Excellent location in Ogden, Utah for moving equipment rentals. This location has a full stock of boxes and packing/loading accessories to get your moving job done right. I recommend U-Haul on Wall Avenue in Ogden for professional moving equipment rentals.

Truck was worn out. Short in dash board. Radio went out. Cluster gauge stopped working. Tire pressure monitoring system light on and off. Attendants were great, however. I switched my reservation last minute, and they had it ready to go!

THE U-Haul app didn't work for after hour drop off. So that part of the experience was POOR...

Overall, my experience has been outstanding! The only thing I would say they could improve upon is having more persons available to help customers at the counter. They seemed a little understaffed for the amount of people there are to help.

Everyone is very nice and helpful. Until I did a settlement. In one day my fee went from 94 to 144 then 259 the next day. That is ridiculous uhaul is a huge company and don't have to tax people that hard. So I did a settlement. But they didn't say on w I did that I wasn't allowed in after hours. They would only unlock it while they were there.i wasn't allowed to use their garbage receptacles.as sonn as I signed the settlement papers I was treated like a criminal and that is not right I don't think I want anyone I know treated like that

It was ok. Instructions for the app given by the rep at check in she spoke so fast we couldn't understand. We were sent out with a key to find our truck on our own. Felt like they just didn't care. Only reason I rated the middle is the girl who helped at check in was awesome and helpful. But honestly would probably use oenske over uhaul in the future.

Vehicles need regular maintenance -- mine had issues being started requiring the gear selector to be pulled into park harder in order to turn the ignition key. Almost didn't get it started several times. Also, the inside windshield was terribly dirty, couldn't see out of it in bright sunlight.

Never using U-haul again. Multiple times their system was either down nation-wide, or my U-box just wasn't showing up in it, causing me to reschedule pickup and wasting hours of my time. The website and app are both awful and laggy. It was a headache just scheduling my final pickup. And when I did, the trailer it was loaded on was broken, so I had to come back another time. I feel bad for the staff that has to deal with these problems.

When I returned the vehicle I asked for a receipt, was told the printer had been down for a week and they would email a receipt, hours later still no receipt, called local rental office, no answer, called the 800 number and was emailed a receipt, very frustrating.

The truck I rented had leaked water all over my customers stuff. I pointed it out the the sales person and he just apologized. Now I have to pay for damages from the water leak.

Overall I have always had good things with this place except this rental first I reserved the truck and when I went to get it it was not good they didn't have the truck it was after hours so I called and they had me go all the way to Clearfield to get one. I was dropped off and proceeded with mobile pick up and even though I have done this before the guy who checked me in would not except my driver's license cause it had tape on it it was valid and a clear picture was provided as well but still the man would not let me pick up the truck. I had to pay 40 dollars to get a Uber home it was the most inconvenient experience ever with uhaul I had no truck and had to have it early anyway it was a horrible experience.

Wait time even when you do the pre check-in is about 40 min. Might need to higher more counter staff! Great experience otherwise and very helpful staff once they can get to you.

Storage rent kept getting raised and we could not afford this unit anymore. We found another unit somewhere else that was bigger and about $50 less per month.

Car dolly had broken welds on both ramps, which made the car dolly too low, not safe! The uhaul associate said I needed a lower drop hitch, so I had to have and go get one. Turns out it wasn't the need for a drop hitch, the broken welds made the car towing very unsafe. I stopped and bought ratchet straps to hold the ramps up so that the ramps wouldn't drag which ended up scraping up both wheel wells. This piece of equipment should never have been rented out. I pointed out the issues to the associate when I returned it. The additional money I had to spend to get ratchet straps and a lower drop hitch wouldn't have been needed if the equipment I rented were in working condition. Very disappointed in Uhaul! Considering there was no accountability from the uhaul location, and I paid full price for a working condition car dolly, this transaction did not deliver and I'm not satisfied.

Person on my initial interaction was super lazy to the point he was incomprehensible when they talked. They spent more time texting than helping me at the counter. 15 minutes before anyone helped me when returning the uhaul.

I made a reservation that was after hours and I had rented an appliance dolly and never got it and then I needed to extend my reservation time and it double charged me for the dolly. But other than that it was great. Very helpful on such short notice.

I would not recommend uhaul to anyone and will never do business with uhaul again. My dissatisfaction is more pointed towards the harrisville location (roger eggs) as they canceled my reservation without me knowing. And because they did this I was charged a $50 cancellation fee, had to pay a moving company a 2 hour minimum for them to just go home because I did not have the uhaul. On top of that I had to miss a day of work because it pushed me moving out of my house another day. I am very unsatisfied and frustrated.

It took a while for someone to greet us at the drop off, but the person who did was very friendly. 5 stars for quicker greeting. Difficult to know if they were just busy. Something/someone to acknowledge we are there and would be with us soon would be great.

The app/website needs to be changed. I was returning the truck after hours and I got kicked out multiple times and I am not even sure it went through or not. It was ridiculous trying to deal with it.

I recommend you check All vehicles breaks. The truck I rented everything was good on it except the breaks were very mushy, it took me pushing the pedal to the floor to get it to slow down, then stop.

Fix your app, not a pleasant experience. If your screen turns off or you switch to another screen you have to start all over. And the constant upsell offers make for a poor experience.

You need more personnel to help. I waited almost 15 min. before being helped. One young man was trying to help everyone inside, while others were also helping other customers outside! Need note help!

No one answered the phone when I tried to reserve -- several times. Had to reserve through website which was confusing and customer UNfriendly, even for someone who is fairly computer savvy. check-in process was a hassle with everything having to be done digitally through smart phone. Didn't get my contract,(can't find where to print it out), received no receipt for payment, and can't get your customer service reps to answer my questions since they're not on location.

I ordered a storage unit online, the facility did not have available the one I originally secured, but I took what was available. I really like the facility. However as life events happen, my usage of the facility was shorter than anticipated and the management was very understanding and helpful as I closed out my unit. I'm very thankful to them.

Inside buildings were clean, RV area needs to be swept where RV's are stored. Lots of dirt and debris in most spaces. People are storing junk (old non-functioning RV, washer & dryer, and tires/rims) too.

I was alright with the storage experience, just wish I could have had access after 10pm and that my card would've worked for the bathrooms, even though I had checked in, my code wasn't working, was frustrating. Luckily, the cleaning lady was there and let me in.

I Reserved A Storage In Ogden And Even Though I've Only Rented A Storage Out Of The Clearfield Location. When I Reserved I Specifically Told The Lady I Didn't Want Anything Up Stairs And She Said She Reserved Me A Ground Level Unit And When I Got There It Was Upstairs. The Worker Told Me There Was A Parking Garage By The Entrance To My Storage . When I Went Over There Big Wooden Boxes Were Stored In The Parking Space Where The Uhaul Would Fit Maintenance Told Me To Ask The People Up Front If Then Can Move It And The Guy At The Front Desk Said They Cant Move It Just Lift The Door And Cart Everything In So I Did In The Pouring Rain . It Was A Horrible Experience And It Felt Like The Employees Did Not Care At All , All Of My Boxes We're Soaked And Still Had To Walk Them Up The Stairs .

Staff was very unfriendly. I rented for over 3 years, yet the girl that checked me out did not say anything nice or make me feel like a valued customer. That was also my experience when I checked in and when I occasionally went to the office. The staff seems to be very indifferent, bored, and cynical. The customer service was horrible and left me feeling I would never work with U-Haul again.

The roll up door on my unit # 1413 would never go all the way up unless someone was there to fix the roller with a screw driver. I complaned for three years and it never got fixed. I always had to have someone from the office there to open the door. We are moving so I won't have to put up with this anymore!!!! Not very good follow through from Management...

Well oiled machine. So many bad examples with Budget, I would never use anyone but U-Haul. Respectful & helpful employees that make you feel like they're not trying to take advantage, but suggest needful things...

I am so thankful for how professional and also friendly every single person was during each step of my experience there. The manager communicated with me promptly if concerns arose and helped me from the beginning to get the kind of unit that would be best for me. The staff explained the best way to be able to recycle the boxes -- paper tape -- and made sure I knew I could return unused boxes with receipt. The space was clean, secure, spacious, easy to get to, including covered parking during wet months. What a blessing! This has been an immensely intense time of my life, and I needed to feel that my possessions were safe while I navigated through, and I felt more than safe. I felt cared for and supported, and I will always be thankful for how everyone treated me even though they could never guess how terrified I was. I wish the best for all of the folks who keep that UHaul center as wonderful as it is.

While I was cleaning out my storage unit I was donating a few items and an employee comes riding in on little scooter and sees that I have a mattress on my cart (which I was not leaving because I had read the sign that said you do not allow mattresses to be donated) and yells "you can't leave your mattress!" Instead of coming and talking to me she just kept riding by watching me as I was leaving the items I was donating just to make sure I didn't leave the mattress. It would have been a lot easier and more professional to just come talk to me. My other complaint was the letter I got recently about the price increase. When I first started renting the unit the price was $50 and the main reason I stopped was the jump to $70 a month.

All the staff was very helpful and very kind to me I had a couple of problems where I cannot find the key and I found the key finally and brought it back downstairs and they were very nice about that appreciate it the staff very much

The staff here are not helpful at all. Always rude. We thought one or two employees were just having a terrible day. However, it's everyday and only two nice people and one of those quit. We have had friends in with us and they noticed this as well. We won't do business here again. We will go to other storage rental places.
