Timothy L.Trevor, was absolutely horrible! He didn't make eye contact, he mumbled. I asked him several times to look at me, he got rude and condescending. We waited 15 minutes for someone to get to the counter. There was a note asking for customers to call a cell phone, ( house number) no one answered. We were quoted 0,49 cents a mile. I believe I paid 0,99 cents. And I was quoted $79,99 for the vehicle, I paid $10 for the insurance. Unpon bringing the vehicle back, the unprofessionalism remained the same. Eating out in his car and left us standing at the counter, Trevor rolled his eyes because I asked for a complete settlement of the transaction. I work for a Law firm so I am very thorough. I was an inconvenience, not a paying customer. We won't be back.

Then when I got to counter old man that was working there was rude when I was returning truck even told me to step aside to help the man behind me after I was in line for 35 mintues. This place need more help or better customer service.
Stephanie C.The vehicle did not run well at all. Slow to accelerate. The inside appeared clean but the ride was very rough and dragged. There seemed to be so many other vehicles on lot and a customer with a reservation should receive the nicer vehicles in the future.
Tracy M.Thee trailer was dirty in the inside to start. The employee was having a bad day and talked a lot under his breath. He then did not connect the trailer properly and as soon as I pulled out into a busy main thoroughfare the trailer bounced off my hitch damaging my tailgate and license plate. This also caused the harness to unplug and the cars speeding behind me narrowly missed hitting me. I had to risk my life to install the trailer properly because there was no pull off where this happened. I spoke with the employee via phone and even had a manager follow up the next day. I told them I wouldn't pursue damages since my truck is old but the rental should have at least been free. I just checked my account and was still charged. The lazy worker failed to tighten the ball lock all the way down. After I reinstalled I had no further problems. I think my rental should be fully reimbursed at the very least. I did not take your insurance as I have commercial but this being U-Hauls fault to begin with, we both know that a property damage claim would be awarded in my favor. I took pics while on the road and of the damage.

ROBERTO M.Get about 5 more of those Chevy 150 trucks in. Some one calculator, the mileage wrong and the gas gauge wrong. I really should be created at least 20 dollars back as I put it at half a tank when it was under half a tank. You can look into your judgment by the photos I took before I took the vehicle. You will see the gas gauge is wrong, and you will see that the mileage was wrong. Merci

Cheryl C.I did not have an issue with the drop off location itself - more of an issue with uhaul itself for changing the drop off location without any knowledge or communication to me whatsoever. Talking to the uhaul customer service was a miserable experience as both of the people I talked to blatantly lied to me about who they were transferring me to to resolve the issue. If it's within my power I will never use uhaul I again, you are a miserable experience.

Victor Rafael M.It's not really their fault but it's a really horrible part of town and ultimately it was the person at the original U-Haul location that selected it incorrectly based off of my original reservation so ultimately, I'm just very upset about the entire situation and I had to walk around the entire lot at the drop off location because the key dropbox was not there so remote drop off was not possible

Turning the truck in the sales person tried to push me through and said he take care of everything and then I informed him that I was not using the credit card to pay for the truck that I used to hold the truck with one sales person was rude and I feel this was a scam to gain money from the wrong mileage being on the pick up sheet

JOSHUA J.Absolutely will never rent from uhaul again. I rented a uhaul for a 20mile drive to move some things. So I figured I would just save the mileage and changed it from a return trip to a one way trip. Told them I was trying to save money and the never told me it would be an extra 70 damn dollars to do a one way trip. Figured it out after I got home. Which is only 1 mile from the store. And they refused to change the contract. So what should of cost 34 dollars. Cost 109 frigging dollars. Screw uhaul.
Matthew C.I had reserved a 15 ft truck when I get there it has a blown tire then they say I can get the 20ft for same price but it was rented out as my paperwork was being completed I had to take a 10ft truck make more trips use more gas and Miles so that's more money and wasn't even offer a discount on my miles or truck rental

Joyce R.Starting mileage and gas were off. I rented this exact truck last weekend as well and the mileage that was listed upon pickup was exactly what I left it with. However, the actual mileage was about 40 miles more than what was listed and there was barely any gas. It is really inconvenient to pickup up a rental and have to find a gas station immediately. It seems that if uhaul is charging people for not returning the vehicle with the same amount of gas in it as was rented then it would always have a full tank. Or is uhaul charging customers for the gas and convenience fee and not actually putting the gas in the truck.

I just paid you all $300 for a destroyed storage unit. Thank you for stealing all of my tools and kids toys from me and taking my money. Absolute worst and most humiliating experience of my life. You all are horrible for doing this to people.
Michael L. | Expérience généraleThis store has a policy where you cannot rent a trailer and truck together which is contrary to what is displayed online. Fortunately I was able to rent a box truck and trailer together. Then the price per mile also increased to $0,99 due to it being a Friday which is contrary to what is stated online. It also took another 40min or more for the attendant to finish the transaction in the system, due to unforeseen glitches or system error. This location had time to reach out beforehand and inform me of this “policy†prior to me showing up and then putting me in a pinch.
Felipe T.Make sure the customer is informed of the correct information. I was told that I wouldn't be charged mileage if I stayed below 20 miles. Due to this I didn't do more pickups and returned the truck early. This was not true and I was charged mileage on 12 miles.

He then made me walk back to the building and pick up 60 furniture pads because they were too heavy for him to carry to the truck. While checking in he continued to ask me the same questions over and over.

Melanie R.I would like to recognize the help and support from the person that helped me out at the store Chris Scenters. This was my first time renting a piece of equipment and he did a great job at describing how the process would work and what options I would have. While the first time i went in they did not have the equipment available - I think Chris went above and beyond on providing me customer service - which is tough to get nowadays. He had on that was supposed to be back at 1pm - and I asked him to text me to keep me in the loop - the equipment was delayed, and he texted me to let me know. He then sent me a message when it was ready - and when I showed up I was in and out of there pretty quickly. I just wanted to call him out because he did a great job and made my experience of renting equipment extremely smooth. I wanted to thank him for the great communication and keeping me in the loop thought out the process.

Absolutely no customer service! Would I recommend you guys probably not, I probably will give penske a shot on my next rental, having an employee high on some type of drug isn't the safest thing especially when they our the one's checking trailer safety.

Pete R.Well for one they took $100 deposit from me and my son to go move him and then turned around and charged us the remainder amount for the reservation and then charge this again for another reservation then charged us $18 for a fuel charge that was only for an eighth of a tank to find that pretty professional and pretty and valuable and I'm pretty much done with U-Haul after that then the guy had enough nerve to tell me that I was only going to get $32 back no no no I don't agree with that and but you know I was going to sit there and argue with him with a buffoon or an idiot cuz that's all you guys ever hire.

After they blew it out n mopped it was slick in spots. My stuff had been in two units since last November it's now September. While there they increased my rates! One was seriously the size of a small closet. I had no where else to Tammy stuff so I just had to pay up. It was uncalled for in my opinion. I wouldn't recommend to anyone. They say call to resolve disputes. Why? Are they giving money back? I think not!

The only negative thing I have to say is they forgot to remove their red lock from the unit before renting it to me and it took about 30 minutes for them to remove it. The manager made sure all the people who came in after me were helped before removing the lock which could have been done between between. It took about 60 seconds once the person walked away from the counter.

We spent over 3 hours trying to cram everything in there and rearrange the few items we was storing! It was over priced, but the only thing available to me at the time. They weren't willing to take payments on my balance. Only wanted full payment which I simply wasn't able to do, due to lesser hours being worked. My unit was sold because I just couldn't afford to pay the balance. So I had to let family heirlooms go. Very saddened and unhappy with my experience. I won't be back or rent a truck again.

Berry M. | Expérience généraleThis was the worst customer service experience I've ever had. The man who processed my transaction Sunday morning was shockingly rude. He seemed to have no idea what he was doing and got bitey with me when I asked questions about my rental agreement. I reserved a unit online and he told me it didn't exist, even when I offered to show him a screenshot of the confirmation page. He instead tried to get me to buy a much larger one (at over 50 % of the cost of what I'd ordered) without mentioning that another, only slightly larger, one (just $5 more) was available. I had to specifically ask if this was the case and only then did he conveniently find a comparable alternative in the system after I stood at the counter waiting for at least 15 minutes. When I told him I was having trouble getting the green zip tie off the door and asked if he had a pair of scissors I could borrow, he laughed at me, rolled his eyes, and smugly told me I needed to use my hands. I very much wish I'd chosen to use a different storage facility.
