Long line to pick up existing reservation. When I got to my truck, someone else had the same truck assigned to him. Had to go back inside to get it straightened out. Time is money and you shouldn't have to wait over 30 min to pick up a reserved vehicle.

The female worker had a nasty attitude. When I asked her which way do I exit ( because I was blocked in front and behind me) she answered me with a nasty attitude telling me to go around. I was blocked in so how was I supposed to go around, I don't know. The van smelled like someone spilled gasoline in the back, which made the whole van smell like gasoline making me and my passenger nauseous. Then when I returned the truck, I told the male person working there as he proceeded to pour fabulouso on the gasoline spill in the back and then took the van away. The customer service was lousy. I had a reservation for a 10 ft truck and then my reservation wasn't found, to then get a van.

Although the staff member trying to help me was polite, I had everything ordered online prior to arrival. I had to start over from scratch and was charged twice for the same thing. It took a surprising amount of time to fix it, Not exaggerating, I was at the register for close to 20 minutes while more than one other customer came and went in the other line. I also bought 3 boxes that did not come with me but I didn't want to go back to discuss it after how long the first interaction took.

We needed two trucks (two different reservations- 20ft & 15ft) for a community outreach (giving away free groceries to those in need in the Middletown NY community). Unfortunately, 35 minutes into unloading the trucks the 20ft needed to be returned for another customer. U-Haul was kind enough to accommodate us and rent us another truck at the end of the day for a few hours. We greatly appreciated the efforts. The only area for suggested improvement would be the lack of communication from the corporate office - emails were sent and not replied to, but local office gets a 5 star! Merci.

Trailer that I rented was not there the person before me did not return it so I had to take a smaller trailer that was underweight for the job

Service agent appeared to be Bothered that I was asking questions when I was requesting an Equipment, but was quick on accepting the purchases I made. A more pleasant or attentive is needed. Thank you for renting the equipment that I selected.

Great with the van rental

The staff were professional and personable. Getting a truck to rent was easy and quick. The truck tough, felt a little dangerous and in dire need of a brake job. The whole inside of the windshield was filthy and extremely difficult to see through in bright sunlight. I would return to rent at this location, but would inspect the truck before driving off of the lot.

I left my keys in the truck and they did not have spare. I am sure not the only one it would be very customer friendly if they had spare keys

I put back exactly to the line the tank was at when I rented it yet I was still charged for 2 additional gallons.

The trailer was filthy. The employee swept it out when I got there, but then I had to wash it out. It was grass, dirt and small pieces of garbage. I'm usually pleased with this location but not this time.

The app to check in would not load for me, I needed to go in and give my info twice. Took 40min.

Sadly enough the 2 male staff membes might need some cultural training and I will be speaking to the manager. I say this because it doesn't matter how people get to the rental location whether it be walk ,taxi or ride a bike there is no reason for them to make comments that we the customers walk in and hear and what really annoyed me is when I was talking to 1 of the guys there who must have a superiority complex that needs to be addresed!!! I have been renting quite often as of late

First I was told that there would be no extra charge dropping it off after hours to find out there is $20 charge second when I picked up the truck I was told it was a little under half a tank I filled it to half a tank before I returned it and got charged another nine dollars! The chick behind The counter was like license no please no thank you no pleasantries. I will not rent another truck from this place again. To be charged another $29 was ridiculous.

Lights were blown on 1st trailer, attached another trailer and lights didn't work. It took 4 attempts to find a working trailer and the trailer didn't serve my needs. Rim was bent and was to small for what I needed.

I would like to say thank you, I suppose to use the mobile app but it wasn't working properly, the lady in customer service help me and give me instructions just in case returning the vehicle I have the same problem which I did. I followed the instructions and everything went well, customer service was excellent, thank you for everything

Keep trucks better maintained. Truck I was given had a severe exhaust leak at the headers and was very loud.

Went inside to claim my reservation for a 10' van and the guy working there is on his phone just looking at me to say something, tells me my reservation is cancelled after showing him the confirmation # from my email, I tell that I would like to rent a dolly, doesn't even instruct me where to get get them, so I leave with the can I rented thinking it was already placed into the back causing me a huge inconvenience for my move. Will never go here again!!! Poor customer service!!!!

Make sure employees read contracts before telling people their gas isn't filled correctly. Or understand how to read a gas gauge knowledge is power.

the lights of the truck did not work the police stopped me but they did not give me a ticket I paid a lot of money for the rent of that truck I deserve a little reimbursement

When I checked in it was good, the truck was dirty. The bad part was that I was alone trying to the truck, no one would help and make sure that it was good. The man that checked me was great, the girl who reviewed the truck at the end I could have done without that experience. If you don't like your job, than quit. The fact that i could not ask questions without her attitude made me mad. I have rented trucks before from U-Haul and never did I have another charge on my card. But, the questions I asked made this young lady mad. That is not cool, it's my mone

Was told I was getting my first month free and my debit card was only for the reservation, the next day my card was charged 140 almost 2 hours since I was promised a call from the facility and still no call back

I really love this facility I just moved from North Carolina and had to pack a truck in this heat I love that the facility was convenient with big pull carts and air conditioning it made my move from truck to storage very easy and fast I recommend this storage facility to everbody

The facility is great and some of the employees were also great. The manager was underwhelming. We called multiple times and could never speak to anyone at the local facility. When we made the trip up there for a lost key, we were told that they would call a locksmith and then call us to meet him and have the lock cut off. I later got the locksmith charge on my bill when the lock had not been cut and we had not been called. After being told the locksmith would come, I over heard the manager telling an employee just to tell customers in the future that they don't cut locks. After the $50 charge for nothing, the manager went and cut the lock himself. This is the Cliff's Notes version, but because of the lost key and locksmith situation, we didn't have access to the unit for months and basically only got the lock cut off in time for a move to another state.

Manager Amanda tried to ripe me off for 10 dollars per month more after one year of my stay. I will not encourage anyone to use your storage facility. Get a better manager if you want to keep exceptional customer service.

The storage unit was clean, easy to access, safe and secure, the staff was very helpful and professional. The carts were always available for my use and the door and elevator are large enough to accommodate 4 carts at once! I recommend this facility to anyone looking for a good storage facility.

Thanks for a great experience. The staff were really helpful and I am grateful. The guy who installs the trailer hitches is excellent. Its amazing how many cars they could put a hitch on. I have used this uhaul facility extensively overall I had a great experience.

Expensive as compared to others places, kept raising the price during our stay. NEVER answers their phone in the years we we're there if we had a question . Bathroom there was hardly ever cleaned. Always had Accumulated Discarded Furniture or items at the Exit doorway or previous dumpster . Big Fire Hazard.

I would have appreciated if I was told that access was until 10pm. I moved a lot of things to the truck and when I go to store them I was denied access. I was very disappointed.

The call center needs training. They didn't have the correct information and were pushy about making a reservation. She kept asking me for my credit card number and wouldn't listen to my questions. The manager at the facility was great. He knew his business and was very accommodating.

The pricing is way too high. Most people utilize storage units do to housing and/or financial issues. These prices are hard to maintain

It would have been more convenient to have a dumpster outside that didn't require paying a fee to use. I was told that it was taken away because people were not paying to use it.

Couple issues- I had an employee tell me that the unit I needed cost less and I had 24 access (both false), there wasn't a garbage on my move out day, the alarm went off when opening after sign in.

The facility is very well lit, but the access is not as secure as it should be. Once someone opens the door, it opens and shuts too readily. Anyone who doesn't belong there could easily get in.

This was the worst experience I ever had with uhaul. Staff was rude and unaccomodating. At every turn, your staff, including Melissa and your flatbed operator tried to make your company's issue mine.

I really enjoyed my storage unit. It was the additional fees added that drove me away for 5X5 unit. I was paying 75 & this month would be 85. It was the tipping point. Now I pay 60 in my new place
