is unprofessionalâ€¦ i am embarrassed for U-Haul .. hopefully you will take this feedback constructively and make correctionsDAVID C.

The attendant who checked our vehicle back in told us that the gas gauge was not full enough. We filled it to the exact level that we took the truck at, and I had indicated this on the App when taking the truck. We explained this to her and she told us she would not charge us and then I received a 7 $charge for 1 gallon of gas that I dispute that we owed.Todd L.
They lost part of what I turned in and they had no idea I turned in two days early.AISHA J.
I ran into an issue when the items I was moving needed to go into storage for several weeks. I called to let the location know I would not be able to return the 24 blankets right away and was told that it wasn't a problem and she would just make a note in the system, no mention of additional charges. A few days later a noticed a charge for 574,39 $ on my credit card. When I called to ask, I was told it was a daily charge. When I asked how much the blankets would be if I lost them, she said 8 $each or 192 $. I had to spend the next 5 minutes to explain to her why the blankets were now lost. Worst experience ever. Worst customer service and no one in this location knows how to treat customers, including manager. No one takes accountability to update customer about parts not arriving at time or delay of the work or update customer about completion of the work. When I asked them about it they were talking very rude. Such a worst experience ever and would not recommend this place at all.Karthick S.

Always a great experience with the exception of the Uhaul App. It's slow and when I returned the van it didn't work and I had to engage an employee. Other than that this location is consistently provides great service.Damian H.
My customer service representative Briana was FABULOUS! She waited on me when I arrived and also upon my return. There was a slight accident with the truck I rented and Briana was courteous and professional and walked me thru the steps needed to pay for the damage. Sad someone hit me and took off but Briana made the whole situation much less stessful with her positive and professionalism! It was really busy when I showed up at 8am, though all counters were positioned by employees trying to get through the customers. Uhaul customercare told one thing and the store manager says another. I have an upcoming one way truck reservation and when I booked it it gave one month rental but then customer care told us we could move in today and the website also told when I entered the uhaul reservation number that my first pay will be on September 26. If a customer reserves a truck for 24 hrs endure you have sufficient trucks. DO NOT tell a customer he can have it for 8 hrs when he needs it for 24 hr because you double booked it.Richard M.

The desk staff were busy answering calls and tending the ppl in line. Maybe designate someone for calls? I was very happy overall with my Uhaul rental experience. The drop off was seamless. In and out in no time. Well done.Leo G.
Was told the truck was due for maintenance by the attendant when I picked up(not something you want to hear when you are going to fill a 26' truck with your possessions and tow along a car of yours as well!). The engine was about a quart down on oil as well and no effort to put any in. Engine was burning oil, probably from dripping from somewhere, and I was not able to keep the window open while driving and had to run the AC. Very old truck(154,000+ miles). Alignment was way off as well. Awful experience overall.Andrew C.
The pickup agent at the desk was great. The agent that did the return check in was truly rude and very abrasive. I explained to her that the mileage on the check out was wrong and it was pouring so no I did not go back inside but made a note. Her response "Mam did you take a picture and notify us" then nothing I can do. Then she states the gas was off and we showed it was not once again very rude. I ask for the manager name contact information and she stated it on the door so I'm walking around the truck to look at the door and then she states not the truck door the main door. Seriously. Never again. I have rented from this place a lot even have a storage there looking into changing locations going back to spencer street. Horrible!GLORYBELL D.
The GM, Madeline Sanchez, was wonderful and did everything in her power to ensure that I had a positive experience from helping me find the right size storage unit, walking me to each one to ensure I could access them, returning my truck, and making sure there was no water damage after a heavy rain. The truck did have a check engine light on at pickup. That should be addressed before customers are allowed to rent the trucks. Fortunately the truck ran flawlessly. Only complaint I have is the cost per gallon I was charged. In the past I was given a package where so many miles were free before being charged. Not like that any longer. I would let customers know before renting if they have second thoughts at the counter.GREGORY P.

Key Drop-Box was a bit difficult to find at night. It is marked and has directional stickers leading to it which helped. The Key Drop-Box picture on the U-Haul website, shown when returning vehicle, is a bright orange box. Having a bright orange drop box on site would help easing the key return process.EMILIO P.

Signage for where to go and what to do is very poor. I waited for 20 minutes with just one person in front of me. I was sold a lock for the storage unit. Then I found a complimentary lock in the unit. I asked the office for a refund of the one I purchased. I rented a storage and the associate was adamant in charging me for the lock. I was confused as to why because I thought it came with it. When she carried me to the storage there was a padlock provided in the empty unit but unfortunately for me the associate quickly grabbed it. I asked her if that was left for me and he lame excuse was that the previous renters probably left it. Really? An unused and unopened padlock. Lucky for her I was crammed on time and had to move my stuff into the unit and be out of town by the end of the day so I did not have time for the small details. I will be coming back for my refund as I confirmed with another uhaul facility that I should have never been charged. On the bag it says COMPLIMENTARY. One person working in the front, finally another person comes to help but he's not familiar with the process so had to end up waiting for the other lady anyways to help.
