Logan MYour employees lie about gas in tank. Your system for calculation of the gasoline used is wrong. If you only drove 16 miles how does a customer get charged for 10 gallons of gas ?

Francis OBefore returning the track I filled it up with gas on the gas station that is on the same block as the U-Haul office. But I was still charged for gas. While I was using the track the gas meter was jumping up and down inconclusive. Even before I started driving and was warrming up the truck - the arrow dropped 1/4 from the full mark. I think the device is rigged and your manager is scamming for the gas money.
Lija ZClean the inside and outside windows! I paid $1500 for a truck with windows so dirty I had to buy windex and clean them. The people at Nanuet NY pickup were AWESOME!
Teresa MI was charged a 20 After hours fee, after being told that if the location was closed just leave the trailer. I did that and when I went back to inquire about the charge the person working said pretty much "too bad" I will discuss this with the location Manager Stephanie on Monday when they are there. I have rented before and never been charged the fee without being told about it.

naim Ibluetooth in the van DID NOT connect to my iphone. First vehicle I've rented in a long time that didn't have that ability despite it being advertised as 'bluetooth ready'. Other than that, pleased with the service. Staff was courteous and quick, and the van itself was practically new and ran great. I'll be using this location in the future when I need to rent a van. Merci.

Segundo MTwo things. First, I rented the 6x12 trailer and even empty it is heavy and there really should be a jack to raise and lower the trailer. Second, the employee and myself had a hard time connecting the safety chains because of the shape of the S hooks and the opening on my hitch.

Ricardo PThe fact that I have to park my car somewhere else is an issue then go on top of the hill and cross the street to get the rental is not something that I am use to or wanted to do. What happened to customer service. When I mentioned it I was told "well you are renting ". My answer to that was when I rent a car or any uhall it's brought to me.

Angel OI was charged $25 for a clean up fee after my van rental. Except for some damp footprints in the back (it was rainy during move) there was no excess dust that was not in there to begin with. I have rented from this location in the past. But will find another in the future

THOMAS BTruck was not what I expected.. The belts(under the hood) were loud and made noise when i started the truck and while i was driving. The truck smelled of old sweat; probably from the last person who used it. When i made a comment about this to the person who was inspecting the vehicle, all they said was that "a million people use the trucks". not very happy whith that temark

Meir NThe person behind the counter mislead me with inaccurate information. I specifically asked about cleaning fees and was told the fee is $25 unless furniture or items are left in the truck. When I returned the truck I showed them that my clean up was not perfect and I would be happy to pay the $25 fee. She told me the cleanup up fee starts at $25 but would be $200. I said that's not what is posted in the back of the truck. I did not have time to argue so I left to handle this deception with corporate instead
Shimshon MI rent , 20 times + a year and always return the truck swept clean yet I still get charged varying cleaning fees depending on how the employee can be bothered , all at uhaul Nanuet , ny , im considering using fluid or another firm as this is getting ridiculous at this point

Robert OI was not pleased with the customer service from Nanuet U-Haul facility staff. Stephanie was okay to work with, whoever the other African American lady is she has working alongside her is unprofessional and rude. She doesn't know how to provide respectful and courteous customer service. She doesn't know how to speak to people. No customer service etiquette, she acts like she can't be bothered to help people. There should be someone on shift that can inspect the storage bins once they are emptied because I had to wait till the next day to get my unit inspected. When bills are late you get multiple calls a day which is a little predatory, and the elevator is barely ever working, and it takes a long time to repair when it is not working. There is usually garbage downstairs in the main entrance. On the day I was clearing out my unit another customer fell in her unit and called for help and none of the staff on duty went up there to help her. My son and I had to physically help her up from the unit floor. If people hate their job at U-Haul they should quit, and if they are going to work there, they should get customer service training because their customer service skills suck. When I had an issue with the staff in the main office, I was forwarded to a customer service rep over the phone and I'm pretty sure nothing came of my complaint. U-Haul needs to do better. U-Haul makes enough money monthly from each customer to be able to afford Customer Service trainings and seminars. Their attitude is unmotivating and im hopeful I won't need to use U-Haul storage facility again.

The young lady who helped us get a different unit was more experienced and knowledgeable than the first young man who mumbled every word to the point we had to ask "what" every time he spoke. I know it's hard getting good employees.

When I went to actually get keys and go into reserved storage they "didn't know anything" weren't aware said the lady who had arranged it wasn't a worker from that location and they gave me a second floor storage when I had requested first floor as i have issues with walking It was very frustrating and I won't be doing storage with uhaul again. The truck rental was also very discouraging Not a pleasant experience at all

Finally, although closed, Angelo gave instructions for use of lock box and that our rented equipment could be (and was) left in locked truck. A Good Day! Looking forward to a mutually rewarding experience.
