The process was extremely easy and simple. I have rented several units from this UHaul, the staff is consistent, the trucks get the job done and the location is easy to get to. There are 2 or 3 gas stations close by for that last minute fill up too

I returned two trucks and a trailer after a cross country move and I had to ask for a receipt for all three. A receipt should be automatically given.

Clean the lot, picked up a nail in the trailer tire and also in my trucks tire from the lot

make sure the vehicle is able to be pulled out. i had to ask the attendant to back the vehicle away from store front, parked cars at the building front near a busy street. i was also advised upon returning to "just take some photos for yourself as proof you left the vehicle at the drop off location and place the keys in the drop box" this was NOT the case -- see next section

It was slightly frustrating to have to drive so far (102 miles) but I was grateful to find the product I needed somewhere. I would recommend a trip to a local branch the days before you might need something you'll pull with your car just to make sure all is in working order. Overall very fast service at the Middletown location.

I had a problem with the rear rollup door not working when I went to come home. When I tried to call the number for the location where I rented the truck I ended up on hold for over 20 minutes with a call center. They transferred me to a service center rep who obviously knew nothing about the workings of the truck and told me they would have to send a mechanic out, which would have taken a couple of hours. At that point I just tied the door in the up position so I could return the truck and get home. You should really do something about the phone CSR situation. I normally recommend UHaul to my friends but now I am getting a little wary about using them.

Its the first truck in the second row? Second row where? Tire pressure alert as i drove out, had to come back for it to be checked. Driver side wiper was messed up, drove with half cleaned windshield for 10 hrs, Bad enough to drive in snowy weather, tougher when you can't see. Returned van, told about wiper, ( oh i guess i have to look at that. Could have cared less. Didn't bother to inspect upon return. I have learned to expect less and they proved me right.

Please fill the gas tank! We received the truck with 1/4 of a tank. Of course this is so we will fill it with more gas than we used. What an inconvenience to have scheduled the move and people to come help only to have to go get gas first. Also we got one of the old trucks and it was very dirty inside the cabin with sticky liquid from a drink spilled all over. Also no hazard lights anywhere to be found (we even called about this while we were driving and they confirmed that there were none on the truck we had). Overall we like U-Haul but this time it wasn't as good.

Found it very odd that a representative did not come out to unhitch the trailer from our vehicle it was left up to us to do it.

Clean the vehicle. I was assessed a cleaning fee because I did not take time to sweep out the previous renter's debris. Associate apologized for this while tossing in some rented pads but I did not ask for it in writing.

The efficiency of the staff is amazing, usually in and out 20 mins or less if I reserve equipment online. I rent from this location pretty frequently, never an issue. Keep doing great work.

The girl came right out at 9 am unhooked my trailer and said I was all set could not have been better overall a very positive experience on both ends of my trip with a u haul trailer

Give what we ordered on line. When we arrived to pick up a truck - all went downhill from there. I'd never want to trust U haul again. Made my moving day a nightmare

The storage unit was clean, easy to access, safe and secure, the staff was very helpful and professional. The carts were always available for my use and the door and elevator are large enough to accommodate 4 carts at once! I recommend this facility to anyone looking for a good storage facility.

Thanks for a great experience. The staff were really helpful and I am grateful. The guy who installs the trailer hitches is excellent. Its amazing how many cars they could put a hitch on. I have used this uhaul facility extensively overall I had a great experience.

Expensive as compared to others places, kept raising the price during our stay. NEVER answers their phone in the years we we're there if we had a question . Bathroom there was hardly ever cleaned. Always had Accumulated Discarded Furniture or items at the Exit doorway or previous dumpster . Big Fire Hazard.

I would have appreciated if I was told that access was until 10pm. I moved a lot of things to the truck and when I go to store them I was denied access. I was very disappointed.

The call center needs training. They didn't have the correct information and were pushy about making a reservation. She kept asking me for my credit card number and wouldn't listen to my questions. The manager at the facility was great. He knew his business and was very accommodating.

The pricing is way too high. Most people utilize storage units do to housing and/or financial issues. These prices are hard to maintain

Bit dusty in actual unit. Not too bad. Upon entering doors the stack of boxes prevent you from seeing counter. TX was the same. Is that a policy? Seems unwelcoming and is confusing.

It would have been more convenient to have a dumpster outside that didn't require paying a fee to use. I was told that it was taken away because people were not paying to use it.

Couple issues- I had an employee tell me that the unit I needed cost less and I had 24 access (both false), there wasn't a garbage on my move out day, the alarm went off when opening after sign in.

The facility is very well lit, but the access is not as secure as it should be. Once someone opens the door, it opens and shuts too readily. Anyone who doesn't belong there could easily get in.

This was the worst experience I ever had with uhaul. Staff was rude and unaccomodating. At every turn, your staff, including Melissa and your flatbed operator tried to make your company's issue mine.

I really enjoyed my storage unit. It was the additional fees added that drove me away for 5X5 unit. I was paying 75 & this month would be 85. It was the tipping point. Now I pay 60 in my new place
