2/2 had reservation At 5 they had no truck for me. I have to call local uhaul . Cause uhaul put me on hold which I did not have time for. Well it took an hour & half to find a place Close by where I live that had a 26 foot Truck. The inconvenient cost me time and money and extra miles cause it was 10 miles away.

The only problem I encountered was with the mobile return process. My phone location was turned on, and settings were on for it to be shared. Despite this, I kept receiving an error that my device location could not be confirmed. Since it could not confirm the location, it would not allow me to check the vehicle in after hours. Aside from this, the experience was great.

I don't care for the access card have to swipe numerous times how much is it for a remote.?
Really need to pay a bit more attention to the locks on the "lock boxes" where the keys are stored. The crappy salt air and moisture in Florida makes it hard to open those locks! Took a bit but, I FINALLY got my key. Also, the slide locks (on the outside storage units) could use a bit if WD-40. It is VERY difficult to get the slide locks to open or close without a towel and pliers!

The trailer was definitely not a new one, handle got stuck up in the top, BUT the towing went well. We stopped to hand off the trailer to my son-in-law in Tallahassee (Capital Circle). The young man there could not have been more helpful, so we appreciated knowing the hitch was safe and secure.

Good location and service. Only negative was when i was a few hours late on my return the person called and left a message that i was late and to call back before they have to "put it into collections". Seems an abrupt action for being 2 hours late. I later called and extended.

Cat Mullican was the most helpful person I've ever met. She was wonderful with my U-Haul moving and storage needs, and with the ease of returning the equipment. She is an asset to your comapny. I could never hope for any more pleasant of an experience.

I wish there were 24 hour access to contents. We would arrive late and not be able to pick up our stuff until the next day. Other than that excellent experience.

The office staff could maybe benefit from a course/lessons in treating customers a little nicer, professionalism. Moving is a stressful time and the last thing you want is to be treated rudely.

The price of the storage unit kept going up and up and up and up. The storage unit I had 3303 water came in from under the door and ruin some of my stuff. But the staff was very nice

Uhaul trucks blocked access because they were parked In the middle of the roadway. This created alot of extra work loading and unloading. I use uhaul locations nationwide this was the worst.
