It's too expensive! Better rent a truck from rental cars that way I don't need to deal with the mileage and all that not make no sense. Spending $145 less than four hours that's very stupid

My experience is always positive when I have to rent from this location. My latest was the first time to rent a truck. The check engine light came on while I was using it and when I returned it and told a staff member, he was very kind and said he would look into it. I had it for 2 day and made just 2 trips.

The service was seamless, it was probably less than 10 minutes to pick up a truck with full paperwork as a new customer. The truck DC1206D was alright and in a condition expected from its mileage. An alignment might be due on it, as sometimes it had a hard time running straight on a straight road.

The lady I spoke to on the phone was very nice and extremely helpful 2 days before the rental. When I arrived to pick up the U-Haul a different lady was at the counter, the mileage and gas gauge was different from what was on the receipt so I went back in to make sure I had the correct truck. I waited along with another couple for over 15 minutes and the girl had disappeared. Finally I phoned the place and she came back behind the counter. She was the very rude and hateful to me and when I told her the issue and when I asked for a copy of the new receipt she got very angry grabbed my old one waded it up and threw it at the wall. I told her her I was sorry that I had an issue and she rolled her eyes and mumbled something under her breath. She was very rude and very unprofessional.

The staff here is great and very helpful. I felt like a person and not a number. They explain everything. Make sure you are safe on the road. They double check all connections. Again can't rave how great the staff is. Amazing service.

pricing was not made clear when i switched reservations. admittedly, i did not ask specifically, and the location appeared very understaffed so i can understand the miscommunication, but i was not prepared for the charges posted to my card. this is not the fault of the individuals i interacted with, but your app, website, and pricing disclosures require some improvement.

Increase full refund time frame from within 1 hour to within 2 hours. I rented a uhaul to go pickup some free stuff set aside for me in the city. The guy ghosted me and I came straight back and stopped to put the gas back in it. The only stops made. I got back in 1 hour and 25 minutes and didn't get a refund. I understand the rules. Just wish it could have been 2 hours.

One of the two ratchets on the car hauler were badly rusted making it difficult to rachet. More seriously, one of the four tires had a bad leak. This is a safety issue. We had to add air to it multiple times.

Austin did great. He was the only employee there at 7 AM. Another employee finally showed up to work at 7:10. Austin did such a nice job. I would return to this location. He was able to explain many questions about equipment and the link vehicle inspection.

The lady on duty Saturday 9/14 was extremely rude and vulgar talking. She cussed us out because we didn't move our truck out of the way so she could park more cars for football fans. We were trying to move our stuff out of storage and told her we would be out shortly. She told us to just F____ move now The lot was full of cars we could barely get around. She yelled and cussed at us to get out of the way so she could park more cars. It was very unprofessional and not appreciated. We did get it on video as well

Staff was hard to get ahold of and was not very nice the few times I had issues using the facility doors to access my unit. Additionally, it was not well maintained or well kept. After putting in a request to move out through the app which I was told is the recommended way, they didn't close the account over for over a week and tried charging me rent for the next month along with a late fee despite having moving out over a week earlier. Not a great experience overall.

Many of the units were filled with trash and left open for a few days. That wasn't the issue though. The man that was cleaning out the units was smoking weed in the facility. I don't know why he didn't smoke it outside the building. Other than that, everything was awesome! The staff are great!

I reserved an RV storage spot weeks in advance, signed the contract and paid for the spot 7 days in advance, and then when my driver tried to park my RV in the spot I’d reserved, that spot didn’t exist.

Well kept and clean. Only complaints are things often partially blocking the walkway between units. Either something on the ground or the AC cover open and hanging. Also seemed expensive for the size, but this is also the only storage unit I've rented so I can't compare it's price to others

Because the person who was working at the desk didn't want to help me so I did it online, he didn't give me a lock for my storage unit, he didn't explain to me how to use the key pad, and didn't even show me any paperwork or print anything out an he was more interested in his phone. Luckily came back the next day and got the service that I needed.

I didn't even rent the storage but for a month and used it and was done with it within 13 days and they couldn't refund any money back to me at all and I didn't even have it a whole month not to mention they made me pay for insurance

The ladders used at this location to access the second level of storage units is extremely unsafe, the steps arnt even deep not spaced enough to carry any product down safely, I'm honestly surprised multi people have t been injured. They really should be replaced with steps that more steps over a longer rise

Rented an indoor unit in Norman, OK from all the way up in Michigan, for my son and his roommates to store their apartment stuff over the summer. Easy and smooth, my kid and his friends were able to move their stuff in and then back out at the end of the summer to get in their new apartment. Spoke to staff at the facility a couple times and they were always very pleasant and helpful with any questions we had.

Carli was extremely helpful I helping me get in touch with customer service who would never answer phone! However the local store where Carli works were extremely helpful. Helped me in purchasing moving supplies I needed by using her knowledge of what I was needing. Other gentlemen in store very friendly and eager to help. ReChing customer service was a nightmare!!!!

I reserved the first floor 3 months in advanced, and then they still gave me a unit on top. Units on the 2nd level do not have stairs or flooring; it is just up high. Hauling a bed up a ladder into a unit that is not big enough really was the worst.

My stuff was ruined because of not being alerted that there was a flood so I could move my stuff so it just sat for weeks in water. The stuff I lost was irreplaceable so NO I don't recommend anyone storing their stuff at this place

I was given zero instructions. I had to find my unit on ny own and then some scissors to get into the unit (ziptie on the door) and also was not told anything about needing to check in and out. I just figured it out on my own. There was a moving dolly I appreciated a lot. Things were mostly clean but a male employee was smoking inside and then later just outside the storage area. That was super unappreciated.

Don't get on the 2nd floor!! There is not a floor or elevator just a step ladder to haul you're stuff up there. Also, I reserved a 1st floor unit 3 months in advance and still was given a unit up high. The lady on the phone told me the unit was plenty big enough for 1 bedroom of furniture, but my mattress barely fit. I wish I had just taken my stuff home.

Reserved a first floor unit and when my daughter arrived to move her stuff in they told her there were no more units left and gave her the only option of using a unit in which she had to climb stairs with all her stuff to access it. Don't trust what you sign up for. I even called and spoke to someone in the office directly who said they had the first floor unit available.

Weird unclear communication. It Serbian up online for a may 1 2023 move in and have gotten 3 calls regarding my love out and why there is no lock on my unit etc. we have not even moved I. It yet.hmmmmmmmm

Staff was outstanding! Carli and her crew were personable and accommodating and we can't thank them enough! We have had our storage unit for over a decade and have never had a bad experience! The only things that would make the Lindsey St store in Norman better is to be able to contact the store directly during their business hours. If I understood correctly that when everyone at that location is busy my call goes over to a U-Haul call center. Instead I would like the option of staying on hold for the Lindsey st store. The other 2 things I would change: a faster computer/software system for all U-Haul locations And last but not least: lower storage unit prices! I believe that when we first leased our storage unit it was $59,95 per month. I know that uhaul has to stay competitive and that operating expenses have continued to increase over the years but it would have been nice to get even a small discount or a rewards program, on our storage unit because we have been long-term customers. Regardless, we have been satisfied with overall customer and selection to products offered that we will continue to use UHall!

Everyone there was amazing. Carli has helped me many times and she is always so kind. Several times I wasn't sure what kind of help I needed and she has helped guide me through what I need! This was one of those times. She helped me understand getting a storage building would be best for me right now. Always a great experience!

Friendly & accomodating staff at both ends of the moving trip. The only concern that I have is that the tow dolly had a left tail light that was semi-functional to non-functional. I checked the wiring connections multiple times to make sure those where tight. It's important when you're traveling through dense fog & icy roads.
