Friendly and efficient

The truck was dirty, I was over charged for fuel upon topped off before returning vehicle. I was refunded my money for fuel. I just feel like a detail of return should have been noted. Staff wasn't really friendly at all. No service with a smile. 😒

Return my damn money back. Truck broke down

I was not given information about where to return the vehicle when returning it, so I returned it where I got it. This was the wrong place.

Exceptional customer service

I was told blankets would be in the truck and I would be charged 5.00 if I used them. There were no blankets. I was fine without them . Every employee I encountered was friendly, courteous and professional!!!!!

Keep Judy as the manager. She is a pleasure to deal with and the reason I remain a frequent customer of Uhaul. She a great representative for Uhaul.

The requirement to call two other friends as contacts who knew me and having to take a photo was just plain ridiculous. It shows me that you have very little trust in customers.

I appreciate the phone call clear up after I got a call saying I forgot my lock on the door several days after I left the unit clean. I did not know the lock was mines. And I told the lady at the counter my husband gave the keys along with the keys to the truck we rented. Why didn’t she tell me at that point that the keys and lock were mine?

When I used my card to have the big door to open it didn't work had to fit in a regular door to enter with my belongings made things take a little longer then it should.

My reservation was changed 5 times and the last was done without my knowledge until the late evening prior. I had already put a deposit on my movers who were scheduled for 9am-11am, and Uhual changed my pick up to 11:30am and another location. This brought my to tears with the rep when I called to learn what uhaul had done to me. I have lupus and a heart condition, therefore I require assistance to move and due to uhaul I HAD NONE. It was a complete nightmare and took 4 times as long to get loaded just to begin my drive to Nevada. In addition, due to it taking so long I was unable to get the auto-transport for my vehicle, therefore I had to leave it and return (yet more money out of pocket, personal time and roughly 450 miles round trip). I have rented from uhaul previously several times and this was by far the absolute worse. You cost me money, stress and anxiety for something that was to be my welcomed new beginning. I personally would like my money refunded to me for the truck rental.

It would be nice to see that the interior was sanitized by maybe a paper floor mat or a removable steering wheel cover. When we entered the vehicle we weren't sure if we were safe to touch surfaces.

I have been renting from them, off and on for about 20 years now, and always have found them excellent, busy at times but excellent.

Being asked for a phone number for a family member or friend and then asked to verify it by seeing your phone contacts is over the top and makes you feel like a criminal. I will not be renting from uhaul in the future.

Alexander T. Wasn't helpful He didn't suggest or recommend any discounts We were forced to bring the unit back to the same location instead of helping us figure out how to pay for a one way trip I called the phone multiple times to speak to a rep and no one answered on more than one occasion

The only thing I would recommend is that the vehicle be clean inside and out. I rented the pick up because I needed the bed. Unfortunately someone had left some dirt and rocks in the bed of the truck.

You can improve your service by offering a truck with brakes that work . The truck had No Brakes! Seriously? How did the the people who park the trucks not not notice that the brake pedal goes all the way to the floor? Office folks not only didn't offer an apology for giving me me a truck with no brakes, they didn't even seem surprised. I'll be sure to share my experience on social media so that others won't rent a truck that will kill them.

Cargo van was dusty on the exterior. The tire pressure sensor for the front right tire was faulty. Otherwise great customer service.

Everything was good at this location, I rented an auto transport. However, I wanted to drop it off at the Redlands and I was treated terrible over the phone by the lady on the other line. She questioned me as to why I wanted drop it off her location a promptly informed me I'd I did, I was in breach of contract. She could have delivered that in a much more professional manner. Either she was having a very bad day or is just that type of person.

Tell customers about the Gas Mileage of trucks. The a customer overfills the the replacement amount of gas give him or she a credit.

Picking up the rental was fast and easy, the rates were reasonable. I liked the way returning the rental did not require me to go inside and stand in line. Overall a great experience, I will definitely be returning!

On the day of my pick which was after hours, my 10ft truck wasn’t prepared for self pick up. I called the agent then she referred to me a different location 30 mins away. However, the new location for pick up was closed also. I drove from San Diego to Redlands only to know that my truck was not prepared and have to stay overnight for next day pick up. Totally disappointed with the service and the waste of time.

Only one worker behind the counter, long line, workers there but not enough workers behind the counter. The man was rushing to get finish tobhelpbthe next person that I felt bad keeping him, that I forgot to get boxes

There was roaches and the central air did not help keep my stuff in temperature

I found all the staff very helpful and eager to serve with a smile.

Storage clean

It would have been excellent except that I had paid thru sept 27 and was not refunded any pro rate for leaving early. In these times that is not right.

The hours listed for access to the storage was not the same. This may be due to COVID.

Everyone was super helpful. I know I wasn't the easiest to deal with, yet they were respectful and patient.

Staff are very helpful, competent and friendly. I liked the facilities and security. Would choose this facility again should I have a need.

I had my belongings in storage for almost five years at Uhaul. Any time I visited the facility, it was always super clean - no dust and ZERO bugs. Great, friendly, helpful staff!

I am always treated very well at this location. The manager, Judy, has hired wonderful employees. I only deal with the people who have been the ones I started with since September 2018.

This was my second time using this facility in Moreno Valley. I have to say Judy is the best at what she does. Her and her staff get things done and make sure their customers are taken care of!

Staff excellent, computers SUCK. Staff unable to complete registration which required me to return the next day to sign paperwork. Need to read alerts in vehicles, mine said "Oil change immediately".

I had storage units at this location for 5 years ...due to illness...the staff was awesome with communication regarding my account and helping me through the entire ordeal. Very respectful profession
