The only issue I had was the taillight bulb on the trailer was loose and inoperable upon pickup. It was quickly fixed by reinstalling it in the fixture. Very little delay but it should have been ready to go. This is why we check lights before leaving but it shouldn't be when customers find issues. The customer service rep was great and she handled everything well! Great employee!

Woman at the counter this morning was beyond rude, even difficult to work with. I will NEVER use UHaul again, I will borrow someone's truck because the counter woman made my experience so terrible. I will never recommend this location either. I am writing a 1 star review on Google as we speak. Terrible. UHaul must be a horrible company if they hire such terrible and rude employees. Disgusting.

I met with two gentlemen. They were both very personable, performed the work as ordered, explained the mechanism and light control. I recommend them highly.

I reserved an 8' pick up truck but upon arrival was told that it had not been returned by the previous renter for 3 days past their rental so we had to get a van instead. It all worked out, but I don't understand how I was able to choose the truck online if there were none actually available to rent.

Honestly the narrow stairs made it very hard to move and the lack of elevator, etc. between that and uhaul changing where I was supposed to pick up my truck less than 12 hours before my move was very unfortunate and caused a lot of additional work. I would never use u haul again

hire more people to run your orchard park store. waited on line for one person who spent well over 15 minutes with a person who was looking for a return I was told. I was then told that there was a problem with my account which was another mistake of Uhaul and finally I was called by this store a day after I returned the trailer asking me when I was returning the trailer???? I left it 5 hours after I picked it up in the exact spot I left it. I guess it was easier for Johnny Bravo to call me than it was look outside his store to see the trailer was there... No I will no go back to this location.

Take a few minutes to go over the truck with customers who aren't proficient with the larger vehicles instead of just handing the keys and letting us try to figure everything out on our own.

Overall I had a good experience. I reserved a truck and they helped me find it. Only thing is I reserved at 10' but got upgraded to a 28'. Usually that would be good but I was moving back to Ky. And that killed me on gas. But it's still one of the best uhaul place I've been to.

Both times I have been there, there has been lines & we have had to wait to get our reserved u-haul. I understand that there may be a little bit of waiting but the first time we picked up we reserved for 9:00am in the morning, got there, & did not walk out of there until at least 9:17am. The second time I went I did the pre-check in before I got there & I still waited in line, once I got up there they still double checked everything, & then their computer stopped working right before he could print it, so I had to go over to the other register where I waited for a couple minutes because a woman who was waiting in line behind me was sitting in a chair in front of the register, finally she moved over to a different register to the guy who she originally was talking to before she came in. Then the guy at the register proceeded to ask me all the information again that I already had confirmed in the pre-check in & with the other first guy. Then he asked if I wanted to put a card on file. I said it already was, he said no, & the original guy I was working with had to show him where the credit card info was. He finally printed it out & I was able to go out & get the trailer. What is the point of the pre-check in if I have to enter my license & other information in every time & then still be asked all the questions at the u-haul location.

I am a Class A professional driver of 13+ years. I rented a 15 foot van from Buffalo to Rochester, NY. My name is Mitchell Melton. Phone # is 716-650-1496. I was charged $800+ for damages in 4 different spots on the rental. I've had a spotless driving record for well over a decade. If you look at the pictures all of the scratches and dents are old scrapes and corroded. Any new damage would have been shiny. I've done 13+ years of pre trip and post trip inspections to know what fresh damage, scrapes and scratches look like. I'm offended and feel disrespected by this. Please look at my case and refund me for the damages. This ruined my weekend or the start to it anyway. What a major inconvenience. Please reimburse my $800+. I do not want to get my attorney involved for such an obvious mistake on your part. Those x stickers can come off during the weather and or winter months.

Although I have not used the hitch yet . My experience has been excellent . The cost was a great value . The install appointment was as scheduled , I dropped off my key to the young lady who was very knowledgeable and all was smooth sailing from there . Very happy with the install !

I had an extremely negative experience here in the past where they gave my reserved storage space away and I was forced to find another company's facility on the fly, which was quite stressful. Now 3 years later, I needed a 15' truck to move some furniture. The rate was quite cheap, but the best part of the whole thing was the gentlemen behind the counter, Domenic P. He was smiling, upbeat, made sure that I understood the parameters of the rental, and gave me no negative vibes whatsoever. This is the exact opposite of my previous experience. So he's the reason for my improved attitude toward this location and Uhaul needs to recognize him as an asset.

we went and were told no trailers available, i drove home reserved one of many on the lot, drove back and got one. when i returned it (early), none of the trailers were removed from the lot. I dont understand why the company doesnt want business

I come to this facility for all my moving needs. In the last year or so I have had to rent a truck, van, even pickup trucks for one reason or another. I have rented at least a dozen times from them, even a storage unit. Every single time I needed a specific type vehicle, they had it. The staff at this facility are very friendly and patient, and they really know their jobs well. The people that work here are what makes me come back here. Thanks for all you do to make a little part of my life easier.

I love this uhaul facility. The people are friendly and very helpful. They gave good suggestions and even helped me find exactly what I was looking for, even though I wasn't sure of what I needed. They asked me the right questions to figure out what I would need for storage and they were right, it's the perfect size for what I need.

I have not received an email yet confirming that I have vacated the storage unit. Also I was told that I should be receiving a refund for the last payment since it was posted on the same day we vacated the unit. Otherwise the experience was very good

My unit had a rusted out door that scratched some of my items and dropped rust particles on my things. It was a storage trailer sitting on the ground, so, in the winter, it was basically inaccessible. The unit leaked water in the far back corner that I never knew for 2 years. Fortunately I had my furniture wrapped in plastic because there were PUDDLES of sitting water and my furniture was damaged. I didn't have the insurance apparently, event though I was paying a lot per month for the unit, and basically was handed a pamphlet and told too bad. Glad to be out of there.

My storage unit leaks & some of my stuff was wet. It didn't flood, these items were up on that shelf in the back of the storage unit. I thought putting my more important items there would save them from a flood. I still have to check to make sure nothing was ruined.

I'm happy with UHaul, as I needed to get another storage unit, due to a move that we are currently making. I've been renting from Uhaul since 2017.

I was given a quote and order number over the phone. Upon arrival I was told that what I booked was not an option and I'd have to pay significantly more. After being transferred back and forth between departments, and absolutely no accommodation by the Orchard Park site, I ended up leaving with my items and canceling completely. I'm extremely disappointed and this put a huge strain on my family while we are moving.

The inconvenience of getting into the storage unit between ur open hours madebit difficult since I work second shift and it woukd have been more convenient to stop on way home from work. But the fees/fines u gave for being in my unit after hours is the most ridiculous thing I have heard of with storage units. Which is the reason for me leaving!!! So those fines need to be addressed along with ur access hours.

No elevator service to second floor storage units. I am disabled and this made it very difficult.

We were extremely impressed with the facility and staff. We stored on the second floor because we were concerned of potential dampness, however, after several visits we learned that due to climate control we were doubtful that would have been a concern. The facility was kept clean and safe. The staff extremely polite, helpful and professional. It would have been nice to have lighting inside the "stall" but not an absolute necessity, otherwise the overall facility was well lit. The price was comparable to other local storage places but far exceeded the quality of the metal free standing storage sheds we had visited at the time. I hated to leave but my wife said I was out of the dog house and I could now return home (just kidding!). Wayne

So far, so good. Just moved in!! Pleasing and approachable staff. Good location, hours, security and parking . Clean and dry (not damp) inside storage area. A service elevator would be nice to access second floor areas and a little better lighting inside the cubicals, but neither are necessary. The rental price is comparable to another facility I checked out but I found this a better facility. I give this place a thumbs up.

We rented an upper 10x10 and a lower 15x10 unit. We were NOT told that the upper unit had a huge roof support beam running through the unit. When we checked in, we asked for another unit without a beam. We were told they only had smaller units available without the beam. This should have been disclosed before hand.

I had problems since day 1 getting into the building to access our units. Then, the last 2 weeks we couldn't get in without an employee opening the door, which made moving everything out difficult.

During the entire time I had my storage unit, I cannot think of a single instance when I was not fully satisfied with the facility and the staff. I was always treated courteously and professionally, and any questions I had were answered quickly and completely. I ended my rental because I no longer required it, but would not hesitate to return if I needed one again. Overall, I could not have been more pleased with my experience with U-Haul of Orchard Park.
