When I returned the truck the same night I had picked it up, the store was supposed to be closed. So we parked it in the same place that it was when we picked it up. A guy came out of the garage part of the store and started yelling and cursing at us that we parked it in the wrong place. He continued cursing while walking back inside. The truck was clean and I got charged a cleaning charge.

Not sure who is at fault with my experience. My experience was great up until the minute I spoke with Jennifer at 1800 uhaul. I explained to Aaron I would be dropping my equipment off late and that I needed to be able to drop my equipment off at 3102 W Hwy 377 granbury TX 76048 because it wasnt locked up late. He told me he would leave the drop off open so I could return it there. After unhooking the trailer and heading home I called the 1800 number to notify Jennifer of where it was located when I was told I couldnt drop it off there and the closest location available was 45 minutes one way from where I previously dropped the trailer off. I was told that was the only option unless I wanted to wait until today. I unfortunately have a job that isnt flexible and am on call for the hospital this entire week so I felt my only option was to then go re connect to the trailer and drive another 1.5 hours. Jennifer and Aaron were both very polite and helpful although the information I recieved conflicted and led to my disappointment. Im not sure at this point if I would ever use uhaul again or who to believe next time about such matters. I had a similar issue the last time I rented a trailer where I reported where I was going to drop off only to get a text before I returned it to change the location. Very aggravating when I give a specific location I need to drop off after hours and be charged accordingly only to find out something different later. With this company y'all are strictly Liars everything you said was a lie I was charged stuff than you tried to charge my card twice you tell me what the price was but then changed up the price again and trying to charge me all these crazy prices I told you they have any money but yet you're still trying to charge my card I gave you an issue $34 then you want another $54 and now you trying to charge my card again for $14 plus the manager does not know what he's doing he needs to be fired he has no idea what he's doing at all I never seen such an incompetent person Andrew just a nasty person.

Called uhaul for a pickup truck and tow dolly was told there was one available for me at this location , got there and was no pickup ready waited an hour and a half for it to arrive only to be told it wasn’t coming, had to work it out myself and was given a box truck and tow dolly that had to be returned to same location the next day charged for full round trip feel like I got taken advantage of and it really hurt my poor little fragile feelings too ;(

the lady that helped me was great. i dont find many people like her these days.. very nice, knew what she was doing and did whatever she could to see i had a great experience. it was pouring down rain and she hooked that trailer up with no complaint. you have a real jewel at that location.

This location was completely out of our way. We requested one of the locations off the Clyde Fant Parkway. We were told there was not one single truck the size we needed anywhere else. Only one young lady manned the store. It took forever! She claimed it was poor computer. She was very nice but she kept telling us about this deadline and taking forever. Then, when we turned the truck in we almost missed the location in Mira because it was a teeny tiny sign at the top of the glass door! Then they told us we went $26 worth over our miles! What miles? This was NEVER explained!!! I

The icebox dolly wheels needed to be replaced the previous renter didn't take care of the equipment nor did they care enough to let the staff know they had screwed the wheels up and needed to be repaired. However the uhaul staff where very understanding.

The ramp was not made for the large box truck I rented. It was very steep and unsafe for my movers. My original order was from the south Bossier location but when I arrived on time to that location, I was told the truck I rented was not there. I had to drive to another location that was out of my way. I will never rent from uhaul again. This was my first and last time

When a person is doing a one-way, you all should offer unlimited miles. You guys are a good price, but for a few more dollars, I could rent from Penske, have a truck less than 2 years old, and have unlimited miles.

When a reservation is made for pick up at one location and when you arrive at that location you should be able to pick up your equipment and not have to drive to another location to pick it up. This caused problems with hired personnel due to the change in pick up times. I did receive a text message saying that i would be contacted by Representative but I was never contacted. In all the equipment was good although the rental pick-up experience was much to be desired. Will consider other options when I need trailer again.

My experience overall was not good. I was passed between 3 different U-hauls after reserving the 26ft truck days prior. I ended up waiting over 30 mins due to staff shortage at the final N hearne location. Trust me if there were any other options l would use them. The return however was painless. But I hope not to use U-haul again after this experience.

We had an issue getting truck into our driveway, informed employee and was told there was nothing they could do about it. Can’t drive truck over 50. Suspension has horrible. Because of truck jumping , bouncing and jerking we had multiple things get broken. Because we could t go over 50, we had to pay vid extra days.

Horrible customer service. Ignored line of customers Did not explain there would be a $30 charge if tank is not returned at exact same level as when picked up. Argued with me about difference between tank being 3/8 full versus 1/4 full. Total rip off

This isn't an issue with this establishment, but with Uhaul customer support as a whole. I tried to change my drop off location only to be told that it couldn't be done. I was told I can drop off my trailer to any Uhaul dealer, but the dealer might charge a 'wrong location fee'. I went to a local drop off location that differed from the one I originally chose and was told that I could drop of there, but the fee would be double the rental. I rented the trailer for $388.00. Uhaul should make the process of switching drop off locations a better experience and not extort customers out of money just or needing to change a drop off point.
