Took a long time. Even did or check in but didn't seem to help. Didn't have all items in reservation. Had to go to different location to pick up furniture dollies. Took forever at the second location. Then they lost my information, set up my return info wrong, and didn't prices my payment correctly. Overall, it was a mess.

My reservation was canceled by U-Haul 24 hrs before we were due to move . Customer service rep tells me no truck will be available at the location I needed and size I needed. She gave me the option of driving and hour one way to get another one. That’s totally unacceptable . Why take reservations if you don’t honor them. I gave U-Haul two weeks notice to get a truck there. Next time tell rep to offer larger truck at same rate. Also the rep was less than helpful. I had to suggest she look at other closer locations. I was not happy with this and I doubt I’d rent again I’d be to afraid I’d have no truck and my hourly paid movers standing around. And yes we will be moving again this summer

The store manager went out of her way to be helpful, and it was clear that she leads her team well in multi-tasking to meet the needs of customers. Great rental experience!

The workers there took so long to get my information even though I made an appointment prior. One specific woman and her manager were moving like molasses. I didn’t want to be rude because that’s just not who I am but come on, have some decency. Then I told them I’d need the car for approximately 20 miles. I ended up driving it 14 and the price only changed by $1??? They couldn’t seem to explain why and I didn’t even want to talk to them anymore. I got my stuff and got out of there because they did t even seem to care. I won’t be recommending this specific place to anybody and I will never use that location again. This really ruined my moving experience because I know how I treat people at work and this isn’t it. I hope y’all can work out a way to refund me because I did not enjoy this at all and if I didn’t need the truck that very day, I would’ve just said forget it.
