Amy, Laura and the rest of the staff have been wonderful and gone above and beyond on occasion to ensure that my needs were met in a timely manner. Everyone has exemplified wonderful customer service and interpersonal skills. The facilities were well lit, clean and secure. I would definitely recommend this facility and dealing with this wonderful staff!

The airline facility is extremely challenging to park in, let alone with a trailer or a truck. Add to that the very small elevator and it's just not convenient. I ended up going back over to Tulane because it is easier to load in.

The parking at the facility is difficult to maneuver. I had to make 12 trips with my cargo to get it into the building.

I have never rented a storage unit before. I expected, when leaving and unpacking, to find damage and rat droppings. Neither appeared. I was quite impressed. I would have rated this excellent, but the first month there were problems accessing the unit. The staff was quite helpful, but it wasted a lot of time when visiting the facility.

Amy and Chris were amazing and super helpful. Reservations were made at wrong location at first but they were very understanding and helpful about switching it over,getting a truck and storage unit.

This facility didn't have any office. The only staff on the facility was the maintenance people.

Staff is friendly. Storage is inconvenient especially if on the 2nd floor. On move in and out the elevator was not working. On move out, no cart was available on the 2nd floor. Taking large items down the steep staircase was nerve wrecking.

Everything was mostly fine but the unit we rented was on the second floor and the elevator was not working so that meant carrying numerous tubs for storage up to the second level. It would have been nice to have been told in an email before moving in that the elevator was broken because I probably then would have asked for a unit on the first floor.

Question 2 - Ashley has been very helpful. She went out of her way every time I had question or needed help. She is a GREAT employee. Laura, not so much. When I initially was looking into renting a space, a unit had been reserved. This unit was reserved, but when I returned to pay for it, the reservation had "disappeared" and been rented to another. Laura was the person who helped me this day. The only solution she could offer for U-Haul's mess up was "it happen." I ended up spending more for less space because I had to rent to units. I asked for a price match since U-Haul had lost my reservation. She refused. My next encounter with her was when I paid for my unit & went to check everything out before the movers brought my stuff. The units were locked. I tried to call several times and was put on hold. Finally, Laura answered the phone. I explained my problem and she told me to take a picture, Absolutely not. The facility was less than 3 blocks away. I told her she can come get it open. She sent Ashley. She is very unhelpful and uncooperative with customers. I've seen her not treat her coworkers to graciously too. She needs to be moved to another job, maybe cleaning the units where she doesn't come face-to-face with other people

Only complaint is when I decided to get my things out of storage I found my sofa was soaking wet and mildewed. Not happy, had to spend money I didn't have to buy another sofa.

The unit was open to the outside, had a beam that cut across and reduced the area of the space, and hat a rat bait trap. The woman was very pleasant and refunded the deposit.

Laura, the manager over the facility, was wonderful. I lost my home and a lot of my belongings to hurricane Ida and was bringing the stuff I could save to this storage unit. Laura called me beforehand to tell me how things worked and was so nice. I also met her the day I was moving in and she made this part of my life easy compared to everything I have been going through recently.

I would like to thank Ms Laura for helping me to get the correct size storage after I ordered the wrong size. She stepped in quickly and was very helpful in assisting me during such a stressful moment. She was patient even though the phone kept ringing, she didnt miss a BEAT! thanks again for all of your help Ms Laura in helping me to transition. you were the best

The manager Ms Laura listens to nothing or a problem u tell her she don’t fix anything one of the vents was leaking and water go in my storage and damage a couple pair of my shoes she didn’t even notice the water was leaking nor did the house keepers because they never go upstairs to clean or look for anything… my things was ruined and I got no comprehension back for them my door was old and getting stuck she didn’t pay me any mind an didn’t know I told her before about it … she was more focused on me being a young black man and she had to watch my every move I think she is racist honestly this was a horrible experience stood so long cause it was convience for me …

Idiosyncracies with elevator. Attentive manager. Nice facility. Stairs not for handicapped. Oddball parking on a major street. Lots of issues but pricing is close to allowing for that. SGL

The customer service was horrible. I reserved the van 3 weeks prior to moving. I picked up the van in Texas because I was moving to Louisiana which was a 6 1/2 hour drive & storage was never booked.

Billing is confusing, I paid in advance at times and lost track of how advance I paid. Sometimes the invoice would read $0 due and then I would get charged $15 late fee.

The only problem was that the elevator broke and we couldn't use it so we had to slide our stuff down the stairs. The elevator was working when we brought the stuff in back in July!

The staff member who assisted me was rude and unhelpful. The storage unit was outside and exposed to direct sunlight, making it unuseable for my needs despite its supposed "climate control".

My only complaint was the size of the elevator. It is too small to accept the standard sized carts that are available in the facility.

Some items in storage were mildewed and have been lived in/damaged by rodents. We had to throw some items out because of that. Cockroaches also a problem.
