We are just in the pack out stage. The ladies of the Dilworth location rock! First pickup and drop off was all handled by the ladies Keeshwa is absolutely the best! From day one she explained the process and offer solutions all the way. She coordinated the pickup of two units without a hiccup. We were late in getting container #2 back to be stored and the ladies were all gone, the two men available were not able to put our container with the other in storage, there solution was to come back in two hours( not! Driving around for two hour with a full container- really?!) After explains that was a poor solution…they call Keeshwa and she was able to provide the solution of unhooking the container and she would get it stored in the next hour for us. She's a totally solution provided…God bless her! Maybe the guys are still new and under Keeshwa management will become a mini her. If they do, this location will be the best around!!! Keeshwa should be promoted for excelling in such superior customer service ( something that is hard to find in our current culture). Moving is stressful and having Keeshwa's of the world make everything work out!

The staff at the Dilworth store are more then pleasent to work with! Everytime I've needed to use U-haul things the store I've gone to and they are excellent t employees.

They never worked with me in trying to make payment arrangements to save my units. We had brought it all the way to the top and no one called us back - they sold my stuff anyways even tho there was notes on the account to work with this client. 0-10 recommended

I appreciate the gm he was very excellent at his job I loved the convenience and how quick I was able to be provided with a space for my things in very needed moment and I refer anyone to get a storage unit here any time I hear of a situation that it needed one thank u to all the staff who listened to what I might have needed hope they have great day thank u from the heart for everything.. . 10 outa 10 🌟

Staff during all interactions were polite and helpful. The facility itself is not secure. There were multiple instances where you could drive up in the bay and then walk inside with no passcode needed. Twice we actually forgot to unarm our unit and not a single call nor was our unit checked on when the alarm went off from us opening our unit. We paid $206/month for the unit which we were okay with seeming as it was secure and well maintained however the security is lacking hard. In my opinion it is overpriced for what you get. We have since moved to a different location at half the price.

Uhaul stated they would ship our pods on the 23rd but they messed up our delivery and it didn't get shipped until the 25th. Then I was sent a text stating the pods were near our location but I had to wait 48 hours to get them delivered. This was UNACCEPTABLE and this put us in a predicament. I am UNHAPPY WITH UHAUL.

The team in Dilworth helped me install a wiring harness because I was having trouble doing it on my own. I didn't know anyone in town and was alone and they took the time to help me out when they didn't have to. This team goes ABOVE AND BEYOND.

The place is beautiful. I love the security there too. The guys in the office were beyond friendly and helpful. If ever I need a unit again I'm absolutely going to this place!

You can have the equipment ready when you say it's going to be ready waiting 2 hours for a uhaul that was garenteed at the time reserved is unacceptable.

The gentleman that helped me was spectacular. I'm pretty sure he's the same guy that took my numerous amounts of phone calls before my boxes arrived. He was able to get me the double trailer like I needed and was super friendly and helpful. Give this man a raise.

UHAUL was excellent to work with both on the phone and at the location. I rented a car hauler trailer. Trailer was great shape except for a bit of a tattered wheel tiedown. Other than that, the employees and equipment: GREAT

I found a piece of bacon under the drivers seat and personal information paperwork from the last renter that was left in the truck. When I returned the truck, the check system was down so it took 45 minutes to get ot to go through.

Not specific to this location. Uhual corporate sent me too many emails. So many I ended up ignoring them all. Likewise, the facial recognition requirements are creepy, invasive, and unnecessary.

This is the NICEST storage place I have ever seen.

Very difficult to figure out where to place the code to get in/out, we set off alarms because it was so unclear where to put in codes. We never did get in the door door we wanted

Storage option was good. My issue was I moved out on 4/30 and a charge for the coming month was ran on 4/29 to my credit card. I asked to be prorated and because I was moved out and closed out 10 minutes before, they could not go back and credit the unused 29 days. Disappointed in that. The employee was awsome!!! He was very helpful, considerate and knowledgeable. I can't remember his name but he assisted me Saturday night at around 6:30 November 11th at the new dilworth site. I would strongly refer friends and family to this location. Thanks!!!

It would great if uhaul also rented the trailer hitch ball and the trailer light adapter when renting trailers. I had to buy new ones that I will never use again.

I never moved in. Did go to the building to try for the first time. There were locks still in the unit and I was not able to access it. I had to go home and unpack truck since I park outside. This made me decide not to use the storage

I was supposed to be set up for auto pay. I rented the unit in person and swiped my card at that time. The payment was never taken out and then I received a late payment charge. I also rented a 2nd unit a couple weeks later. I cannot access that unit on the app so not sure what is going on there...

The unit was too small so I cancelled it and went to another Uhaul location. I was still charged for a month at this location. The charges were reversed but I was not happy that happened!

Alex was very easy to work with! He's very polite and well mannered. I wanted to change my unit so it was closer to the entry but had changed my mind when I realized I didn't want that unit. He was very understanding and made the change back to my original unit with no hassle. I would recommend Alex's site to anyone the is in need of storage unit or rental truck!

The question due to convenient hour's isn't due to nothing but continued construction on this particular site. It is extremely easy access to and from the main highway. Very convenient for me and my family.
