I will say I feel welcome coming to uhaul. I was down in a funky mood and when I came inside uhaul Ms. Rodnai made me feel very welcomed. I was satisfied with the customer service as well how clean the uhaul center was. Thank you Ms. Rodnai for the uplifting warm welcoming.

I needed a rating scale, hate to just say yes or no. The windshield was watermarked pretty bad. The body was dirty but not muddy. Five seconds with a leaf blower would have helped the cab and the bed, though they were within acceptable tolerance. The trucks themselves are far behind the office, which was a minor hassle when the app would not take my credit card for additional payment and I had to walk back to the office. Note to U-Haul IT Dept - Fix App to accept two holds on the same credit card.

the lady that work in that location on saturday january 09th 2012 , was very unprofessional she let me waited in cold in parking lot for 30 minutes when i came to pick while she was on her phone texting I came 3 hours early to drop off she did the same thing told me << i will be out there to check you out >> and I waited for 30 + minutes i got made and i drop the trailer myself she look like she did not want to be there may be because i am an immigrant with an accent but my busyness is as anybody else you guys need to take action against her

When I reserved the truck online, I also reserved an appliance dolly. When I picked up the truck, I was told the appliance dolly was unavailable and that this location had not one for two weeks. I was able to work around this for my move but i should have been informed that the appliance dolly was unavailable prior to the pickup so I could make other arrangements. Also, i ordered two dozen blankets. I used 3 packs (18) of the four packs. In the past, I had been told if I did not open a pack, I would not be charged for the blankets. When I inquired about this at the time of the pickup, I was informed that I would be charged whether I used the blankets or not. Just would like to know the actual policy for blankets for next time. Finally, I had made reservation to pick up the truck at 8am. I expected to find the truck at the front ready to go but this was not the case. I understand that since people may not pick up a reserved truck on time or at all this may not be practical, but the problem was that I had to go get the truck, bring it back to the office to load the blankets and furniture dolly but had to wait until the windshield defrosted since there was a thin sheet of ice on the windshield. Overall, the truck was clean, drove good and the checkin was fast.

1) Make sure that the mileage is accurate, 2) Make sure that the fuel gauge is accurate, 3) Make sure that the cargo area has been cleaned. I had to transport some furniture and the floor had mud tracks. This area should have been washed down. Otherwise, the vehicle did not present a problem.

I had reserved 3 furniture pads and there were none available at the store. The uhaul employee who assisted me did remove them from my bill, but I would have preferred that my reservation was honored. No other issues - staff was very nice, truck was functional and clean, and the mover helpers I booked through uhaul were A+ (the guys from Jerry's Moving had pads in their truck we were able to use, so it worked out in the end)

Equipment had something wrong with the brakes and it tugged at my truck jerky the entire time. Made for a horrible drive.

The noncontact pickup is a pain if you intend to pick up prior to the store opening. I did not know which side of the building is the front. I did not know where to find the bar code on the building asked for at checkin. To the left of the door - which door? I did not know where the key safe was located. The website would not let me check in initially because it said I was not at the correct location. But I was. I had to move my vehicle around the parking lot in order for the site to agree with my GPS. A copy of my drivers license and a selfie was required but then it asked for alternative ID and an alternative contact name and phone number - I wasn't prepared for that. Couldn't be my name or phone number and it didn't explain why it was needed. I was asked about the condition of the truck - it was locked I couldn't see inside and it was dark. The location is not well lit. It took me an hour to figure all of this out and thank heaven a worker came in to point to the barcode and the key safe.. The contract paperwork did not include a copy of the starting mileage. And I still don't know the number of miles I drove - and I was just trying to get through all of the questions and screens to get on the road. I had a 9 hours trip ahead of me. It was an ordeal.

The drop off process was wonderful. The pick up process was a little bumpy. There should be a disclaimer to change location finder in an iPhone to whenever using safari. Also, there were so many questions to answer and back and forths. These should've been done before getting to the location. It seemed like in the email all you had to do was log into your account to pick the truck up, but it was much more than that.

When I received the truck it was dirty and there was plastic bottles and when I open the truck it was very dirty and gas was below the half I had to full it and I also was disrespected by the guy who check me out and he made me wait for more than 45min ...supposedly told me told that it was a $100 deposit but that was a lie he did not explain to me well ....I'm super disappointed .... hope they better their customers service

It was disappointing the location didn't have the 6 blankets I ordered days in advance. Luckily I brought a sheet with me or my furniture would have been ruined. If I had known in advance they didn't have the blankets, I would have brought more.

Very helpful, accommodating employee who checked me in and then, even after closing hours, assisted me in returning my 6hr rental into the proper location. Nice fellow. Well lit facility ... I totally appreciated this as I was very concerned about returning trailer in the dark hours after 7pm. I felt safe. And price for rental was reasonable.

Person checking me out did not have a mask and was eating at his desk. In addition, he did not know how to check me out and the lady beside me having the same issue with another representative that could not check her out and did not have his mask on. Really upsetting considering a family member of mine passed from COVID.

I'm very big on customer service. When entering for pick up and drop off I wasn't greeted. While checking out things wasn't explained to me in detail promoting me to call customer service. While dropping off, I had to fight for my truck to get checked in so it can be accounted for at its 5:30pm drop off time. There was more than one employee working with a line of waiting customers, no one chose to step up and take care of customers.

It took us over 30 minutes to pick up the U-Haul truck, even though we had already reserved the truck and entered information online. The woman behind the counter worked hard and was efficient, but there needed to be either more staff, or a way to do more of the process online. Other than the long wait to pick up the truck, the rest of the process went smoothly.

After all the troubles I had with my rental due to lack of communication, the prick of a manager at the 1702 mechanical blvd Garner, NC who needs to learn basic customer service skills and 3 calls to customer service and still have not had all of my issues resolved I will most likely look for a different equipment provider in the future. I had much higher expectations expectations for U-Haul

Kamesha Campbell made my experience above average. If it weren’t for her, I probably would have rated the experience average. She went above and beyond to try and keep things running smoothly while she had five guests in the store and she was the only one working. She was able to help two guests at once and did it quite effectively despite one rude customer who was slowing things down.

After going to pickup reserved truck I was told to go to another location. I purchased both insurances and had to pay out of pocket for a tow that was in total 10 feet (extra $400)! and fee to clean!
