The manager is a dick. Was rude. The inventory is not there.
Bryan G.This was the worst experience ever. The manager never returned calls therefore causing my account to be charged when I MOVED OUT OF UNIT THE MORNING OF. My access card was NEVER fixed for me to get access to the size where my unit was all the way on the OTHER side of the building. The slidng doors were broken and ofTEN STUCK. Pest control was absolutely non existent. I would never ever recommend this place and I will continue to seek a refund for all the excessive issues that were nwvsd addressed until DAYS or a week later and it never got fixed period. And you charge me and plus a LATE FEE??? YOUR ACCESS CARD DIDNT EVEN work and YOUR ROL UP DOOR Had been broken. For TWO YEARS YOUR store manager AARON SAID HIMSELF!!! I will continue to do whatever necessary to get my money back when I was out of there when Aaron said it would be NO PROBLEM to my friends husband Clifton. So the customer service rep had no option but to send me to another state ( neighboring, but over 10 miles there and back) and pick up from this location. I have zero complaints about this location, but overall, the inconvenience cost me and my family two hours out of our moving time, and we ended up having to pay movers to just sit at my house for two hours and do nothing while I waited for the new location to open up. Customer service stated they would apply the "$50 guarantee", so I'm waiting for that refund.

This is the closest rental location to my home but I will drive the extra distance to deal with someone who appreciates my business. No matter how much I am spending.

Kanisha J.The interior of the rental center was not air conditioned and uncomfortable. There was one employee working while another sat on a stool nearby doing nothing, regardless off the number of customers waiting (4). The vehicle was clean but in a poor state. The sun visor was broken, the seat belt sensor was broken, so the ‘fasten seatbelt' alarm would go off regularly even though the seat belt was securely fastened, and the truck was very difficult to start. When I complained to the working employee, she informed me that ‘there is a trick to it' and I would have to turn the wheel all the way to the left while holding the brake and turning the key. I immediately asked for another vehicle and was told ‘all of out 10 footers are like that'. The truck was very difficult to start each time and not in keeping with my past experiences using u-haul vehicles. The only reason i chose this location is because my previously chosen location did not have an available 10 foot truck. I will not be returning to this location.

I didn't expect him to behave in that manner.

Travis R.I called over and over again to avoid my card being charged even when I returned it early... NEVER got anyone on the line. Not even their call canter reps could. My card was charged twice and it over drafted my account. They need to have a direct number to the LOCATION. YES I know they do and want it limited for certain things, but give one that's accessible for those of us who are storage unit renters even... but this was about a truck. Now my account is over drafted with fees.

Truck stunk inside, had 144k miles and the front end worn completely out. It was so dangerous to drive I returned it early.! Second time in one year I've had a bad experience with haul. There will never be a third time….
Michael D.Short of putting a kill switch on your trucks, there is little that can be done when customers do not honor their commitments to return the trucks. Perhaps a larger penalty fee would incentivize renters. Aaron, the manager, was cool as a cucumber and very kind as he worked hard to meet our needs in our timeframe.

Nevertheless, his attention and care to provide us with the best service were outstanding. The only thing that needs attention is the smoke smell on the trucks. Other than that, an amazing experience.

I decided to not use the storage at this location because of the distance it would take to walk back and forth. It was not convenient so I decided to cancel. It took two months and numerous phone calls before it was able to be cancelled. I kept getting emails about payment due. No one ever answered the phone. One guy said he would close it but never did. Finally, the guy who helped me on 30 August closed it out.
