The person who made my booking at the central office reserved the wrong kind of trailer for us. We wanted an open trailer but she reserved a closed trailer. I probably confused her by saying we wanted an open utility trailer. Service at the store was excellent.

This was not the pickup location I chose for my pickup. I flew in to make a trip to CA and chose a location closer to DFW airport and more convenient for me. I was unaware at the time I made the reservation that the location could be changed. It added steps to my trip that I did not appreciate. The staff at the location were competent but lacked enthusiasm for customer service.

We were given a red tag truck (which is something we learned about on our first unexpected stop in Wichita Falls) and made it 200 miles before the transmission failed and the truck had to be towed to Amarillo after spending the night in Childress. We are still waiting for U-Haul to reimburse us for the hotel stay.

I will say before I got to speak with Tiffany about my storage I had issues being able to get thru to the storage and I would email Diane and she would respond or return a call and would be really hateful when I would go pay my storage..Now with that being said Yesterday 9/1/22 I had the pleasure of speaking with Tiffany the new manager I had lost my job and didn't want to lose my stuff ( have a new job now) and she was amazing she listened and said she didn't want me to lose my stuff either and that as a customer made me feel good .so I was able to pay on my storage and going to be able to pay this month in a couple of weeks took a lot of stress off of me.

I did my rental online and had everything set. Then, 24hrs later someone at this location working at the customer service counter modified my reservation and rented a truck under my name and address to someone standing at the counter. They have a receipt with my name and address on it. I had to spend an hour on the phone to get everything resolved. The excuse I received was because we had the same last name. If I wasn't paying attention to my account and reservation I would shown up the day of and discovered all of this. What if that person would have wrecked the truck under my account? I was satisfied with the quick resolution “Tanya in traffic” provided, but very disappointed that this even possible.

Customer Rep. was rude. She was shouting for no reason. She was asking unnecessary questions when this rental was booked though online. I've been to many U-haul places. I had worse experience at this place.

U haul NRH was to have two pods ready for me on Saturday July 30th at NRH Well the movers had to go to Fort Worth to get and take back bc NRH apparently didn't have any Well I needed two more and suddenly NRH (which is right beside my house) had two that they were to leave out for my mover to pack things in . When he got there , there were no units and no one to help . I had to end up getting a storage unit and paying extra bc of this I got an email that I was charged for 4 pods 2 in Fort Worth and 2 in NRH which I never got / my liver who works for Uhaul said no worries they won't charge you Well I got an email that they did I went in there personally yesterday bc the phone time said an hour wait . Funny bc two people were sitting around doing nothing I told him my dilemma : he said he would have ti ask the pod girl . He did and came back ti say “once she verifies these are empty we will credit back your funds and I will give you a call “ That was yesterday noon . No call nothing . I tried to call back and again an hour wait time was dictated to me I am going up there again and will sit and wait til this is taken care of

Truck was returned on 8/21 and did return via link sent to phone. Keys placed in Dropbox. I filled truck before returning. On 8/23 my card was charged again, I called this location and they told me truck wasn't returned until 8/23 which is a lie. I have receipt from gas station across the street showing it was filled up in gas and dated 8/21. I was told they would check cameras and call me back and no one has called me back nor credited my card back. Horrible customer service.

I reserved a 15' truck. I picked it up using truck share. When I went in to get my key, the agent at the counter acted like he had never heard of truck share, then told me the truck that it showed a confirmation for on my phone was not available. The only available truck was a 17' truck (I did not need, nor could I effectively use the larger truck). He said it was an “upgrade,” but I got charged for the larger truck daily and mileage rate. Yes, I'm aware this is only about a $10 or so difference, but I do not think I should have had to pay extra for the hassle. To be fair, every other experience at this location has been fine.

Had to go to another location to rent an appliance dolly. Inventory numbers were not accurate to indicate which uhaul locations had stock of these. I lucked out that the Haltom City location very near my house had dolly in stock. People were professional and friendly at both locations. Very unhappy with drop off location. Was scheduled to be open and was not. Tried customer service chat who said call regional reservations. Spent an hour in 102 degree heat trying to reach a help desk rep. There was no key drop. I had to try to open the deadbolted doors enough to get keys inside. Not a pleasant experience

First, when I rented I was supposed to pick up at another, more convenient location. The new pick up location was understaffed and I had to wait in line for about 10 minutes. Then, although UHaul knew the vehicle I would be using, you didn't flag that I'd need an adapter for the trailer lights. The guy hooking up the trailer didn't say anything until he was in the middle of doing so and asked "where my adapter" was. Then, fortunately they had one in stock, but inexplicably, due to a computer problem, it took almost 15 minutes for them to do the transaction to sell me one and complete my hook up. In all, picking up the trailer took about an hour. Way too long.

The first trailer they gave me was a piece of junk and it should have been removed from service. Bent and dented pieces, and a defective surge brake. I came back to swap out the trailer for a different one, at least that one worked well, however somehow they didn't make the change on my paperwork and I never received an updated copy.

To ensure all your vehicles are in excellent shape, you received an average rating, because your vehicle was in an average condition. The ride was was rough and wobbly, not sure if that's an alignment issue also the passenger side mirror was unable to be adjusted giving the driver difficulty in seeing on that side of the truck while driving. It seems that your company focuses on cleanliness, which is important, but functionality is also important. I was referred to that location, unfortunately I won't be returning for service, due to vehicle issues.

At Age 50+, I have used this, as well as, numerous other Uhaul locations spanning multiple States. This location at Grapevine Hwy (Hwy 26) in N.R.H., TX 76180 has always been my personal go to location for most all of my Rental needs. The Staff is knowledgeable and professional. They make a sincere effort to expedite as promptly as is realistically possible in what can be at times a chaotic environment and even apologize for delays. I know that this review comes across as a padded Review, It isn't and I rarely waste my time on these Type of Review Requests. I haven't completed a Uhaul Review in some time. Occasionally, We need to take a brief moment of our lives to acknowledge the People who ARE doing a Good Job   in order to compensate for ALL the frustrated or negative People whom they encounter in the course of their normal Work . Sometimes that one "Thanks, I see the good Job you're doing and I appreciate your efforts ." keeps the beneficial Employee/ Manager so that they are there for You the next time that you need their assistance . Doesn't just apply to this Uhaul... So, this is the part that I try to help and make both My and other Customers Lives better... I fully understand the dynamics involved in the Operations of a Rental/ Storage Operation and why there is a realistic need to add rolling phone coverage for Inbound Calls. However, there are times that Uhaul Corporate Call Center isn't equipped with the Site Specific Knowledge to answer specific customer questions 樂. Perhaps adding a specified Text Capability on a Corporate to Store and Back, would help overcome this aggravating gap  in the Customer Interaction Abilities of Customer Phone Calls and the information they are seeking, which is answerable only at a Store Level. I would have given an excellent rating but I was inconvenience with the move out experience. I had to call twice to customer service to have the facility personnel to complete my move out and all the while I was being sent notices of late charges. It took three weeks to finally resolve my request when it should have been a couple of days.

The ladies at the location were extremely professional and helpful. I was moving out of my storage and getting a moving van with a trailer. They made the move out smooth and easy. I had a storage unit there for about 10 months and would recommend this location to anyone.

The only thing I did not like about the facility was they went up on the rent one month after I had moved in. I almost moved everything to a different location based on that. Uhaul was already priced higher than the competition prior to going up

I tented a Uhaul 15 truck and drove it for 1,1 miles. The tattooed lady charged me 2 gallons of gas for 1,5 miles driven. I called customer support the refunded the gas charges snd gave me a $25 gift code. Can you believe? 2 gal of gas for 1,5 miles? I still cannot.

1st storage was dirty but the manager on duty helped me fin a clean storage unit on site. Also, The folks in the traffic department helped me out a lot a during my relocation from Maine to Texas. I give Uhaul a high rating for working out the logistics of finding storage and distance travel and road side assistance.

The whole experience was excellent. I used Ubox in 2020, for move from CA to TX. I used it again for move from Manvel to Ft. Worth. No problems with either.

Wanted drop off for truck at this location but due to weather that day it took longer cuz downpour rain still had to drop off after hours at Haltom city Tx location wanted North Richland Hilla Tx location was told had to call Uhaul customer service I did not have the time for that too I was done at 7:15 pm which was fine I got truck hooked up checked out at the atemple, Tx location I was charged an additional $66 not happy at all a car was blocking my truck it needed a jump caused me to be late with my drop off due to all circumstances I should be credited the $66 I believe

They never answer phone. Never returned call and when I drove up there the employee who didn't answer phone was as on her personal phone. Plus's Diana the general manager never called until the 4th day. Then she called before 8 am . I call several times and after not getting me on the 1st try she never called again

Andrew was incredibly helpful, efficient, and courteous. I have only received exemplary service from him and others at this location, to the point that all my moving and storage needs will go through here.

Storage had broken glass inside it when I moved in. Employee that checked me in saw it but just left the mess. I mived out three weeks later, checked out, cleaned unit, removed lock and turned in card. Then I get a bill with a late notice attached. I called and I was told someone would call me back. A week later I have heard from no one.

I wish I had been reminded that they already had a lock in my storage unit before I bought one form the store inside. But I'm going to see if I can do a return on one of the locks.

We moved my son's apartment into a unit over four years ago. When we recently came to get his stuff, we found a U-Haul lock in a slot next to the lock we put on. When we asked the staff, they said that they did not have the key and that the U-Haul lock was required. He said he had been working there two years and they always require that lock. When I told him that we were not required to get that type of lock when we moved in, he said it was required back then also. Obviously he was lying as he was not there four years ago and I was. I called Diane, the manager to see if they had a remedy but alas more terrible service as she never called me back. Probably too embarrassed by there blatant incompetence. We had to call a locksmith to have the U-Haul lock removed for $173. I would never use this location and warn everyone to stay away.

I have used this UHaul as my storage unit for years simply because they provide a safe storage facility plus the customer service is very good. I moved from another storage facility years ago to this one and have never had a problem. Again, it is a safe place to store your personal and/or business equipment.

Open a little earlier and little later would fit the average worker. You did have some AC issues early in my stay. I understood that you did a daily walk thru to see if locks were on, people had vacated, etc. That is what I was going on by leaving my card in my spot.

I've used uhaul many times and this experience has by far been the worst. Pick up location was amazing . The staff was helpful, polite, courteous and friendly. They were above amazing with customer service. The drop of location was the worst experience I have ever had with a business ever. The location itself was clean and tidy. Jarom/ jason not sure exactly his name. ( Light blonde/Reddish fuzzy hair in a bun on his head, wore orange bandana) and the the other man who Claimed to be the assist manager by far worst customer service from those two. You never tell or talk down to your customers. The assistant manager wouldn't reprimand his employee from be obstinate after I asked him several times to stop speaking to me. I even called Diane Talley.....useless ....she just wanted me to use online. I had to continue to tell her employees to stop telling at me so I could even speak to her. The way to this store is run is absolutely ridiculous. I will be calling and filing s formal complaint. They had one employee that went above and beyond to try and fix the situation. Angel May. He apologized even said he was sorry that I shouldn't have been treated like that. You definitely need to go through clean house and hire more people like Angel May. He was really great when the rest of your staff is by far the worst customer experience I have ever experienced.

Local U-Haul folks couldn't have been better. The company needs assistance with its computer system. I tried twice to get auto payment established. Both times failed (one cost me as overdue charge) and the other cost me a trip to your facility to establish when the system didn't function.
