This was the worst experience I’ve ever had... the truck broke down I had to damn near sleep in the truck and on top of that uhaul wanna charge me 897 bucks for a one day one way truck rental.. what type foolishness is that... I will never rent from uhaul again and if I know someone that is about to rent from uhaul I will discourage them from doing so... never in all my life have I been so disappointed and overcharged. Then I haven’t been able to even get any help.. DM or some one called me once and ain’t called back but got the audacity to send me an email saying I owe 897 bucks... uhaul u suck.... period as a company and in customer service. I would not recommend you to someone I dislike. Just do better as an establishment and with customer service... And if you are reading this to determine if you want to rent .... just don’t.. find another route because this one will talk a good game and just leave u stuck out... I was in a broke down truck all night before they even sent help and want me to pay... ????

The trailer I rented had a blown out on the freeway about a half an hour into my trip. We had to wait in the hot sun for 3 hours before someone was able to come fix it. I asked the guy who came to fix the tire what could have caused the blowout, and he said it was because the air pressure was low in that tire. I would have thought the uhaul company would have checked the tires before allowing me to drive it

I was over charged for mileage. I reserved a uhaul and not only did I still wait for almost an hour, but the tank was at a quarter of a tank. Not full. I took pictures that captured the beginning mileage before I left the lot and when I returned. I was charged 16 miles over what we drove.

It took over two hours to rent a car dolly when I had an appointment time. Employees were clueless, slow and didn’t know how to use the computer or the equipment. Most poorly trained employees with the worst customer service imaginable. They made the post office and DMV look efficient.

The lady at the front desk has great customer service skills and is very professional. I much appreciated her effort and wanted to give a shout out for her. Didn’t get her name and it wasn’t on the receipt. Also, I was impressed by the truck itself. Took it more than 500 miles and it performed like a champ. Keep up the good work!

Unsatisfied with the customer service at this location. When we arrived to pick up the senior attendant told us he doesn't have time for us and passed us to a new employee who had no clue how to proceed with our rental. After being assigned q trailer that was npt at the location they told us to attach to one available and ybey would correct it on the contract. After hooking up and getting ready to leave the senior employee told us to wwit to see if its a transfer trailer, after 5 mins I went inside and was told to change trailers. I no longer had the patience to wait for thwm to unhook the trailer and recieved help from the area manager who was doing work at the store. This problem is not the only one as seen on other reviews. Go to different locations if possible.

When reservation moved to 91st n Union location in Tulsa, owner was rude, told me we would have to hook up trailer then hung up on me. So we drove over there and no 6x12 trailer. We called cust service and after a 20 minute wait and 2 transfers to non Oklahoma centers, the last lady worked to try and get me lined out for a 6x12. Then we got a call from 3500 S Sheridan location who took EXCELLENT care of us. We really appreciate their professionalism, concern and help. Midtown u haul rocks!

When I went and picked up my truck then got back to start moving, didn’t have the dolly I rented so I lost about 30-45 minutes of time of moving time so I was a little late getting back by 4pm. It was very upsetting.

Wash the truck, including interior windows. When customer calls for reservations, inform them about the requirement for the deposit. Without a credit card the deposit is one hundred dollars cash.

better training. the person we had did not know that the yellow markers could be moved one was infront of the trailer and he was trying to get us to back at an angle to get to the trailer we had to move it ourselves did not hook the trailer to the hitch right another employee came out and did it right.

Gave this location a below average rating. ROACHES...? Really...? a multi-billion dollar company? I get it! You are hosting flood and storm victims for free and that is OUTSTANDING of you, HOWEVER, there are other customers on which you should focus, as well! With that being said, perhaps an uncomfortably close (even) partnership with the best exterminators in town is warranted! Additionally, it's apparent you have squatters living in some units. Being watched as I moved my things was not inviting and caused me a great deal of anxiety, so much so that I donned a weapon! To top it all off, you charged me again (and took my last $50), after the truck was turned-in clean and refueled beyond what I received it! Your employees (generally, not specific to Tulsa) are overworked and underpaid obviously, as every store employee (@5 different locations in Colorado Springs) had the same complaints and lack of support. As a disabled veteran, returning home to live for the first time in 20 years, I'm extremely disappointed by this showing on the part of U-haul. I can only pray that these last few possessions I have left in this life don't end up infested and destroyed as a result of this lapse in oversight.

I reserved a cargo van to pick up at the 3303 South Yale Avenue location. I got to this location, and they said that the van was at the Sheridan location! I had to walk a mile to the other location! No good!

Storage rates are high, but they are accurate for a indoor storage. When you leave a message for the manager, he won't call you back, claiming he didn't get the message. I will still use for moving.
