This facility was excellent, but initially my reservation was for comet cars on Admiral in Tulsa, when i got there they said they didn;t rent uhaul trailers when the owner wasn't there. I told them i had a reservation and he said he couldn't help me. Then i went to a uhaul on Memorial Rd in Tulsa and they didn't have one to rent. They were much more helpful their and helped set up the reservation for the Sheridan road location which was finally able rent me a trailer. Needless to say i was not happy at all with the comet cars people or the unnecessary travel, but was happy with the Memorial and Sheridan locations.William T.
Your Associate Jared put the trailer on my car incorrectly and it came loose and hit the back of my car I didn't get a receipt from him and I'm still waiting on my money to post onto my cardâ€¦ Only good that happened at this location is the nice older white male who took it off my car was awesome he is the one that makes it where I might think about coming backGaryon C.

I returned my trailer on Monday and was told everything was fine, received a call on Wednesday stating we still had TWO trailers out even though we only rented one. I understand human error however the situation could've been handled differently and cameras could've been checked before contacting me, worrying me about something I completed two days beforehand.Meagin B.

I don't know who should I compliant it. In website I reserved one 10 feet truck, the reason I select this location is this is the only one which has 10 feet truck. But when I pick up the truck. They told me there is no 10 feet truck available right now. It's a long trip. I don't need 15 feet truck, with little stuff inside, it's not easy to drive and cost lots of gas.Jun Z.

Way too many furniture pads were delivered with our original shipment in MT (about 48/U-Box!). The boxes were in pretty beat up condition. However, they arrived about 5 weeks earlier than we'd originally thought, very minimal damage, and we were able to fix an entire household into 2 boxes! It truly is amazing how much these little boxes can hold. Biggest bonus - we didn't have to haul a trailer or drive a very uncomfortable truck! If we ever move again, we'd use these boxes.Rachel M.
I called to reserve the 6 X 12 trailer with ramp. I gave the EXACT measurements of the Ranger that I was needing to haul. UHaul assured me that it would fit. I picked up the trailer, when I arrived to load the Ranger, it would not fit, apparently the trailer with the ramp opening is not as big. I could not load the raner onto the trailer. I wasted several hours, I was suppose to deliver my ranger for repairs. Lost my appointment. I do not think I should have to pay for UHAUL'S mistake. The girl at the counter was rude. I will not go back to that location. Very disappointed with the customer service and employees you hire. They do not give correct information.ken H.

The staff was very polite and professional. The truck rental process was smooth and not complicated. The truck was extremely clean. Most definitely the best U-Haul store in Tulsa and I would rent again as well as refer my friends and family.aisa H.

Maybe it's just my provider but it was hard to connect to cell service to do mobile checkin. Maybe consider providing WiFi, even if only for checking in and out. A bit more signage could help. I was ready to leave, then had to move my personal vehicle to the â€˜long term' parking. Not a big deal, but I feel like that could be labeled better to make it even more convenient.Adam E.
Keep employees that really enjoy their job. On Friday, a real friendly lady called me. I could tell from the tone of her voice and the enthusiasm as she spoke that she enjoyed her job. She called because somehow I had reserved 3 trucks. I told her that I only needed one and she said no problem and was happy to remove the other two. On Saturday, I arrived to pick up the truck. The man at the counter greeted me with a smile and was very efficient. I give the U HAUL on 35th and Sheridan in Tulsa a 5 star rating! JohnJOHN D.

I saw some small cockroaches once or twice, and the garage doors needed to be fixed AND/OR signs put up explaining it. Esp help on unlocking then moving to a diff lock to open, I got help from other tenants otherwise I wouldn't have known. Posting some signs and it isn't a deal breaker. The system went down at check in and it took forever not the employees fault. But the facility has ROACHES EVERYWHERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! $8 000 OF MY STUFF IS PROBABLY RUINED! My experience with the UHaul location at 3500 s Sheridan has been horrible. After my hour wait, it was my turn. I went in hopeful that my experience would be smooth. After all, I only needed to return my trailer and get access to my storage unit I had reserved about a month ago. I showed up 30 minutes before my movers were to arrive so I was already 30 minutes into them sitting around doing nothing. When he rudely asked what I needed, I explained that I needed to drop off my auto transport and get access to my storage unit, I also informed him that I had my reservation numbers for both items. He asked what size unit I needed and I explained that I had a reservation for a 10x15. He then rudely shoved a piece of paper with a bunch of scribbles on in it to my face and said "I don't have any units in that size available. see, look here". I tried to explain that I had a reservation and asked if he could look into it while he rudely yelled "NEXT". I reminded him that I still would like my trailer returned. He then asked me for the trailer number for my AT. I told him that I didn't have that in front of me but maybe I could pull it up on my phone. He tried pulling it up on his computer under my name but couldn't find it. At first he tried telling me I must of had the wrong location but I showed him my phone listing his location but for Monday. I know I was early but I needed to just get it out of the way to unload the truck. He then asked his helper I guess? The guy didn't interact with customers directly. He went out and got a number but for the wrong trailer because apparently I have an RT? I never understood the difference. William ended up going out after trying to send his helper 3 different times. He came back in and said it was all checked in. I asked him if he could print me some proof because it still showed it was still under my reservation. He tried pulling it up on the computer again but couldn't. he ended up being able to print out a form that didn't show anything with my name on it and it even showed him as a customer. I will attach it here. He also mentioned that I would get an email. I then asked again about a storage unit because I had all my movers there and needed to offload my truck. He mentioned he had one in the system but the GM had it either reserved or it wasn't cleaned yet. William mumbled when he told me. I said I didn't care, I needed a unit. He then took my insurance money and assigned me unit 1396. I backed my truck up to the storage area and slide the ramp open. I quickly told my movers to hold on until I get eyes on my unit. I'm glad I did because there was a padlock on my supposed unit. So I left the truck parked there, told them to wait and walked all the way around the building to the office. When I walked in, I stood off to the side of the line towards the desk and explained that there was a lock on my unit and needed to know if that it could either be removed or a new unit assigned to me. He then looked around for some keys that he couldn't seem to find and after a few seconds of looking, he went back to helping the customer at his desk. I patiently waited since I was on hold with uhaul to discuss my trailer dropoff since I didnt feel confident he completed it correctly. After he finished with that customer, he just jumped to the next one. I know that I "jumped" the line but I was just in there and didn't want to wait another hour just to get what I originally came in for. After 30 more minutes and more people joining the line, I gave up on my uhaul call and started calling other storage places. I couldn't afford to pay my movers all day for them to stand and do nothing. Unfortunately I couldnt find anything nearby. I then got in the back of the line and waited. My wife then called her grandmother and asked if we could move her cars out of her garage and put our stuff there. She was very reluctant because her husband (grandpa) and sister (grandaunt) have a hard time getting to the car when it's in the driveway due to their disabilities. With no other options in sight though, we were going to make it work. After standing in line again for another 30 minutes while on hold with uhaul again, I finally get up to William and asked him for an update regarding my storage unit. I attached photos of the paperwork William gave me. I also will attach photos of the equipment being returned. I left the office at 11:30 and told people our new plan. We had one mover have to leave due a previous engagement so I had to pay him for doing nothing. While driving to the grandmothers house, I finally had a uhaul representative get on the line and I asked about my trailer dropoff. on her end, it didn't look like he had returned it and that she would make a note of it... The facility is well kept for a storage facility. But the building was always too hot, usually above 80 degrees. In all fairness it never seemed to be above the 85 mark that it was promised to stay under but moving things around in a building that's 82 or 83 degrees is not a comfortable environment. The staff also seemed to be incompetent in the simplest task. The staff members I dealt with were either rude, unmotivated, complained about how much they didn't like their jobs or overshared information about their personal life with information that should have never been shared with a customer. Overall the facility seemed to well kept but I would not recommend this place to anyone I know because of the terrible customer service.Braden T. | Premières impressions
I sincerely had an amazing experience. Moving from one state to another. I had to look for apartment. Being able to store my stuff with you guys for already a big help, plus being for free for a month, savings some dollars was simply AMAZING. I will definitely recommend everyone to your company. The folks in the office were incredibly rude. We rented for 2 months. My debit card on file was hacked, and canceled. When they called me for payment (nearly $400) they waited 3 weeks to remove their locks, keeping me locked out of my 3 units. We tried 3 times, waited almost an hour once for them to come back. I didn't like how I was talked to by a UHAUL CSR- on Saturday. I received a letter stating I was late making my payment- although I had closed out the storage on 5/17; she kept talking over me- so I told her I didn't want to talk to her. She persisted, so I hung up on her! Cris Munoz said he closed out the account, onn5/17, but apparently something wasn't closed out.
