It's too expensive! Better rent a truck from rental cars that way I don't need to deal with the mileage and all that not make no sense. Spending $145 less than four hours that's very stupid

The check engine light came on while I was using it and when I returned it and told a staff member, he was very kind and said he would look into it. I had it for 2 day and made just 2 trips.

MICHAEL BThe service was seamless, it was probably less than 10 minutes to pick up a truck with full paperwork as a new customer. The truck DC1206D was alright and in a condition expected from its mileage. An alignment might be due on it, as sometimes it had a hard time running straight on a straight road.

PAUL AThe lady I spoke to on the phone was very nice and extremely helpful 2 days before the rental. When I arrived to pick up the U-Haul a different lady was at the counter, the mileage and gas gauge was different from what was on the receipt so I went back in to make sure I had the correct truck. I waited along with another couple for over 15 minutes and the girl had disappeared. Finally I phoned the place and she came back behind the counter. She was the very rude and hateful to me and when I told her the issue and when I asked for a copy of the new receipt she got very angry grabbed my old one waded it up and threw it at the wall. I told her her I was sorry that I had an issue and she rolled her eyes and mumbled something under her breath. She was very rude and very unprofessional.

The guy ghosted me and I came straight back and stopped to put the gas back in it. The only stops made. I got back in 1 hour and 25 minutes and didn't get a refund. I understand the rules. Just wish it could have been 2 hours.

GERALD COne of the two ratchets on the car hauler were badly rusted making it difficult to rachet. More seriously, one of the four tires had a bad leak. This is a safety issue. We had to add air to it multiple times.

WILLIAM FThe lady on duty Saturday 9/14 was extremely rude and vulgar talking. She cussed us out because we didn't move our truck out of the way so she could park more cars for football fans. We were trying to move our stuff out of storage and told her we would be out shortly. She told us to just F____ move now The lot was full of cars we could barely get around. She yelled and cussed at us to get out of the way so she could park more cars. It was very unprofessional and not appreciated. We did get it on video as well

Additionally, it was not well maintained or well kept. After putting in a request to move out through the app which I was told is the recommended way, they didn't close the account over for over a week and tried charging me rent for the next month along with a late fee despite having moving out over a week earlier. Not a great experience overall.

Also, I reserved a 1st floor unit 3 months in advance and still was given a unit up high. The lady on the phone told me the unit was plenty big enough for 1 bedroom of furniture, but my mattress barely fit. I wish I had just taken my stuff home.

We have had our storage unit for over a decade and have never had a bad experience! The only things that would make the Lindsey St store in Norman better is to be able to contact the store directly during their business hours. If I understood correctly that when everyone at that location is busy my call goes over to a U-Haul call center. Instead I would like the option of staying on hold for the Lindsey st store. The other 2 things I would change: a faster computer/software system for all U-Haul locations And last but not least: lower storage unit prices! I believe that when we first leased our storage unit it was $59,95 per month. I know that uhaul has to stay competitive and that operating expenses have continued to increase over the years but it would have been nice to get even a small discount or a rewards program, on our storage unit because we have been long-term customers. Regardless, we have been satisfied with overall customer and selection to products offered that we will continue to use UHall!
