MARVIN RIan is always so nice, helpful and very professional. I have been a customer for some years now and I appreciate his attentiveness whenever I need help concerning my storage units. He always goes above and beyond to make sure his customers are taken care of. He truly is an asset to the U-Haul company. To Ian : Thank you for all you do for me and others. Job well done.

ENRIQUE HI could never reach this facility directly, and always was forwarded to the National. That said, National didn't lead me wrong, and everything went smoothly! Only a little damage to stuff, but understandable, and I didn't wrap everything immaculately.
Brittany WThe young man that checked me in at the start of the day/rental was very sweet. He was pleasant to work with. A different individual "checked" me back in later that day. They were very short, with a forced "politeness." I was instructed that I could leave the truck parked in the lot and they would attend to it; I was told I would be sent a final bill via email by the end of day. I have received no email. While I will rent from uhaul again, it won't be from this location. Merci.

Alissianna HThe team member was friendly, helpful, and offered to help finish out the return when the app glitched just prior to completing the return. On another note. The app timed out when I was finalizing pick up instructions from the pick up location. I had to call customer service. After requesting a call back I received a call about 3-4 minutes later. I was transferred because they said I needed another dept. They hung up on me when the attempted the transfer. I called back again, once I got a rep on the call they were able to take care of my issue without transferring me. This is my second consecutive rental with the app crashing. I will not use the app feature again.

Laura CI dealt with a few very very very helpful people. The rest were absolutely horrible at any sort of help or respectful customer service. It was a nightmare from the start. It never got delivered and I had to find someone myself to pick it up the next day putting us behind schedule. It arrived late after being told several times it was finally coming. Showed up with a lock that wasn't ours with no keys.. I was told my mother with cerebral palsy and 90yr old grandparents were going to have to buy bolt cutters and try to get it off themselves. After a neighbor graciously helped them get it off I got a phone call asking to pick it up the next morning which obviously wouldn't work since it was already night before they even got the lock off. They picked it up late and I just can't believe how stressful this whole thing was. I would love a call with management to talk about how we can figure out what kind of refund is needed to compensate for the ridiculous amount of stress and time it took to get it ironed out. Lonnie EThe place was busy, lots people trying to come in and out, their return area is right in the driveway immediately where you turn off the city street, traffic was backed up because people couldn't turn in because the returns were blocking the drive. U-Haul offered a free month storage unit rent at our return location if you rented a unit, but it didnt apply to us because we already had a storage unit. So I guess U-Haul doesn't care about their current customers just getting new ones. I think the rental was also a little expensive compared to a year ago we rented a unit and it was over double in price from last May, to the same location
Rowdy LThis was the best experience that I have had at this location. However, something against UHaul; I don't care if the zip code is different, if the U-Haul trick is still in the same city, you should be able to drop it off at another location in the city. It is the SAME city!

Daniel J | Expérience généraleThey attached trailer to my truck. I was told it was good to go. 3 miles from U-Haul the trailer uncoupled from my truck. Thankfully safety chain held. With my experience and the grace of God I was able to stop safely. The guy who connected trailer to truck had failed to secure onto trailer ball. I was able to reattach to my hitch without even releasing the fastener. This could have been the cause of a major accident if not for my calm reaction. I told them when I returned trailer. The response was SORRY. I recommend some extra training to connect trailers correctly.

Bobbie TOverall, U-Haul is just a crappy company, but there are no other options for renting a trailer, so we're stuck with them. They advertise a cheap rate, but then they nickel and dime you to death and the charge ends up being more than double. The bottom line is that U-Haul sucks!
Rob BRegistration was easy. Pickup was a nightmare; trailer was located behind a bunch of storage units between other rentals, driving out was impossible and worker had to unhook trailer and physically unhitch it to make the turn around a corner - impossibly crowded. Worker didn't return driver's license at checkout!! Discovered upon driving out to leave. You're better than this. Trailer performed well with no issues. Returned trailer at entry even though it was preferred I drive it back to the original location - no way I wanted to get back in that mess!

Which was a bit of running around, but Billie Dee (?) did call around and was helpful to get us the 4x8 that we had reserved. otherwise, everything was good.

LeAnn RThey overcharged me. The owner is unfriendly and acts like a jerk. He's a weird little man with painted fingernails and an attitude. The uhaul truck was hard to turn and drive. I've driven many uhaul trucks through the years and never one this bad. I would never recommend using this location to anyone. You will need to do a lot to help this site.

PATRICK FThe 15" truck I rented was awful. It only 83k miles on it but the truck was rough to drive, I could not go over 65mph. The truck would sputter and at like jt was going to break down. It took me over 2 hours to travel 65 miles. It was scary
Marisa SHave the trucks at the time we reserve them. We should have to change plans 24hrs prior to pick up due to you calling to say you won't have a truck till 6 hrs later. But if you have no trucks it won't let you continue. The lady was so rude about it.
Robert GThe parking lot at this location is a little bit tight for returning a trailer, no easy place to turn around if there are other vehicles in the parking lot. Maybe use the aisles/roads between the storage units as a trailer drop off location.

It ultimately took 4-5 times to make it through successfully, but I still appreciated the option and preferred it over in person. It was not made clear the location of the unit was not at the primary address listed but was instead a few blocks west. The linked map in the email that was supposed to show the layout never loaded correctly.

I paid my account on the 3rd giving notice i would be closing my account on or before the 7th yet i was denied even a partial refund, that is just ripping someone off

Plus had reservation online then everything got twisted around and cost me more money. Whats the. Point of doing reservation and everything. Cost me more when i went in. 2 days of truck and uhaul.

The man that did my contract messed up it was supposed to be a one way 80mile trip from there to Stillwater because that's where I was moving. I go to drop off in Stillwater and they want to charge me double for the uhaul because my contract was messed up at no fault of my own. I ask about the storage unit for one month free. They couldn't do that because the contract was messed up and it wasn't were I was supposed to be. I was told to call corporate and have them help. After sitting on hold for 45 minutes I was told there was nothing they could do. I asked for her manager and was told no. I'm disgusted with how poorly you all treat your customers and will make sure to tell everyone to use a different moving service
Charli E | Premières impressionsJust after moving, from my original city, to another, my wallet was stolen, and after receiving new everything, I thought I had updated everything (multiple automatic billing dates). After initially moving forward, I never received my billing issue warning (automated email issues for nonpayment) until I was contacted by the GM Ian, over the matter. Initially feeling like an idiot, I was quickly relieved as Ian was brought up to date, and he assured me nothing would happen to my belongings (was in between paychecks and still struggling to catch up from deposits/move in fees, etc.). Ian made it easy for me to catch up from my previous month, and cover the month we were already well into. It's the people within the business that will make/break the business, and Ian is beyond making an easy future customer out of me. U-Haul should be proud they have such people as Ian, representing them!

Your emoloyee, who honestly, looks and kind of acts like a active meth user (issac ingram) set my refund up as check request instead of sending it back to my card. I had to borrow money from friends so I could buy groceries that the 64,95 refund was to buy. Being diabetic I dont get the choice of skipping meals and I really dont like having to ask my friends for money.
