It took at least 0,5 hr to get to the desk employee because she was the only one working at the customer desk. She was very nice and courteous but I did not like such a long waiting time. U-hal should have been more people serving at the busy time of the day.

Ebony P.The wrong container was loaded onto the UHaul trailer that the moving the company transported to my new home. This was the fault of Uhaul. In addition, there were additional costs that were not disclosed to me about the additional cost of trailer to transport the Ubox to my new home.

When I asked Will why the $5 upcharge, he asked the manager. I was told because the unit I have is 9 feet high, and others are 5 less due to their heights. That is a classic bait and switch tactic. The sign should show exact sizes for the exact amounts.

It took roughly 40 minutes from the initial check in to getting checked out once I had my trailer hitched and had to complete the contract. The worker was pleasant, just could have used additional assistance.

Shawna R.When someone reserves a truck don't cancel on them the day before. Fix your system. I was supposed to leave with the army and you guys told me the night before there was no truck and I had to continuously call to get a new truck. This is outrageous and an awful experience. Last time I ever use Uhaul. When u finally found a truck you made me drive out of the way just to get it and couldn't comp me in any way for the troubles. Awful business with Uhaul

Cathiana P.People that work at the counter at your facility start talking to customers when checking them in or out and stay talking throughout the check in or out process which takes them way longer and customers having to wait longer because their talking about them going to school together and everything else all which takes longer and customers having to wait longer especially when there's only one person working the counter, and yes the employee that day was slow,rude and this place is terrible for business I think they need to fire everyone and get all new staff,and yes I have been toand used this location many times but No more ! VERY SAD !!!

WILLIE W. | Expérience généraleMy issue is not with the location itself, though there was a rude older man who worked there who when I was not speaking with him decided to cut into my conversation with a younger employee and be very rude to me. My issue is with U-haul itself. When placing the reservation the First Lady I spoke with (kind and very helpful) could only find a location about 20 plus minutes away but I needed it quick. Once we made it to the first location, there were no keys. I called customer service, they had me check all boxes and all were empty. The Second Lady I spoke with stated she would look for something and apologized that the keys were not available. She was able to find a location a few miles further and I explained to her how this was going further in the opposite direction that I need to and that I initially wanted a one way because I am moving more then 30 minutes away into a new county and city. She stated all she could find was a one way truck. I thought this was great! I asked to make sure that I would be able to take this truck and drop off in Lakeland and she said yes. She said I could drop off in another location all I would have to do is log on and change the location drop off. I thought this was amazing! On the day of return all I could see was the initial drop off address. I called and spoke with customer care to get them to change the drop off location and was told I could not. When I tried to explain the entire situation, the man said he can't do it and will charge me double if I drop it off in a different location. I asked to be transferred to a supervisor or manager and he raised his voice and transferred me to back to the main menu. I called again and spoke with a nice lady, I explained the situation almost in tears because this has been such a difficult experience already. She apologized and stated the woman explained it incorrectly that while I am able to drop it off at another location as the truck is one way, my contact was not one way. She went into further detail and pretty much the woman who made the change could have changed my contract to a one way contract but we assume she was trying to be helpful and reserve a truck quickly for me which I can understand but in no fault on my own should I have been responsible for being charged more for dropping off at another location as I was told this would be ONE WAY! I asked if I am able to get a family member to drop it off as I have no transportation would I still be charged the extra miles since I know have to drop it off 33 miles back. She said yes but also stated they would pull the call and someone would reach out to me to see if they can assist. It's been almost a week and still no one has reached out and tried to rectify this.

Didn't direct us which truck to pick we had to ask someone sitting outside he was nice to take us to the truck base on the number. This is bad customer service look at your camera see how your customers are being treated body language and attitude is not good customer service. Dropping of keys young man told us I can wait for an email or drop off truck . Never again will I reserve from this office.

PIULA L.From start ro finish was really bad. The store is a mess at first they said my reservation was for tomorrow they counted a truck less than couldn't find the truck I had reserved. This is the first step for many people in the moving process. People can be excited or anxious and we as customers rely on professional amd eager folk to either facilitate or ease us to moving process

When I called because we couldn't find the office (our receipt had the wrong address) , the manager said it was next to the Lincoln dealership, and I asked if it was the old bowling alley, she said 'does it look like there's a Lincoln dealership next to it?' The guy checking people out was there for social hour or something because we waited 30 mins (I kept track) while he checked out the people in front of us. Talking about everything except the uhaul truck. We didn't even get the keys until an hour after we got there,and that's with me doing everything (even checking in online). Completely insane. I've rented from uhaul dozens of times and I've NEVER dealt with such a rude and unprofessional office as this location. I will go out of my way to never use that location again. The truck was all banged up, and dirty too. Just unreal.

I was pretty much in a situation where I had to get a 10 foot box truck at a higher rate for mileage and fuel as well as a rate increase. PLEASE HAVE A SUPERVISOR CONTACT ME.

I had to go through Uhaul.com which was a nightmare. Dayna then calls me from her personal phone, after hours to assist in my password not working. After my long journey from Atlanta, it was a relief to know Uhaul has AMAZING workers like Dayna! Thank you again Dayna!

Rochelle M. | Expérience généraleEvery time I need to speak to somebody about my storage unit they could never pull up the m25 unit no matter what we did but every month I had to make that payment and got the late fees if I didn't have it in by the 17th. Even the very next day after moving out and I went to go turn in the truck that I rented they still cannot find my information that I moved out of the unit m25. Then on the day we did rent the truck which was the 16th the young man was in the office by himself trying to handle at least 12 customers at 4:53 pm.But I feel like because everything was a rush situation he didn't understand I was looking for a one-way versus having to drop it back off in Tampa. Then after realizing he gave me the one way he said he had absolutely no one way rentals at this location even in bigger trucks but I just feel like he was just trying to rush really quickly so that he can handle the other customers in the building.

The unit is listed as 9' high, but I don't have use of 9' due to pipes and a red line on the wall as a warning, that should be provided before renting the unit. 2. There are not enough carts in case multiple people are there loading/unloading. I went there to unload and a group had both carts, leaving nothing for anyone else. 3. People leave carts wherever they please, so they are not always in the front.

I just moved to Florida and don't know the area, I had all of my belongings with me. If I wasn't on such a time crunch or hadn't gotten rid of most of my big stuff I would have had to go to a different storage place. Because it wouldn't have fit. I was very disappointed in that.
