Everyone at the front desk helped me out with respect they also laughed and giggled that was cool too just shows their character of who they are very proud to have people like that working for you if I ever owned a business I would like for them to work for me they're down to earth and good people when I asked if they can move the vehicle where I can just walk out and jump into it they said yes but no problem it was always yes sir no sir and was very respectful it's hard to find people like that nowadays I also rented a storage unit I asked how to get there they gave me directions and showed me exactly where I had to go I stopped a young man outside asked him again because a lady helps me inside he directed me on how to get to the doors the elevators and to my locker outstanding young men and ladies I didn't really react to the gentleman cleaning the trucks it was okay they smile said hello goodbye I was very happy to have someone help me out with the storage unit I want to say thank you a thousand times over give your location tens all the way across because when I went somewhere else and try to rent a unit they were very disrespectful and didn't care if I rented it or not and was basically gave me attitude so I left there went to your location and basically fell in love it was just awesome like I said thank you very much for everything I will definitely talk about you with everyone the only problem I have is that I am 6'8 300 lb renting a U-Haul truck was very hard to drive renting a van was a little easier but still hard to drive no room that is my only problem about your vehicles it is not equipped for people who are 6 ft 8inc tall 300 lb on that I would give the U-Haul for space for someone my size before if the van with the cargo van I would give it in size a 7 and 1/2 I would work on that that was my biggest issue was that I didn't have no room to stretch my legs to drive but I drove it anyways very hard on my legs having not enough room but besides that your place is great awesome thank you very much my name is Martin Chmielewski. I did tell the young man that I was supposed to only put 1/4 of a tank of fuel and I actually filled it on an accident I only used I believe 22 miles out of the 30 so it's like maybe 8 miles in difference I was just curious if I can at least get the money back for the fuel and towards the miles thank you very much and Hope that if I ever need you guys you'll be there to help me out thank you have a wonderful day.Martin C.

The contract said I was going to pay a certain amount and when I returned, the app had a completely different amount I owed. I rented the van for 8 hours and was being charged for 2 days at $89 per day not $19,95 as stated on the initial contract. The employees are on their phones and didn't bother to explain anything. I told her what time I was returning the van and she still left the time without making any changes. I'm extremely dissatisfied with the way everything was handled and the fact that I'm being charged for 2 days when I used it for a few hours. Literally brought it back an hour after close and somehow that equates to another day.Vanessa E.

This location lacked Customer Service. It appeared that not enough people were working the front desk. I filled out most of the information online, however we had to wait 15 minutes in line and then it took another 15 minutes to complete the rental. Additionally, I pre-ordered a dolly, but the only one available was an appliance dolly which is not what I pre-ordered or needed.Casey S.
This place is terrible. The employees are stoned out of there mind and look like they just got out of jail. They reek of weed. One of the employees was in the van for probably 5 min to move it after I dropped if off. I had to go back in to get something I left. The stench was unbelievable. In the store, at one point, I was trying to get the attention of another guy. He could care less. He was spaced out of his mind, stinking of weed. Before I took the truck, I asked if they could take off the dolly that was zip tied. I didn't need it and it was taking up space. I was told they can't because it causing confusion with the billing. Now that I got the bill I have a question about it. I suspect I'll just eat the additional charge because I know the type of person I am dealing with if I call and it just isn't worth itdavid R.
Location was Ok but this is NOT the location I had requested equipment from when I ordered on line. Hence causing me to use extra mileage to get the truck AND be charged for this mileage by U-Haul. Not the location fault but your on line order process is flawed when you confirm an order at one spot; then less than 48 hours from pick up advise the customer they need to use a different location, adding miles to my trip.JIm B.

It was not made clear to me that my preferred drop off location had been changed to one over 20 miles away. When I asked the clerk about it he reassured me that it's easy to get another drop off location. But when it came time to return the vehicle there were no online options available and when I called customer service the wait was 50-60 minutes to talk to someone. So I was stuck with the far away drop off location, which took us over 2 hours out of the way, ate up a lot of mileage and gas having to go into the city. The location I picked the box trail, the general manager and the male staff member were very lazy and have no customer service attitude. The male staffer was so lazy he couldn't even help customer hitch the trailer, nor help assist in backing off to straight the truck and trailer. Very rude. Secondly, the most DISAPPOINTING with U-Haul is they dont provide electric cables that can have converter or universal to use for trailers or box trailer for different vehicles. This is like stone age and selfish, greedy business practice of Uhaul to force customers and not being very user friendly. I will try to avoid Uhaul service at every possible occasionDinesh P.

Called that location 2 weeks ahead of my move to rent moving bins. Secured 30 and my card was charged right away for them. At the time of pick up, only 17 were available. No explanations why. The staff Adriana Benitez could not care less and was not concerned or trying to find a solution. When I returned them yesterday, I was told that the charges were different but could not get any details on how I was charged. Got a partial refund which was less than noted in the contract when I picked up but no details on why. Same staff member to receive them. Again, indifferent. So would not recommend to anyone to use U-haul for that service because unreliable and terrible customer service.caroline D.

Each time we went to the facility over a four month period, something was out of service: the elevator, the automatic sign in, the locking system. The staff seemed to be accustomed to these break downs as if they were usual fare. The whole place is clean inside. Outside, the parking surfaces are uneven and bumpy. This is a busy facility that is under staffed. In addition the staff that is there is not that knowledgable on fees, etc. And because they are so busy nobody is really nice. We told them we werecgoing to drop off after hours. They Never went through the process of having to go on line and check it in or there would be an additional $20 fee. Have better customer service. Explain to people the right way. Not fair how we pay extra to not even be able to access to put our Stuff in the storage. Got charged for nothing and want us to hurry up because someone else had that truck reserved. Not our problem. Been calling all day and night and no pick up.
