Front door of location is not clearly marked. Customers need to go through a garage door to make contact with anyone working at this location. When filling out forms online, customers are allowed to select digital check-out or check-out at the front desk for this location. When arriving at the location, you can only check out using the app.

This was a fabulous experience from start to finish! The boxes were delivered, picked up, stored, shipped and delivered to the new house exactly as they said and it was thousands of dollars less than a moving company and totally worth the cost to not have to rent and drive a truck from Washington to California. Highly recommend this option!

u-Haul received my u box 3 days late due to the storm, then shipped it to a different location two hours away from me causing my movers not to be able to get it. I paid those movers $120 for nothing. u-haul then said they would ship it to my door due to the inconvenience but after October 13 when I needed it for my job they still hadn't shipped it, so I had to go and get a family member with a truck to drive and get it ourselves.

The WORST customer service at Panorama -- I'm not sure if it is just Dolly, incompetence. The drivers are all awesome, but are not part of Dolly's Panorama. Disgusting.

My bookcase was damaged in the move. Also had to wait several days for the delivery of my boxes! Then had to wait several days for pick up of the boxes! If I move ever again I will go with a different company.

The Shreveport facility was a disaster! Would not release box for lack of payment when it was paid on existing credit card. Took 3 days to get released causing the delivery company a nightmare for trying to get delivered.

The Uhaul staff were great always on the phone and in person BUT THE panorama city UHAUL, hands down- exceptional Available , answered my MANY questions , prompt and helpful, friendly and kind . 5 star and I returned MANY MANY Times. It was a really great experiences at a challenging time - having Moved clear across the country. I wish I had gotten there names specifically but just excellent- thank you 5 star service

When reviewing my bill, I noticed that I had been overcharge. When I bfought this to UHaul's attention they accused me of being wrong and refused to send a refund. I have reported the teft to my credit card company.

Multiple mistakes from the moment of online booking. There was no over sight for any thing. Our pods were not going or coming correctly z We were constantly having to double check on the entire process. The worst was the constant text messages and calls to us asking questions for things we had already called and completed. The experience was a Horrible nightmare and disorganization!!!! Would never recommend to anyone!

U-Haul made my move from California to Massachusetts seamless with providing the 3 UBox containers I needed. I added 1 on and they accommodated and communicated updated costs timely. The communication with Sarah was always helpful and professional through this process. All phone assistance I had with staff was courteous and helpful.

- tire pressure gage was on/display said low pressure; the guys on location filled it for us which was great but put us behind schedule - not a fan of the hands-off approach/scanning the code. Took too long, system wasn't cooperative, etc.

The Charlotte, NC, Boxmeer Dr final location uhaul center customer service is poor. They never pick up the phone and d/t a jammed warehouse door I could not get my uboxes delivered on time. They were 2 days late!

I would suggest going through the wooden u-box container doors and walls and get rid of stray nails and staples. They're hard to see and hurt like hell when they scratch or poke you. Other than that I got excellent service, the people where very nice and easy to work with.

The billing was incorrect. The mileage rate was agreed to be $0,39 per mile. The initial billing included the $0,79 per mile rate, not the agreed uoon $0.39. It also included a $10 mystery charge. When I made the booking, I indicated no insurance. At the last minute the location was changed from Van Nuys to Panorama City. I wasn't notified of tvis till two hours before pickup. Very unsatisfactory.

U-haul needs to stop being a piece of shit company. The u-box was a full day late when it was dropped off at my house in Atlanta. The items in my u-box were DESTROYED when opening it (gentle ride my ass). Also, you need to pay your employees more and staff your locations better! The employees are working their asses off because you as a company are too fucking cheap to add more team members to your various locations! This is the second time in a row that I've worked with u-haul and you guys have fucked over my move both times.

Fabulous experience. Was always able to reach someone to ask questions. It all worked perfectly and I've already recommended UBox to friends. Only improvement needed is adding rings inside the top of the unit for use of ratchet straps.

The worst part of the moving process was the movers that U-Haul recommended. They ended up throwing our $4 000 mattress from the second floor to the first floor in our condo then proceeded to roll mattress down another two flights of stairs and rolled it through the parking lot where dogs urinate. Extremely disappointed and ruined our brand new expensive mattress. Additionally, there were issues with billing, scheduling the containers, accessing the containers, the condition of the containers, and scheduling the drop off of the containers. Luckily the cost was the cheapest compared to the other companies so it helps make up for all the other costs incurred and the inconveniences.

Was given a vehicle with a quarter tank of gas but the contract showed that it was on half a tank. I took a picture upon departure from facility. Upon returning vehicle to destination facility I informed them of the problem and they would not credit me for a quarter tank of gas.

Upon arrival in Albuquerque, apparently they tried to stack the containers causing damage to the Ubox & its contents! The damages exceeded the cost of the actual move & I WILL BE FILING A DAMAGED GOODS CLAIM in excess of $3,000!

After a number of errors and miscommunication, and one outright lie, my box was finally delivered. The lock I put on it had been removed and it was bound with wire ribbon that I had no tool to remove. For the most part, the customer service was friendly, but failure to follow through reduced my opinion of it. Moreover, my original contract stipulated free delivery and pickup, but I was charged anyway. Overall it was a very stressful and anxious experience that did not honour my original contract. Will not store with U-Haul again.
