Large dealer located close to an interstate in a larger city with a lot of inventory.
Allen L.need to talk to manager on monday. I was sent out with a missing side marker light that completes the circuit to have running lights. When i brought it back the tech that checked me in said he even knew it was missing. I had to drive 50 miles with my flashers on so i would have lights on the back of the trailer. I have used many car transport trailers over the years and neve had a problem. I could have gotten a ticket for no lights after dark. I really should get a discount for the trouble i had. Really upset about this

Laura S.After hours dropoff sucked. The web application redirected me to the wrong return page twice, and had me trying to fill out info for a truck (fuel settings, odometer, etc) twice. It took a few attempts before it finally took me to the correct page.

Michael K.The manager at this location is extremely ornery. He acts like he hates his job and should not be interacting with customers in my opinion. I also tried tried calling this location at least 4 times before my rental and never got an answer. I will not go back to this location again. The trailer was clean and worked fine but was in kind of rough shape with a broken fender and several running lights out.
Eric B.This was the destination after moving from Florida. When I originally called to set up delivery to my house, they completely messed up my order and had me set up to receive an empty container instead of the one with my stuff in it. I had to call Uhaul's main number to get everything straightened out. The delivery driver that brought my container was on time and did a great job!

Kay E.When dropping off, the guy just seemed too busy. He just said leave the keys and he'd check it in in a bit. Then said we could go. It was like they were just pushing you away because they were too busy to care even though we were the only ones dropping off.

Vehicle was great. I was surprised at at the great gas efficiency considering the size of the vehicle. Overall very pleased.
Kim P.I think the mobile truck share feature is great. I just hope that the process to rent is a one time thing not something we have to do every single time. I felt the amount of identification required during the process was a bit much but overall it was a good experience.

Penny K.I rented a 26ft truck. The truck looked pretty good on the outside and when I got in, I wasn't impressed. Pretty dusty and windows looked terrible. Now the fun part. While driving that death trap, I honestly felt like the truck was going to bounce straight off the road. On the side of your truck, it says Gental Ride. This is further from the truth and needless to say. I am impressed with that vehicle in particular. Everything else from the customer service to the store is amazing.

After driving w/o trailer lights the first day, I checked truck manual and found out 3 fuses were blown. Bought new fuses and installed then trailer lights worked. other than that truck worked fine.

I'm not trying to complain but as a business owner I thought you'd like the feedback. For a huge company like U-Haul I think there should be a better process for information.

tom G.My entire couch got wet and the rep told me that he would report it. He never did! I had to call back a couple days later and they told me they would look into the leak. When they called back they told me I was wrong it didn't leak even tho it was wet when they checked the first time. Then they wouldn't even give me my money back for the rental. Completely unacceptable I WILL NOT ever go back to this location again. Not accommodating at all.

I spoke with the employee ( very kind and helpful) she did help me out by assigning me a different one. However, when I went back for a second trip, my code didn't work and couldn't get into the building. I live on the other side of the city and it was a wasted trip for me. I went back the next day and couldn't get into the building at all. I went to speak with the employee (very kind and professional) and she ended up giving me a access card and explained how it works and how to get in. I also found I needed a larger unit and she was able to find me the new unit and made the process painless.

This is such a major drawback I almost canceled the whole thing. The person I initially talked to led me to believe I would be able to get multiple cards. I cannot understate how irritating this is. I'm paying for the unit I feel I should be allowed multiple cards to give access to whoever I want. Even hotels give multiple cards. Please fix this.

I was supposed to have the 1st month free & when it came to close my unit, I'm not sure I received the credit of the last payment I made. So I wouldn't lose my stuff, well I did, and supposedly it was auctioned off for $5?,?? Are you serious? I have no winter clothes, no winter coat, boots, furniture, nothing!!! All because your employees do not do their jobs. They were contacted numerous times for a payment plan, and they still stoled 6 decades of belongings for supposedly $5.00. I have put this publicly all over as well as newspapers and TV news. What they did was so wrong, especially to a old disabled woman who had covid 2 months and almost died. Everyone will hear my story, and what oshkosh uhaul did to me!! Manager Doc is a joke, as I know he received my families messages that I was in ICU!!! Very poor business and I will be obtaining an attorney and suing for not being able to retrieve my stuff as I was promised.

However, your reservation system is the number 1 WORST I have ever used. Tell me, what does RESERVE mean in your world. Your company is totally lying when they say they have a reservation for you. I know you know I'm right because I asked 3 different stores about the truthfulness of your company fulfilling the word 'RESERVATION 'as most everyone understands it. They all agreed...... the company SUCKS!! I hope the next time YOU RESERVE A AIRLINE FLIGHT that you receive the same back as you give out. Times 5!! Regards

The next month I paid it and set up auto pay however, for some reason it doesn't appear to have gone through. Then my storage is locked even though I paid it and the late fee. I try to call and never get a answer.

He answered all me questions and was understanding to my many disabilities. To include poor hearing, bad eye site , arthritis and not being able to life the 20 & 10 pack of boxes Jake helped me to purchase for my move. Witch I would have had to come back for if he hadn't gone through the hole package I needed to move. Another employee offered and took the boxes to my can without even asking for help. Now that is serve with a smile . You can tell that the other employees have picked up on Jake's leadership stile . That young man deserves credit for jumping in when an old man needed it. I am sorry I didn't get his name. I could go on about the other things they filled me in in that I didn't know , but you get the idea .
