I rented 2 dozen pads. Had to go really far to pick up this truck (and had to go even farther to pick up the auto transport), got home, and realized some of the pads were soaked in the plastic bags. With all the extra time, gas, and mileage I already incurred with the experience, I did not have time to run back to any UHaul to get new pads.Renee S.

No improvement needed. The entire rental experience was excellent. I did not care for the on-line reservation system because the system wanted to force me to go your South Willow Street location which was not convenient for me. I called the Hooksett Road location and Richard immediately took care of my needs and scheduled me for a pick-up/drop-off for his location on Hooksett Road, which is what I wanted. Richard on the phone, then the person who checked me in, and then the person who later checked me out were all helpful, very friendly, and good personalities. Excellent customer service from all 3 team members!!! Your 443 Hooksett, Road Manchester, NH location is superb and the place to rent from!!!David D.

1. I had to wait until the last minute to know whether or not the store had the parts for the hitch install 2. Took 3 hours between check-in, install, and another 20 minutes just to settle the bill, which was already paid for 3. My personal belongings were not put back into the vehicle - luckily I discovered this before I left the property 4. Upon close inspection of my hitch, done just today, I discovered NO wiring harness visible, despite paying for same 5. A trim piece that was removed for the wiring access (which again, I can't find a harness for), was not replaced and is missing 6. Calls have been left for the President, Brian Polanco, and GM, Richard Andrews on this date, after calling the store to inquire about the missing wiring and trim piece, and being rudely placed on hold for at least ten minutes, at which time I hung up and contacted the above listed managers. Very unhappy with this experience!!!!!Neal C.

I'm leaving this bad review because I got charged multiple times for my truck, for multiple different amounts, for no apparent reason and not getting any help from the store as to why this is happening. When I dropped the truck off, I was told by the attendant that I owed 107,95 $ but I have received an additional charge for 119 $and with no explanation and I never got a receipt or statement in my email.Alexandra T.

The representative that took care of me when I signed in was extremely unprofessional. In dealing with the customer before me, he was eating, swearing, and generally being too casual. At one point he said "fuck it, I don't care.". When he was assisting with me, he was on his phone texting. He was unprofessional and seemed to not care about his job. When we returned back with the Uhaul, it was the same thing. He just pointed us in a direction, was texting, and just not friendly.Kylie D.

I don't know if this is pandemic-related, but the location seems to be under-staffed. I had to rent a truck twice in the past month, and both times I had to wait quite a while for a person to be available. In the second instance there were some issues with checking out the truck (images online didn't match the truck, one tire was low), and it took about 10-15 minutes to find someone to help out with that.Margaret M.

We originally rented and got confirmation for the Weare NH site. Last minute got an email this site wasn't available- given Hooksett NH pick up. Ok went there - truck there but no dollys as ordered. All of this the night of the move. Told to go to S Willow St in Manchester to get said dollys even though previously confirmed in Weare then Hooksett (would have just gone to Manchester had we known we'd been jerked around. Dropped said truck off a day earlier - zero Comp for this aggravating waste of time. Shall be contesting charges on cc unless someone contacts me.David P.

The movers I hired through your website never showed up for the move, so the whole rental ended up being useless. The movers hired through UHaul should have to reimburse customers for their entire rental if they don't show up.Brian F.

I am being billed for an extra rental period when the rental was in fact returned on time. The receipt issued said the return time was 47 minutes past the actual return time. I also was billed for 12 furniture pads but actually only used 6. Calling in took 30 min to reach a representative who was unable to correct the issue immediately because he said the computer system was down. Please rectify this situation.JOHANN P.
