The fuel was not 1/2 full like receipt said. The gage needs to be inspected better. I should have said something. Otherwise employees were friendly and helpful.

I think renting a U-Haul should be about convenience. This was my first time renting a 10' truck from this location. I reserved it around noon and picked it up at 5:30. The truck I was given had no gas, and the second one had only about 1/8 of a tank. I still took it since I wasn't driving far-about 13 miles round trip. I returned the vehicle with just over 1/8 of a tank. I took pictures of the mileage and gas levels before and after driving it off the lot. When I got my receipt, I was charged for a flat 25 miles, and the mileage out didn't match what I actually drove. I called the same night, and they said to wait until the morning when the manager was in. I explained everything over the phone. Very poor service even thought I was very clear that I had pictures if the employee wanted to see them.

The new manager at the Dilworth site went above and beyond to assist us with getting settled in after a unit assignment mix up. All the staff were very friendly and accomodating.

The employees that help me at all three facilities at Santa Maria, California, Atascadero, California, and Dilworth, Minnesota were excellent. Took very good care of us. Wish there was a little more room in the cab of the truck and the seat seats but what can you expect from a moving truck.

The person helping us was very helpful. However we came into a couple of glitches. She needed to call for help and he was on speaker. Not professional I could hear his frustration and not patient. She did everything she could before making that call. Even though I could see her pain she was feeling from the attitude from that call she stayed calm and professional. During that frustration customers were lining up waiting to get waited on. I give her 5 stars but the person she called for help gets 0 stars.

Wouldn't choose anywhere else, only left because I no longer needed the service. The regular staff is great but the lady who fills in on weekends from another location is miserable.

I had reserved both a truck and storage unit, all went well with the truck, but was told the unit I reserved on the first floor was not available so was placed in a second floor unit. When i arrived, that unit had a small walk through door and I noticed at least 6 units on the first floor were "customer ready". After visiting with the staff on duty when we arrived, the young lady(2-days on the job) in the rental office was able to get me moved to the first floor where I had originally reserved. I want to commend her for her putting the customer first and assisting with correcting my reservation.

Nothing - one of the customers from the night before did not return the equipment that was supposed to returned by the expected time. This did cause delays for the rest of us in line, but Marcus was the worker on duty and he handled this situation very well. He was very kind, understanding, and he worked with everybody. Give him some praise and great compliments please!

II was not contacted when my pickup location was changed from South Fargo to Dilworth. Staff at Dilworth didn't really seem to care.

I.was not happy that instead of driving from Cassleton North Dakota to fargo ND for trailer pickup like I scheduled i had to drive to dilworth mn for pick up. Good customer service would have been to deliver a trailer to fargo where I had scheduled it initially instead of making the customer drive and extra 15 miles. The gentleman in dilworth was awesome. The extra driving was not!

It was the manager, Kichwa Johnson who really sold me on this establishment. I spoke to her long distance - very professional and inviting. The follow ups I had during our local move were so helpful - it was a very stressful move and she was just pleasant and helpful.

Honestly this U-Haul storage was extremely patient and understanding with me. They could have easily just gotten rid of my things or made me pay way more money to get my things. I've never had such a great experience with a storage unit facility. Life was Really Lifing. My mom passed away, I lost my house, and my car. Had to relocate and get a new job. I assumed I lost my storage unit too but they were so understanding and their willingness to work with me made a huge impact on everything I was going through and feeling. They completely helped me and encouraged me and gave me hope for people in the world. I'm so grateful. I would have lost everything I had left of my mom but I didn't thanks to the kindness and the patience of this U-Haul facility workers. Thanks so much! I highly recommend this storage facility!!!

Unbelievably the worst experience I've had renting from uhaul. Truck was not cleaned cab had food stuck on seat, the box was dirty wait we had to unload it as they gave are unit away to someone else. The staff was lazy unprofessional and smug. Will never use this uhaul location again. Give me my money back.

I had no issues through the year I rented with you guys! This storage was just what I needed through my moving process and starting a new job. The facility was well lit and anytime I encountered staff, they were helpful and courteous. I was also pleasantly surprised at how well the restrooms were kept clean! I no longer require storage, but, if I do, I would rent from you again!

The location was fine but it was unhappy with the last minute change from the location right by my house to a location farther away and that I had to return it to the farther location too. It added extra time to an already stressful moving day. The gentleman at the shop was nice and helpful.

The truck we rented in Dilworth, Mn broke down on us less than halfway through our trip. It seemed to lose power and could not maintain a safe/proper speed. We were able to get to a safe spot and call roadside assistance. My husband ran a code reader on it and it had at least 5 stored code alerts that had been dismissed/cleared, plus the one related to our issue. 2 of the codes were engine issues. We lost 2 days due to having to wait 7 hours for a tow truck and be towed back 1-1/2 hours to a U-Haul center. We had to spend money on a motel that we didn't expect. We were reimbursed for having to unload and reload our belongings into a substitute truck, which was nice, but we are senior citizens, and it was a tremendous amount of work for us. We were able to recruit help from family 1-1/2 hours away and were able to spend the night with them as we are not able to drive at night. The rest of the trip was uneventful. We were sure glad to get home. EVEN THOUGH our trip was messed up, the customer service agents we worked with from start to finish were extremely helpful and concerned for our wellbeing. They always kept in touch with us to make sure everything was okay, and were prompt in their response time. The employee at the UHaul dealer in Bismark was wonderful, and the employees at the UHaul dealer in Dickinson at Mac's Hardware were also wonderful. Even though our trip was a bit messed up, we would definitely rent from UHaul again.

Your manager and two of your employees did everything they could do to make it possible for me to rent an auto trailer. I wish I could tell you there names because they deserve a raise. But I do have an issue with your reservations staff. When I made the reservation I asked what size ball I needed I was told 2" or 2 "5/16 and that was wrong all for your hitches and balls are 2" Every one should know that. Tried changing rental units within 24 hours..on computer moved me from unit to another unit and then said other unit was smaller but wouldn’t be able to let me have original unit back because they couldn’t find it on computer…manager finally stepped in and hopefully I have units when I go use them

Staff during all interactions were polite and helpful. The facility itself is not secure. There were multiple instances where you could drive up in the bay and then walk inside with no passcode needed. Twice we actually forgot to unarm our unit and not a single call nor was our unit checked on when the alarm went off from us opening our unit. We paid $206/month for the unit which we were okay with seeming as it was secure and well maintained however the security is lacking hard. In my opinion it is overpriced for what you get. We have since moved to a different location at half the price.

Very difficult to figure out where to place the code to get in/out, we set off alarms because it was so unclear where to put in codes. We never did get in the door door we wanted

Storage option was good. My issue was I moved out on 4/30 and a charge for the coming month was ran on 4/29 to my credit card. I asked to be prorated and because I was moved out and closed out 10 minutes before, they could not go back and credit the unused 29 days. Disappointed in that. I never moved in. Did go to the building to try for the first time. There were locks still in the unit and I was not able to access it. I had to go home and unpack truck since I park outside. This made me decide not to use the storage

I was supposed to be set up for auto pay. I rented the unit in person and swiped my card at that time. The payment was never taken out and then I received a late payment charge. I also rented a 2nd unit a couple weeks later. I cannot access that unit on the app so not sure what is going on there...

The question due to convenient hour's isn't due to nothing but continued construction on this particular site. It is extremely easy access to and from the main highway. Very convenient for me and my family.
