Lines can sometimes take awhile I understand that customers are Feast or famine could you develope self check in like big box stores than staff just takes you out to hook you up and check lights etc.

Reserved a 26' truck. Was called the day before pickup saying it wasn't available. Given a 15' truck instead. Had to pay more mileage then for a 2nd trip with the smaller truck. I paid for $14 insurance, you're trying to charge me $28 insurance. Charging a $30 fee for fuel...only started with 3/8 full to begin with. Charge started at $83 estimate, now you're trying to charge me $216!!! Most unprofessional employees I have ever seen at any establishment in my life. I will never use your service again in my life. I am a General Manager of a hotel. Your customer service is a joke. Your fees and nonsense are ridiculous.

Smooth process. Only needed a trailer for a few hours. Pickup and dropoff was simple. Staff did a good job.

Rates to extend duration are a little extreme. Was suppose to have the uhaul trailer back by 12:15. I ended up thinking I would need it a little longer so I asked to extend the hours by 2 hours. Got charged basically the same amount as renting it. I ended up having is back around 12:30 instead of 2pm like I thought.

Your trailers would be better for smaller vehicles like Subaru Outbacks and Smaller SUVs if the tow bar was shorter. The extended length causes excessive bouncing and jerking.

Felt like the help didn't want to help as was just told to unhook and drive off from where I was at without them supervising my unhooking. Just thought odd. Although the facility is very nice, they smoke in there. .

There were multiple sizes of units, which was great. The facility was warm, which was great for the winter months. The staff was extremely helpful every time I was into the office, which was 3 times. The only thing that needs improvement is the card swipe system that gives you entrance to the facility. It is confusing getting as well as securing it when you leave. You need a better, user-friendly card system. When I was there on a couple occasions I was not the only one having difficulties. Just an explanation. The Truck Died on me when I was going to return it. Even with that Problem the Location took very good care of me. I figured that the mechanical problem was just a fluke.

The big man made fun of me being Deaf. That is discrimination. I ws overcharged 22 dollars and 50 cents for no reason. I cleaned up and put gas in half as they wanted me to in Pharr. I am so upset. Please refund. Thank you.

It cost me six hundred dollars to rent a 2 wheel trailer for 11 days returning it to the same location I picked it up from. What a ripoff.

Door hardware (door closer at top) on pull door for entry to building was noted broken several months ago and remains broken.

The equipment ran great. We did find out the passenger side seat belt was not functional also the padlock provided would not unlock. Did bring this to the attention of those who were working the counter upon return. They were great to work with.

I was very happy with the storage unit and the building it is in. There were always carts available for use. The building was well lit, clean, and secure and the other renters I met were all nice and friendly. I would definitely recommend you to friends.

What a great location! The drive up storage unit was clean and handy to load and unload. We will be back again in the future either for storage or to rent a truck!

Jerome sucks! Didn't give us proper information on how to utilize storage, as this is our first time renting a storage! We were running back and forth but ended up using the wrong swipe system and that's why it wasn't working. He just told us what building, swipe card and enter our storage but didn't tell us which system, there is two on our building and how storage works except what we cannot put in it and disarm before opening. Also, made reservations and he made it difficult to process, explaining how much more "difficult" it is to get it on the spot when I reserved it ahead of time! He also took a LONG smoke break before greeting us.

About the only thing I would change would be, in the climate control units, have the bathroom entrance on the INSIDE of the building. In the winter it gets kind of cold!! Oh and the sliding door needs to be fixed! Random people could be walking in off the street..

Website never worked and no one tried to ever help me fix the issue. Once I canceled my lease for a storage unit, I was harassed with messages asking to review Uhaul. I received 13 messages in different forms being asked to review.

No one was working at the u-haul facility at my appointment time. I showed up at 10am to not have a single worker show up till 11:40am.

The facility was always well lit, spotlessly clean, secure, and the staff were wonderfully helpful answering questions, cutting locks when I misplaced keys, and finding the best options for moving out and in. Thank you much!!

We were fortunate to have your storage facility in Mankato close enough to Blue Earth where our mom lived, and that the storage units were practically new and were in wonderful, clean condition. After our mom passed away in late 2019, we were able to safely and securely store many of her smaller belongings until we were ready to distribute them to family members just recently. Should anyone in our family need storage again some day, we won't hesitate to rent there again.

Only upon arrival, we were informed our reserved rental unit was not available and we would have to choose other units. I don't know why we were not informed of this prior. We had to settle for another offering but this only offered heat instead of the desired climate control. This was fine for now but the heat was clearly not working in the rental building. We were also not allowed a price break to compensate for the inconvenience, or much flexibility. I did acknowledge the heat issue with the staff, who indicated they would contact the manager. Have not been back yet to check on this, but will soon. Staff was friendly but not too helpful in this experience for us. Overall, disappointing

U-Haul phone app was really helpful to make the checkout process very easy and quick. Storage facility was very nice and clean and easily accessible. All staff were very helpful for my original rental and the change I made when my needs changed as well as my final checkout.

I have been immensely satisfied with both the quality of the storage facility and the staff. With the need to keep my units for a time even after a move to a different state, I felt comfortable knowing that U-Haul can track any entrance to my unit. Jerome, the manager at my location, has been exceedingly knowledgeable, professional, and goes above and beyond in service to all of his customers. Kudos to Jerome and U-Haul!

I reserved a unit online 2 weeks ago. When I went to pick it up, I was given a unit much smaller than my original reservation. I was told they were over reserved and that there was nothing else that could be done. I immediately checked out of my unit and demanded a refund. The manager was not the nicest and kept blaming the error on the internet system. This was a huge inconvenience as I needed to begin moving into my unit on the day I picked it up. I will not use uhaul ever again for this reason. Very disappointed!

Indoor storage was great. You have a card to get in, there are sliding doors and carts for convenience. Very clean and the temperature is controlled which I liked.

Climate controlled storage is great. Easily accessible, handy carts and elevator. Still renting, but dropped down to one unit now with reduced storage needs for now.

My items did not get a gentle ride transport. My items arrived in the Ubox I noticed they were tossed around. My tool box was dented, the wheels were bent & the tools inside it were tossed around.
